Kaira's POV:
" Baby, please don't cry." I was surprised to see my dad coo me but it didn't help.
I wouldn't have burst like this but I just told you my periods worse my mood swings.
" You all get aside, such useless people." Grandma removed everyone and hugged me.
" Calm down baby, don't cry. All these mans are crazy." She caressed my back.
" Yes, sweety. Ignore them, they are a bunch of idiots." My second aunt, the one who taunted me said while patting my hairs.
" You shouldn't behave to her like she is one of your prisoners. You made the poor girl cry." The second aunt said to all the men.
I never knew my tears have this much power, that they could change everyone.
Wow.
" I am sorry, Kaira. We won't ask you again, if you don't wish to answer." Grandpa said softly.
And I knew it was the softest he could ever say, by seeing the shock on their faces.
I nodded and wiped my tears.
Grandma finally pulled from the hug.
Lorenzo opened his arms and said, " Come to me."
I went to him and he made me sit on his lap and hugged me. I too rested my head on his chest.
" What happened? Is something wrong?" He whispered softly in my ear.
I nodded and said," My stomach is paining."
" Are you on your periods?" I nodded my head.
" So that's why you are having mood swings?" I nodded my head.
" Don't worry. You sleep." He patted my head slowly and soon, I was into deep slumber.
Aria's POV:
I know I should like all this, but I am not liking.
They are all behaving with her like nothing happened, she didn't tried to kill me, maybe she saved me once and everything could be forgotten.
Call me insecure or anything but everyone is giving their whole attention to her, even grandpa.
Am I not good enough that they never give me this attention?
First, everyone used to treat me like a princess but now from when she have came, she has snatched all my attention.
Whenever, I used to go to Lorenzo, he used to say, he is busy but for her, he is never busy.
Right now, also I am sitting alone and everyone is seeing her sleeping figure and talking about her.
" We need to find what happened to her?" Grandpa said in a very serious tone.
" But she won't tell anything." Lorenzo said.
" For that we need to win her trust." Andrea said.
" What can we do to win her trust?" Emilio asked. (One of my younger cousin, the son of Amadeo and Roma, whose age is 19.)
" Treat her good." Renzo said. ( My third eldest cousin also, the eldest son of Amadeo and Roma.)
( Amadeo and Roma are the second uncle and aunt.)
" What about we take her for shopping?" Aunty Luciana (first aunt) said.
" That's a good idea."
" Then we can win her trust by buying her good stuffs. All girls love shopping."
" No, she is not like other girls, she loves playing games, we should take her to fun zone." Valentino said.
I so wish to get disappeared, they all have literally forgotten about me and my ears are paining listening them continuously talk about how to please Kaira.
Kaira disrespected them then also they are behaving too sweetly with her, shouldn't they scold her. I have never disrespected them so they have forgotten about me.
" Let's say anything, the girl is quite bold."
There you go again, can they for once stop complimenting them.
Why is this so that she does crazy stuff and still people like her. She stole everyone from me, first Alessio, then my family, I literally hate her, it was better if she wouldn't have came here.
I stood up and started going. Well, who is even going to notice that I am gonna, all that matters is her.
I turned the knob of my room when I heard a voice.
" Aria?" I saw Valentino and all my younger cousins that includes, Kai (third son of Rowan and Lucaina, age:17), Emilio (second son of Amadeo and Roma, age:19) and Marco (third son of Amadeo and Roma, age:16) with a worried expression.
My younger cousins love me more while my elders are always busy in work.
" Yes?"
" Why did you just came?"
" So what did you want me to do? Listen my murder getting praised. And if you all are here to ask me ways to please my murder than get lost, I am telling you none." I said angrily.
" But Aria, she saved y-" I cut Valentino.
" She didn't do anything for me. She went there because she wanted to kill Theo and I was there in the first place because of her. My life was on risk again because of that girl but yeah, I won't disturb after all she is your sister too. Who cares about me? Nothing would have even happened if I would get killed, you all might still have a sister." I shouted and tears were flowing out of my eyes like anything.
Emilio hugged me.
" Stop crying Aria, you know we love you more than anyone else and no matter, what we will always love you. She is not my sister, you are only our sister." I hugged him back.
" Right, we are with you, Aria. We will never leave you alone." Marco (third son of Amadeo and Roma, age:16) said.
" I know. Thank you."
" Let's play something." Kai (third son of Rowan and Lucaina, age:17) said.
I nodded happily and we all played. Like, I said I love my younger brothers much more, because they are always with me. I don't want them to hate Kaira, it's just I am not used to not get any attention, I just want someone's attention, she can get elders attention while I get youngers.
Author's POV:
After Aria went to sleep, all four of them, ( Valentino, Emilio, Kai and Marco) started discussing.
" We need to send that girl away, our sister cried due to her." Kai said.
" Right, I have never liked her, she is so disrespectful." Marco said.
" We need to plan to get rid of her. We can't let Aria's murderer live in the same place of her." Emilio said.
" Guys, don't you think, it's too much. Maybe, Aria is just insecure." Valentino tried to knock some sense but Emilio took it in the worng way.
" See, that's the problem, that girl is trying to hypnotize everyone, otherwise how could grandpa behave like that with anyone, now even Valentino is taking her side, the one who hated her the most."
" It's not like that-" Valentino tried to speak but he was cut by Kai.
" If it's not like that, then help us get rid of her."
" But if-"
" No but if." Emilio said.
" But Emilio, how are we going to get rid of her. It's not like we could just throw her somewhere, because that girl has the back of all our elders and if they got to know about something like this, we are gone." Marco said.
" I know, that's why we have to trick her and portray her as a culprit, who wants to try to kill Aria again."
" But in that way, Aria will get hurt?"
" Before she could get hurt, we will come in between."
" But then won't it be wrong for Kaira?"
" Valentino, you shut your mouth. We shouldn't have taken you in this plan, you are hypnotized by that murderer." Emilio shouted at Valentino.
Kaira's POV:
I woke up when I felt some noice and felt a hard yet comforting substance underneath my head.
The voice started becoming more clear and I heard them argue.
" I am tugging her and that's final."
That sounds like Renzo (Eldest son of Amadeo and Roma, and the third eldest among all.)
" Fuck off, I am tugging her."
Andrea?
" None of you, is tugging her, I am taking her to my room because she is more comfortable with me."
Lorenzo?
What's wrong with me.
I looked up and saw Lorenzo. I looked at our positions, I was sleeping on his lap.
Fuck my periods!
I immediately jumped out of his lap and that caught everyone's attention.
" No one's tugging me and I am sleeping in my room." I said and started going back to my room when suddenly I felt myself getting picked.
" Nope, sweety, you are going with your favourite brother." He winked at me.
What have gotten into them?
I hit him very hard in the ribs and his grip on my loosened and I jumped out of his hold.
He looked shocked along with everyone except my real family, who knew I was Leonessa.
" How did you do that?"Â Colton (Second son of Rowan and Lucaina, age:22) asked.
I winked at him with a smirk and made my way towards my room.

I came downstairs and their was a shit chat going on.
Antonio came and hugged my legs wishing me a good morning. I greeted him, Lorenzo and Alessandro and ignored the rest.
I took an apple and started munching it, sitting on the counter.
" Sweety, it's not good for you to only have an apple, eat breakfast." My grandma said.
Yesterday, I was not in my form but today, I am and I am not being any soft towards anyone.
" It's me who is eating, you focus on your." I said in a rude tone.
" Kaira, this is not how you talk to grandma!" Grandpa shouted.
" So explain your wife to mind her own business."
" Kaira!" This time, it was Dad who shouted.
" I know you love my name, but do a favour by not taking it with your dirty tongue."
Fuck, periods are the worst thing. Usually, I just ignore everything, from when dad this sass came into me.
" Now, that's where you are crossing you limits, Kaira." Uncle Rowan said.
" Excuse me, it's our family matter, I hope you keep your legs to you and not put them in between."
" How could she took to you like that Dad. She deserves punishment." Kai shouted.
I ignored them and moved out with sass. I know I am going to get my ass kicked but I care less.
I walked into the school and like always Alessio ignored me completely.
I sat on the last bench in the class which Alessio and I both shared.
He entered and without even seeing me, he sat on the other last bench unlike the last time.
I ignored everything and started hearing what the teacher was teaching.
I knew everything to be honest, still I was looking at her, being a little respectful is the least I could do.
" So, students as you have to do your projects, you can make a group of two by yourselves."
A guy tried to approach me but I glared at him and he u-turned and asked another girl.
I was the least interested in doing any project.
" So have you all paired yourself? Who is left raise your hand."
Seriously raise your hand? I am not doing any thing like that.
" Ok, so have everyone paired themselves good. Let me check the names once."
She looked at the sheet where students had gone and registered their names.
" So, Miss Kaira, Miss Lily, Mr. Luca and Mr. Alessio, you all have not paired with anyone yet, right?"
He too? What can be expected from him, he is cold like ice now-a-days days, there is no shine in his eyes anymore.
Both of them said yes while Alessio and I said nothing.
" As no one of you answered, I will take it as a yes for both of you too." She said looking at us.
For your kind information, she is not one of those sweet teachers, it's our surname which is making her do sweet things for us.
" How about Alessio and Kaira, both of you pair together while Lily and Luca you both pair together?"
" Change my partner." Alessio said making me look at her.
Change his partner? Now this gave a huge dent to my ego. I am the topper and he rejected me. How dare he?
I clenched my fist.
" How about Mr. Alessio, you pair with Lily while Miss Kaira can pair with Luca."
We didn't said anything.
" As you didn't said anything, I will take it as a yes." With that she went.
