A few weeks go by since Ben was brought back home and Alec kept his promise. He let go and only went into protective mode when he thought that there may be a threat to his mate. Sam and Charlie had figured out what the perfume was made of and how it was designed to get rid of Ben's scent and after an amount of time would wear off. With this information, Alec knew it was intentional. So he had a spy on her, now 24/7 so he can know that he does have a reason to kick her out of the pack. Sam comes to the office where Alec was with a letter. "Alec I have a letter here for you it's from the Alpha leader of the Windpaw Pack." He says setting it down on his desk, Alec takes it confused. "What does he want?" He says annoyed and opens up the letter.
Dear Alec Jones
I have recently gotten news of your mate first I would like to say congratulations. Secondly, I would like to say I have also found out that they are human and that you haven't changed them. As well as that you haven't taken them as your own. This is going to cause many problems for other packs in the area as news is spreading more quickly. As an Alpha myself I could do this if you aren't going to, as well as other Alphas. But lucky for you, I wouldn't dare do that to someone else's mate. You are probably wondering what all this means and why I'm talking about this. Well, we need this news about the human Omega to quiet down and I would like to help. I will come over to your territory to work with you on what we can do to for this situation, as well to keep your Mate safe from other Alphas.

Alec groans as he reads "just great, just what I need right now". "What? What is it?" Sam asked him as he looks at the letter. "Amos is coming, he says the news is getting around about Benjamin. Since we haven't gotten married, he hasn't gotten changed, and since I haven't marked him as mine he's a target for other alphas who would want to in the state." Alec explains to him and Sam frowns hearing. "Oh....uh maybe, the two of you need to talk about it". "Sam I can't make him feel like he needs to marry, change, or let me make him mine. Ben is scared of relationships like this, he almost had a panic attack of the idea of him being in a suit for a wedding. In no way am I doing any of that unless he is 100% Sure with his own mind and not by the fear or guilt by what I say. Trust me when I say this it's best if I just wait and not try to push him." Alec says resting his head on his hand as he tries to think. "Well, are you going to at least tell him about Amos?" Sam asked him and Alec responds with a nod. "Alright well, lunch is going to be ready soon".
"Yeah yeah," he says to him as Sam leaves. When Alec finally comes out to the kitchen Benjamin was eating some soup. Alec comes over and wraps his arms around his waist. "Hello Luna" "Hey Alec" Ben replies eating some more of his soup. "What are you eating today?" He asked him looking over his shoulder. "Creamy chicken noodle soup," Ben said now since he swallowed what he ate he sounded congested. "Aw, are you not feeling well?"
Ben shook his head "I woke up sick". He pouts slightly before going to eat again. Alec pouts as well and kisses the top of his head. "Please just rest today then, try not to stress about helping the others." He tells him and pecks his cheek. "Yes sir," he says saluting him making himself and Alec smile. "Good boy" Alec jokes ruffling his hair. "Oh uh, Luna we might have guests coming sometime this week but don't worry too much about it Okay?" "Okay, who's coming?"
"Just some wolves of another pack, don't worry about it tho" "Alright," he says smiling at him and pecks Alec's cheek. "Well I won't bother you anymore I'll make myself something to eat," he says and kisses the top of his head again. He then goes to make himself a sandwich while Ben ate his soup.
When Ben was done he gets up and goes up to the bedroom to rest hugging his bear. While downstairs Alec was eating his lunch thinking about what to do about Amos. He knew he didn't want Amos to be anywhere around Ben, but he knew it would be bad manners not introduce the two. Alec would have to be on high alert when the two were around each other. Or if Ben was alone it would also make him feel uneasy. But he knew it would be seen as rude for an Alpha not to accept this offer.
Alec goes upstairs with some medicine for Ben and enters the bedroom. He pours the medicine into a cup and wakes him up. "Here Luna this will help with your stuffy nose." Ben woke up slowly and groans "okay". He took the cup and drinks it coughing after swallowing it. Alec gives him some water and checks how warm his forehead is. "Well, the good thing about this medicine is that it'll make your fever go down". He says to him as Ben drinks the water. "Okay thank you," Ben says to him giving the cup of water to him. "I'm gonna go to the town and get some things, would you like me to get you some food for dinner or something for your stuffy nose?" He asked him running his fingers through Ben's hair. "Um tissues, humidifier, I think that would be good". Ben tells him leaning into his touch. "Alright, I'll get those for you if would you mind if I get you some food as well like fast food".
"I don't mind Alec," he says to him smiling tiredly. "Okay, then I shall be back with your goodies" Alec gets up smiling down at him. Ben looks up at him holding his hand slightly. "See ya later hun," Ben says to him making Alec blush. "See ya later Luna, I'll be back." He says and leaves the room going downstairs to the garage. Alec gets in the car and drives off to town.
When Alec arrives in town he goes to a Cvs and gets everything Benjamin asked for. As well as bought him some chocolate and candy. He then goes to a toy store and goes in buying a stuffed animal wolf. At the end of his trip, he goes to a fast food place and gets them food for dinner. Going back home after all that was said and done.
When he comes back home he sees two cars he never seen before he gets out and grabs his bags quickly going to the home knowing strangers are in the house. Walking in the front door he smells that there are wolves in his home. He goes to the living room and two wolf guards for the Windpaw pack. "What are you two doing here?" Alec asked the guards. "We are here with Amos to see you and your situation".
"Where's Amos then?" He asked growling slightly now alarmed. "He went to see the human" The other guard speaks to him. Alec's eyes widen and his anger rises. He runs up the stairs going into the master bedroom. Alec sees Ben still asleep in bed but Amos was watching him from a chair in the corner. "Don't worry Alec I didn't touch him". Amos says looking at him, Alec staring at him angrily. "What are you doing here I thought you would be here at least a week away." He says trying not to growl at him put sets Ben's gifts on the bedside table. "Well I didn't say when in that letter did I? Also I hope you don't mind I help myself to some wine". Amos says holding up a glass and sips some of the drink down. Alec walks over, seeing the bottle and clenched his jaw taking a deep breath. The bottle of wine he was having was supposed to be for when he and Benjamin got married. So now he was even more pissed off by Amos. "Oh, what's wrong? Oh uh was I not supposed to drink this?"
Alec rolls his head around to relieve tension from his neck before looking at Amos sighing. "No it's fine Amos, but why are you in me and my mate's bedroom, he's clearly resting". He tells him looking over at Ben sitting down next to him. Just so he could calm down a little. "Rebecca told me you were in here but I guess you weren't. Your mate has just been sleeping the whole time so I just waited". "Well can we go to my office I would like this to be more private".
Amos nodded and gets up taking his glass of wine, walking out of the room. Alec takes a piece of paper and writes a note for Ben. Then sets an alarm so that Ben could wake up for dinner. He then goes out showing Amos to the office. Where he closes the door shut no one was to come in.
