Anika *, she heard a low voice from behind..She knew who he is"thanks",she said in a low voice.."It's very late and this club is in a secluded area. It is difficult to find a cab here.  if it is ok for you ,I will drop you", he said but was afraid of getting rejected..but to his surprise she nodded her head in agreement..She walked along with him to the parking lot and sat beside him in the car.After their break up , this is the first time she agreed to his request. He was joyous inside..She closed her eyes to control her emotions  and opened her eyes when she felt the car stopped.."What happened??""I don't know, it suddenly stopped. let me check."he said and got down from the car and opened the bonnet and checked if he could fix it.  but he couldn't..Even Anika got down from the car and stood beside Sanjay.." I feel like it will not start", he said casually as a matter of factShe glared at him.." Hey, trust me.. I didn't do anything.. I will call my driver to pick us up.. he took out his mobile and called his driver and told him the location""He is coming, it will take easily 45 min for him meanwhile if you don't mind can we have a dinner??I am really hungry"She nodded as yes and looked around to spot a restaurant nearbySmile appeared on his lips when she agreed for dinner.." there is a restaurant nearby, if you can walk we will reach in 10 min"She agreed.." Sanjay was surprised to see Anika today.  she is agreeing for everything.. he looked up at the sky and said to himself looks like stars are in my favour, thank you God"Both of them started walking along the road side by side.  It's been years since they both have gone on a walk..Sanjay was glancing at her occasionally, making Anika's heart skip a beat..She has to agree that she feels much comfortable with him.. she realised the fact when she was with Riyansh. Even when Riyansh  was good to her in the car ,she had a strange feeling and her heart said," it cannot accept him" but with Sanjay it's different.. It may be because she still loves him.The thought made her look at him unconsciously and her eyes met with his..When he saw her looking at her, he smiled.. and sub consciously even she smiled at him..Sanjay wanted to freeze this moment.. Soon they reached the restaurant and sat across the empty table and he ordered the dishes without asking Anika for her opinion.  and all were her favourites.." You still remember what I like??"I never forgot anything about you from the beginning", he said looking straight into her eyes.She blushed when she heard him." What were you doing at the club??", she asked all of a sudden.Sanjay actually enquired about Riyansh and got to know he is coming to the club tonight.. And he received news from his  people who he asked to investigate about  Riyansh that ," Anika is in the car with him and their car is moving towards the club Without wasting time he reached the club after them and chose a seat in the dark and started observing Anika from a distance.When she was dragged onto the dance floor , he immediately stood and walked towards her  and the rest is known..But he cannot tell all this Anika so he lied saying, " He was with  his friends and when he saw her on the dance floor uncomfortable he walked towards her"" Anika replied with Hmmm"He didn't know whether she bought his lie..Soon the food was served and both of them had their dinner with joy in their hearts which they didn't express to each other..When they were about to complete the food, Sanjay's mobile rang.." Wait for us, we are having dinner", he said and disconnected the call..He will wait, you need not to eat in a hurry", he said when he observed her eating a little quickly..Soon they finished their dinner and walked towards the car..She sat beside him in the back seat..Sanjay told Driver  Anika's address and soon the car stopped in front of Anika's villa..Before getting down, she looked at him and said," thank you for the help and dinner.. I will definitely treat you for dinner to return your favour"Before Sanjay can process her words Anika got down from the car and walked inside the villa..There was no limit to Sanjay's joy at that moment. He felt like he was dreaming..When Anika reached home, her mom and dad were waiting for her . They were eager to know the opinion of Anika on Riyansh..She sat on the couch in the living room in front of her parents.." Anika ,did you have a good time with Riyansh?? How is he ?? Do you like him? Mrs. Hooda asked." Given a chance I will kill him", Anika roared..She explained how he misbehaved with her..Mr.Hooda fumed  with anger when he heard his daughter."We were too worried about your marriage and chose a person like Riyansh for you in a hurry.. we are sorry Anika.. and all thanks to Sanjay, he really helped you this time.  ",Mrs Hooda said, stroking Anika's hair.."Anika sneered and said," mom, dad , I have thought a lot about my marriage and finally decided to  hmmm", she  stammered for a second and said," I like Sanjay and want to marry him..She finished the sentence in one go and slowly raised her head to see her parents expression..Mr. And Mrs Hooda looked at each other and then finally smiled.." Hahahaha Anika, Sanjay was my first choice for you from the beginning but I heard from Ashish that you two are not on good terms so with a heavy heart I dropped the idea.. You made my day by selecting Sanjay. ", Mr.Hooda was happy to the core..Even her mother was happy to hear that she had selected someone ." Tomorrow morning, we are going to Sanjay's house to talk to his  parents, Mrs. Hooda be ready", her father  said with eyes and heart filled with joy.Anika blushed hearing him and excused herself saying ," Dad, I am tired.. can I go to my room".." My terror Anika also knew blushing", her mother smiled  to her father seeing her daughter running away from them to hide her blush"..Anika walked inside the room and closed the door and leaned on it.. She was really blushing and even her breathing became heavy.She slowly walked towards the washroom ,took a shower and laid on the bed thinking about how she met Sanjay for the first time and how they both walked and had dinner today..She took out her mobile and messaged Sanjay, " Did you reach??"Sanjay who was about to enter his house stopped in tracks when he saw her message.." Am I dreaming??", He pinched himself.." Just now", he replied.."Thanks for today, and don't leave your house  early morning  tomorrow, there is a surprise for you""Surprise?? what could it be.. ", he already got enough surprises for the day.. Before he could digest this he had another surprise waiting for him for  tomorrow morning..ooph.."Can I call you?", he wanted to talk to her." No", Anika replied immediately.." But I can't wait till tomorrow morning.. I may not sleep whole night""Who is sleeping here ??", Anika's reply made him even confused."Anika are you all right??", he felt she took the wrong medicine today.. She replied with Good night followed by a smiley emoticon.This girl really knows how to play with me, he said to himself and walked inside thinking about tomorrow's surprise.Neither Anika nor Sanjay slept whole night lost in each other's thoughts..****
