Kaira's POV:
I stood there in the living area with guys surrounding me with guns.
If you are thinking, I will take my gun and shoot them and easily survive even after they shoot from everywhere, you have to stop watching movies a lot.
So, you definitely know that I was not here because I wanted to become a damn heroine or sacrifice my life, hell I love my life. It's too precious to sacrifice.
I was waiting for him.
I had seen the tatoo on these guys had meaning the work under him.
And in a moment, he walked in with glorify.
His eyes widened in the realisation that I was there standing in front of him.
" Leonessa." He whispered.
Then the shock on his face was gone and a smirked was replaced, he motioned his guys to not point the gun at me.
" I never knew you were here, I was going to go to France to take you. But now when I see you here in front of me, I feel better. I told you, I will come after 4 years, I will come to take you, to make you my queen."
" Funny of you to even think, I want you anywhere near me, let alone be your queen." I said your queen with so much disgust.
But instead of getting angry, he chuckled.
" That's what I missed. Oh Leonessa, you don't even know how much I missed you."
" What do you want Théo?"
" Straight to the point, aren't we beautiful? Well, the point is I was not here for you, I was for DeLuca's but now, you came, someone who is obviously more important to me, I will change my wish, I want you."
" In your dreams."
" Oh, Leonessa, that dream will become true because I won't stop until I get you. You are mine and only mine, I will give you time because I want you to come to by your wish but don't think I will forget you. I waited for 4 years, I became what I am today because I wanted you, you were my that obsession for which I could do anything and I repeat anything."
" Leave." I said pointing my gun. All the guys pointed their guns at me.
" Don't dare point gun at my Leonessa." He said in a low threatening voice which was scary as hell and everyone immediately pulled their guns down.
Théo looked at me and then his eyes went on my thigh.
" Shit, what happened to your thighs. Hell, tell who did this and I will burn the guy in hell."
" Bring me first aid." He asked a guy and the guy gave me him first aid.
He tried coming near me but I kept holding the gun on his head and said," Don't dare you even come near me."
He sighed.
" You are pretty stubborn, aren't you? But that's the thing, I love about you so can't complain. Let's do a deal, you let me treat your leg and in return, I will leave."
I knew the guy he was, he will never leave if I don't let him do the thing he wants.
I sighed and gave in to which he smiled brightly.
I sat on the couch, while he kneeled down in front of me, all the guys from his mafia were shocked seeing this.
He took my leg and placed it on his thighs.
And started doing first aid, I made sure he didn't touched me unnecessarily.
After he was finally done, he looked at me with a smile, expecting me to smile back at him but did I? Nope.
" Take care." He said and I thought he was going to go.
And he did went but not before kissing my thigh, I was going to kick the fucker but he was quick enough to escape, I could have caught him and kicked him but he was not worth headache.
The fucking problem was he was back. He was back but that's not what is the problem, the problem is his words, he said that he will come take me with him, 4 years ago. I had even forgotten it but now, he is back and as he promised, in a place that he could easily trap me in one of his stupid plans and make me his. But I was not going to get trapped in his stupid plans.
In my life, the first I had regretted beating someone. Nor would I beat him, nor would he fall in love with me and nor would I had to handle one more problem.
My life had seriously became a circus.
Like seriously what the fuck, can I be in peace for sometime. Atleast today, I could have got some peace but no, my life had to screw up.
And the biggest mistake is of my family, where did they threw their brains that they got attacked in their own party, in their own house.
Irresponsible!
I went to the basement and opened the door.
I took Aria and Antonio out. Then I came to the living area, and opened the passage and everyone came out.
No one heard anything because the walls were soundproof.
" We can pay for all this to you."
Seriously, pay? Bro, I ruined my life because of your stupid ass and you can pay me.
Let me do a favour on you by teaching you how to use the thing which is on your top level because I am sure you never use it.
I ignored them and came out and came to the garden.
Like what the fuck! Now turn into Kaira.
Thankfully I have kept a pair of clothes in garden too for these kind of situations. I immediately put the cloths on top of the dress, wiped makeup, and threw the heels in the garden. I will come later to take them.
I went inside and as soon as I went inside Lorenzo hugged me tightly, that tightly that the guy was not even letting me breath. But there was a sense of security in his arms, which made me feel secure and safe.
I hugged him back.
Finally, he pulled back and I saw his watery but he blinked his tears back. I had seen how the guy was willing to put his life in risk for me.
No matter, how much they act to hate me, I have seen all of them care for me even Valentino. I have seen the fear and concern in all of their eyes.
Suddenly, another person hugged me which was quite shocking because it was none other than Aria.
She was crying on my shoulder, I was too shocked to say anything but neither the less hugged her and caressed her back.
" Are you fine?" She asked.
And I nodded my head.
Then we pulled back.
" I must tell uncles and grandfather to not come." Francesco said and went.
I was going to go in my room, when a hand stopped me. I looked at Lorenzo holding my wrist.
Alessandro came with a cake with my name written over it.
" As, your cake got destroyed Aria, instead of cutting cake separately you both can cut at the same time." Dad said.
" She can cut the cake, I had cut the cake in night also." She said with a smile.
They bought a cake for me also? And Aria is allowing me to cut it.
" I know you always used to cut cake with your mother but this year cut it with us." Dad said with a smile.
Used to cut cake with your mother?
I hate that fucking bitch. I knew she won't get caught so easily, but never knew she was that lucky to die before getting caught.
But what was her motive?
Something inside me makes me feel, there is a lot more mystery to solve... About my mother.
She can't just die due to a a car accident.
(Flashback):
I was going towards Aria's room while taking my kitchen set and doll house so that we could play together.
She will wave her husband towards work and I will wave my husband to work.
I giggled. None of our brother or dad knows this otherwise they will scold us to play these type of games.
As I opened her room's door. My eyes widened.
Aria was lying their in blood, there were scratches and cut all around her body from were blood was dripping, I also saw a big wound which happened due to stabbing, I guess.
Everything fell on the ground from my hand as I rushed to Aria with tears flowing from my eyes. I looked at the side to see my mother standing there with a knife and looking at her like a maniac.
As soon as she realised I saw her, she got frightened. She handed me knife.
" Hold this. I will help her." I nodded thinking she will actually help her.
I looked at Aria, who was on the verge to close her eyes.
" Aria, don't close your eyes. Please! Aria, wake up! Aria! Aria!" I tried to wake her up, I sat there crying looking at my twin. It looked like the wounds were on her skin, but I was feeling the pain.
Suddenly everyone rushed inside the room.
Dad immediately picked Aria and started taking her.
" WHAT THE FUCKING SHIT HAPPENED?" Lorenzo shouted.
" She killed her own sister." Mom said and I looked at her in shocked.
I?
" What are you saying?" Lorenzo's eyes darkened as he took a step in front of mom.
" Lorenzo, I saw from my eyes, I saw her hitting Aria, if you don't believe look at her hands she is holding a knife, you think, I will lie about it. I am their mother, I had them in my womb for 9 months. During the birth of Aria and Kaira, do you know how many complications came. My life was at risk, still I gave them birth, do you think, I would like to say it that my one daughter tried to kill another." She said while crying and I stood their frozen.
Lorenzo looked at me and saw the knife in my hand.
" But why will she? She is just five."
" CAUSE SHE IS A PSYCHO." They got shocked listening her.
" Yes, I gave birth to a psycho." She said while dropping to the ground and having her face in her hands.
" She hated how everyone used to love Aria, she wanted everyone's attention and wanted to kill Aria so that everyone will only care about her."
I looked back at my brother's eyes and all I could see was anger and hatred, which was very unlikely of them, the eyes which once should love and adoration held hatred for me. Their own sister.
Did they believe her?
But I didn't.
Before I wasn't even able to contradict her statements because I was so shocked that I had frozen at my point.
How can my own mother say that about me? How can she try to kill Aria?
" We can talk to her later, for now we have to go to hospital." Valentino said in anger and rushed.
Everyone left me there.
I was alone in the room still trying to realise what just happened.

After that all I knew was that I was sent to another place.
I was still so confused if Aria knew the truth, why don't she tell or does she like this attention because if she was afraid of mom then she could have told everything after she was dead.
Sometimes all I wish is for a normal life. A life in which I am happy. Where I don't have so many complications? A life where I find peace.
