Author's POV:
All the four boys, have now started feeling guilty for what they did.
Kaira was locked in the room for two days, the food which was given to her came back as given, she refused to eat.
They didn't wanted anything like this to happen, they thought that Kaira would be gone and they just wanted that. They didn't wanted her to suffer like this, they just thought that Kaira have her friends there and she will be happy with them and if she would be gone then Aria would also be happy.
Now, they all wanted to tell everyone the truth but were too scared to admit, it was them. They knew if they tell everyone about this, they will be dead.
Suddenly they heard gunshots from all over the area.
They took out their guns and came out.
Their were a group of men with a men at the centre and they recognised him.
" What are you doing here?" Roberto said in his freezing cold voice with a gun pointed at him.
" Where is Kaira? Hand her to me." The man said with a gun pointed at Roberto.
" You must be kidding, because you know the answer."
" Then, you also know, I will not move before taking Kaira and you know how if American mafia go against you, there are many in the following."
" You think, you can threaten me?"
" Of course, I can." Lorenzo's grip tighten on his gun and he was going to shoot if it was not his grandfather to put a hand on his shoulder.
" This matter can be solved calmly." Dante (Grandfather) said.
" There is nothing to solve, I am very clear, hand me Kaira and I will go."
" And why do you think we will hand Kaira to you?"
" Because you don't want your enemy list to upgrade, do you?"
" If it's about Kaira, them maybe yes." Roberto said.
" Roberto, calm down." Dante tried to calm the situation down because he knew that making American mafia there enemy was not a wise decision.
" American mafia and Italian mafia have been on good terms for almost 200 years, so why do you want to go against the contract now and do you know the consequences on going against the contract?"
There was a contract signed between many Mafia's, for peace.
" How much I remember you went against the contract first by captivating Kaira."
Dante raised his eyebrows.
" And how much I remember Kaira has nothing to do with you." Lorenzo roared.
The guy smirked.
" The girl, you have captivated is the heiress of American mafia."
Everyone's eyes widened.
" What?"
" So now, you have two options, hand me Kaira or get ready for the consequences and if you want I can repeat the consequences for you. If any mafia tries to harm the family member of a mafia in the contract, all the other mafias in the contract will go against them."
" When did Kaira became American mafia's heiress?"
" Kaira never became American mafia's heiress, it was Leonessa who became American mafia's heiress." The guy smirked.
" But legally, she is my daughter, we have more right on her." Roberto said in an icy cold voice.
" Who have more right on her, let's leave it on her. Call Leonessa downstairs, she will decide where she wants to live."
" But-"
" Call Kaira downstairs." Dante cut his grandson.
" Leave me."
A while later, Lorenzo came with a struggling Kaira in his arms.
Lorenzo put Kaira on the ground, she was furious of whatever was happening around but as soon as her eyes fell on the man in front of her.
She instantly ran towards the man and jumped on him while he caught her and hugged her tightly.
Her eyes started getting moist.
" Micheal." She whispered.
" Leonessa."
" Michael, you came." Tears fell from her eyes.
Everyone was shocked seeing her greeting Micheal like that, she didn't even shook hand with anyone and here, she jumped on him and hugged him like her life depends on him.
" I will never leave you alone, my Leonessa."
" I know." As soon as she whispered this, she fainted right in his arms.
Roberto tried to come near Kaira.
" STAY AWAY! And pray to god, that she is fine, if anything happens to her, I will not leave you guys." Michael yelled and he ordered his men to drive to the hospital and entered a car with Kaira in his lap.
Inspite of listening to Michael, everyone got into the car and followed Micheal's car.
Kaira's POV:
I woke up to see Micheal sitting in front of me.
" How are you, Leonessa?"
I smiled at him.
Suddenly the doctor came.
" Kaira, were you not eating food and drinking water from past few days?"
I didn't ate the food they bought for me and the day before 2 days also, I didn't ate whole day and was going in the midnight to eat something but due to all the fuss, I wasn't able to.
" Here, you got the answer why you fainted. From now, have your meals properly, don't skip any meals and drink atleast 8 glass of water." He said with a smile and I nodded, after which he went.
Michael kissed my forehead.
" I was so worried, Leonessa."
" I am fine." I said weakly.
" I see." He rolled his eyes.
He looked at the other side and then I turned the same way. There were my blood family members.
" If you think, you can still have her after putting her in this condition then keep dreaming. She is going with me and that's final." He said.
I saw everyone's jaws and fists clenched but none of them opposed.

As we were going I asked Micheal, to stop in front of Bruno's house.
Bruno has been nothing but a good friend of mine. The least, I could do is say him goodbye.
The guards let me enter the mansion.
I saw Bruno sitting on the couch while munching chips.
" Bruno." I whispered, as soon as he saw me those dimples came on his cheeks.
His smile is very lovely.
He came to me not before stopping the film.
Suddenly his smile disappeared and a pout formed on his lips.
" Why didn't you came School from past two days and you didn't even pick any of my calls?"
" I was busy."
" Then go. I am also busy." He turned and was going.
" I am going to America."
He immediately turned.
" I came to say goodbye."
" You are leaving?" I nodded.
He immediately hugged me to which this time, I took hugged him.
After Alessio, Bruno was my only friend.
" Be in touch and don't forget me." I nodded.
" I will miss you." He whispered very slowly but I heard it.
" I will miss you too."
He looked shocked but smiled.
" Soft heart." He whispered.
" Micheal is waiting for me outside." I said and he nodded.
" Bye." I said and turned.
I saw Matteo Rossi, in front of the door.
" Won't you say me bye?" He opened his arms.
Maybe he heard our conversation.
" Bye." I said while hugging him.

We settled in Michael's private jet.
" You were crying." He teased me.
" I wasn't."
" You were."
" I wasn't." I glared at him.
He playfully said," Liar."
I ignored him and said," Thank you."
He looked confused but understood it.
" Oh my god, Leonessa is saying thank you. I am must be dreaming." His playful demeor changed into serious when he saw the seriousness.
He hold my hand.
" That day I didn't hold your hand to leave it."
" Michael, I don't know what I did in my past life that I got you as my saviour. I don't know if I would have survived if you wouldn't have came, maybe I would have got raped and be dead-"
" Shhh!" He put finger on my lips.
He kissed my forehead.
" The day, I found you, you became my daughter, my life, it was me who did great deeds in past that I found you. Never say something like that again."
I still remember everything that happened that day.
I was 12, when I thought I had enough of that shit hole so at night, I ran away.
I didn't know what could have happened, when a 12 year young girl would roam alone at midnight in a lonely street.
While I was roaming I saw a group of men in their late 20's and they looked drunk too because they couldn't even walk straight, I got the hint that it was not safe.
I tried to back off but I was late, those men had already seen me and were coming.
A man came in front of me blocking my way and hold my hand. I struggled and got out his hold but the other guy hold my hand and pushed me towards the wall and gripped my throat.

" N-not.. p-please l-l-leave m-me." I said while crying still trying to get out of the hold of the drunk man's hold on my neck.
" Bro, fuck off. I will play with her first, you gets second." The other guy punched the first one.

" Why don't we fuck her together?" The second guy suggested with a smirk.
The first guy also smirked and said," Sounds good to me."
They both started coming to me with a smirk and I gulped. I just wanted to run away from here but I was wise enough knowing that I wouldn't be able to escape from 10 guys.
The first guy tore my shirt and now, I was only in my bra.
" Woo, fucking beautiful." I covered myself with my hands.
Suddenly before the guy could come near me, he was thrown back and he directly landed on the ground.
" What the fuck man, do your own work." The other guy said to the man.
The man was in his early 20's, I guess.
The man landed a punch on the guy's face.
" What gives you the right to assault a girl?"
The other guys were going to come near the guy but the guy pulled his gun out and seeing the guy everyone backed off.
" We are leaving. We are leaving."Â The ran away.
The guy stepped in front of me and I tried to move back but there was no space to go back due to the wall.
Suddenly the guy smiled.
" I won't do anything." He took off his blazer and placed it over my shoulders covering me.
I looked at the gun in his hands and he pushed it in his pocket before smiling at me.
" So, now tell me why are you roaming alone in night. Don't you know it's dangerous." He said while kneeling in front of me.
" I-I-I w-was.." I was not able to say anything.
" It's ok. You can tell me whatever it is, I will help you." His smile gave me the motivation and I told him everything.
How I ran from that abusive school where my parents left me thinking I hurt my sister but in actual it was my mom.
He hugged me while caressing my back as I cried in his arms.
He pulled back and wiped my tears.
" From now on, you will never cry, a queen never cries. You are a born queen, after facing so much also, you are still fine, that shows how strong you are see. So will you be my Leonessa?"
I nodded.
" That's my girl." He stood and forwarded me his hand which I took with a smile.
From that day, Micheal started giving me training, we made our time that at every midnight, I would sneak out of that shit hole and we would do training and as said, within few months, I completed my training. Micheal took me to the fighting club for my first fight, which I lost but that only encouraged me to work harder, and since then it was my only fight which I lost.
Michael used to put medicine on my wounds and give me food. Because of him, I started earning money by winning the fights and became self dependent.
So if it wouldn't be Micheal, I wouldn't be Leonessa. I would have been that fragile weak girl who must be crying in the corner or maybe I wouldn't even have survived.
