Obviously, Naomi didn’t expect Anastasia to be pregnant and looked at her in disbelief. “What do you mean? Are you trying to fool me with this?”

Anastasia sat aside and looked at Alastor’s mother quietly She had been a good wife and daughter–in–law during the four years of marriage.

Alastor had told Anastasia that she didn’t need to see his mother if she didn’t like her and that Anastasia could avoid contact with relatives as much as possible. However, Anastasia would still send blessings and gifts during special events.

In Naomi’s opinion, Anastasia only married Alastor because of money and the wish to climb up the social ladder.

Anastasia nodded. “I can understand you. After all, your husband has been living leisurely with his lover in Huxville with the excuse of recuperating. That’s normal. It’s hereditary, after all.”

Anastasia knew Naomi’s weakness. Alastor’s father had a mistress and cut ties with Alastor and Naomi after Alastor took over the company.

Naomi refused to divorce, so Christian Lopez moved out and lived with another woman.

When Naomi was sick and had an operation for her hysteromyoma, her husband didn’t come back to visit her.

“Anastasia! How can you talk to me like this? Zeke, look at your daughter. Did you raise her like this?

I don’t believe the pregnancy check–up report. Come with me to the hospital for an examination. If you are pregnant, it’s your blessing. If not, divorce Alastor quickly. If you do not want to have a baby, give up on the place of Alastor’s wife. Many women out there are willing to give birth to Alastor’s child.
