"Right," I started off, my voice loud and powerful, we're all here for one reason and one reason only; because we all have some sort of hatred towards Alpha Wes."
"And what exactly are we doing?" Someone asked loudly.
"What are we doing?" I repeated, "Alpha Wes has my sister locked in the basement of this pack house and he intends to use her as a dummy for the new recruits. Well, I'm not letting that happen this time. We're going to get her out; and if anyone here decides to go and tell Alpha Wes what we are doing there will be serious consequences."
"How do you plan on getting her out of here?" Another person asked, their brows furrowed with confusion.
I ran a slow hand through my hair, "I don't know exactly... I just need you to cause enough distractions to keep Wes away from me so I can get my sister out of here and back to her own pack. It's not a great plan but hopefully it'll work."
Somebody opened their mouth to ask another question but I cut them off before they could talk, "and yes, I do have help from her pack. There is no way I could do this alone."
.
It felt like I had been walking for an eternity, but when I finally entered Bloodmoon's territory my wolf howled in delight. I continued walking through the forest until I came across an open space of grass and a large house directly in the middle of it. A line of tall and muscular men stood in line outside the front, and sides that I could see, of the house.
They must be there in case another intruder sneaks on to their territory, my wolf said.
"Hold it," a deep voice sounded. "Name?"
"Kacper."
"Pack?" He asked.
"Moonstone." I said firmly. "I need to speak with your Alpha; it's urgent."
The tall man nodded and led me inside the pack house. As we walked down multiple hallways it made me realise how big this house actually is. Yeah, it looks big from the outside, but that's nothing compared to the inside. I bet Blair is always getting lost, I thought to myself.
"He's in his office, knock and go straight in. Tell him Colton let you in." I nodded and knocked on the big wooden door as the man, who I assumed was Colton, walked away; back outside to guard the house I presumed.
"Come in!" A strong and powerful voice boomed from behind the large doors. I pushed open the door and walked in. The Alpha was sat behind a desk with numerous piles of paper stacked around him. I never understood how Alpha's do what they do. I could never do it.
"I'm here to discuss the situation involving my Alpha and a pack member of yours. Blair?" I started, deciding to jump straight to the point. I needed this done as soon as possible.
The Alpha's head snapped up and he looked at me. "Blair? You know where she is?" He jumped out of his seat and in a split second he was standing in front of me. "Is she safe? Where is she?"
"Yes, I know where she is, no she isn't safe, she's locked in a basement under my pack house and," I took a breath, "why do you care so much about her?" I finished.
"You don't know?" He tilted his head to the side, confusion flashing in his eyes. I shook my head and he laughed humorously. "She's my mate."
"You're her mate?" I questioned sceptically.
He nodded, "and you're her brother?" I nodded at that and he sat back down behind his desk. He gestured to the chair opposite him and I sat in it. "So what's going on?"
I told him everything about how Wes used her as a dummy for training and how he intends on doing that again because she's an Omega and he feels she is completely worthless. Anger and hurt flashed through his eyes as I continued to tell him what was happening.
And then I explained the plan I had in mind.
.
"The Alpha of our neighbouring pack, Bloodmoon , is standing on the border of both pack territory's along with his second, third and some of his strongest fighters. All I need you to do is distract Wes long enough for me to get her to the border. Understand?"
Everybody nodded and I sent them off to get on with what I had told them, while I raced down to the basement to free my sister.
.
"Kacper, is that you?" Blair's small voice asked as I entered the basement, closing the door behind me.
"It's me. And I'm getting you out of here." I looked around for her in the square room and when I saw her appear out of the shadows I gasped. In the short amount of time that she had been here, it was obvious that she hadn't eaten. She looked like she was made of sticks. It would take her a while for her wolf to get over this.
"How?" She immediately asked, quickly walking over to me.
"I've got some people working with me and your mate," I informed her, "how come you never told me the Alpha of Bloodmoon was your mate?"
"I'm locked in a basement to be used for fighting practice," she crossed her arms over her fragile body, "it didn't really cross my mind."
I rolled my eyes at her sarcasm and apologised for asking a stupid question, "but as I was saying, I have a group of people causing distractions to keep Wes away from here. So we need to go. Like, now." I grabbed her arm and quickly pulled her out of the basement.
Blair's POV
I sat curled up in the corner of the room, the darkness covering me. I had been here for two, almost three, days now, waiting for Kacper to think of a plan to get me out of this hell hole. I hadn't eaten the entire time I had been here because I refused to eat the food that Alpha Wes gave me, and I could feel my body slowly wasting away.
My ears pricked up when I heard the door open and then close again. Scared that it was Alpha Wes, I hid as far in to the corner as I could.
"Kacper, is that you?" I asked, my voice shaking.
"It's me, and I'm getting you out of here," I let out a sigh of relief when I heard his voice and stood up, walking out of the darkness so that we could talk face to face.
"How?" I asked, finally happy that I was leaving this place.
"I've got some people working with me and your mate," he told me, "how come you never told me the Alpha of Bloodmoon was your mate?"
"I'm locked in a basement to be used for fighting practice," I crossed my arms over my chest, "it didn't really cross my mind." Did he really think that while I was stuck down here I was going to have a heart to heart talk to him about my mate? Well, if he did he thought wrong.
He rolled his eyes and then apologised for asking that, "but as I was saying, I have a group of people causing distractions to keep Wes away from here. So we need to go. Like, now." He grabbed my arm tightly making me wince and pulled me out of the basement.
"Kacper, what if this doesn't work?" I asked quietly, not wanting anybody to hear me talking in case someone told Wes.
"It will, I promise," He assured me and we ran as fast as we could through the hallways and rooms, people eyeing us oddly as we made our way through the house.
"A-Alpha Wes, you don't want to go in there," I heard someone say.
"Shit," Kacper cursed and stopped moving. He hid me behind a wall and peeked his head round the corner, watching Alpha Wes. He moved his hand frantically as if he was shooing something away. We stood in the same place for a few more minutes and then we were moving again, "that was a close one."
We were only running for a few more minutes when I caught site of an exit. I pointed it out to Kacper and he pulled me in that direction. He opened the door quickly and then finally we were out.
