Author's POVNext morning, when Mamta was working in the kitchen, Aditya's grandma walked to her and  said," Mamta, you are friends with Rekha ,why don't you use your friendship to persuade that girl?".."Mom, I have tried speaking to Rekha earlier, I don't know why she is not speaking to me properly..? I don't know what happened to the mother and daughter duo.I decided I will not speak to her till she call me back.I agree she is my friend, but still I too have some self respect.How can she behave like this with her friend,?I am so disappointed with her mom..", Mamta acted."It's ok Mamta, she is your friend, just talk to her once", Grandma tried to persuade her.."I am sorry mom, not this time",  Mamta  said and left the kitchen with a smile on her lips.Aditya's grandma  felt helpless ...Aditya told Mamta yesterday itself that grandma will come to her..He even involved Mamta in his plan..Aditya's grandma was not left with any other option.. She scolded herself for declaring she will go persuade Sanjana..When she was in her thoughts Meera came to her and asked ," Mom are you ok?? Why do you look so tense?? "Nothing Meera , I am just worried  as we have very less time in Kriti's wedding..""Don't worry much mom. By the way you said ,you will go to the designer house today, don't forget", Meera reminded and. went out of the kitchen.."Looks like these people will kill me one day. Anyways , I will go to that Rekha's house and throw some money, I will see how she will not agree", Grandma said to herself..*****On the other hand, Aditya called  Sanjana to inform her  about grandma's arrival.. He also told her everything that happened these days.."Do you want me to agree?", Sanjana asked.."What do you think ?? ",Aditya asked her in return.." I think you will say not to agree", Sanjana replied..Aditya smiled and said," You know me well" ."Ok ok, I will inform  mom too  about grandma's arrival, will talk to you, once she returns back", Sanjana said and disconnected the call.********Aditya's grandma arrived at Sanjana's house.She took a deep breath and Knocked the door.Even though she was nervous ,she maintained a kind of attitude on her face. Sanjana opened the door.. When she saw grandma ,she raised her eyebrow and said, "what brings grandma here??"I am here to talk about business, don't you allow me in?? Grandma replied proudly.."Sanjana ,let her in, why are you stopping her at the door?, where are your manners ?? Rekha scolded Sanjana..Hearing her mom, Sanjana moved aside and gave grandma a way  to enter the house..She walked straight into the living room and sat on the couch proudly..Rekha  sat opposite to her, took a deep breath and asked," What is the matter aunty??" I heard your daughter has resigned from her job, and is jobless because of me, I am here to offer work for her.." Grandma said calmly..Sanjana smirked and said," So nice of you grandma, but I am capable enough to search for another job, you need not to worry about me.."Grandma didn't expect Sanjana to be sharp tongued..She controlled her anger and said, " you are capable enough that is the reason why I am here to ask you design wedding jewellery for my granddaughter, I will give  you the twice the  salary you use to get at Mehta group, I am giving work and money from the comfort of your home, at least this money will be useful till you find new job, think if it.."Sanjana smiled and said," thank you grandma for being so considerate but I am  so sorry ,I can't work for you, I have few offers in my hand and  I will be joining in a day or two, so I can't work for you when I am working for some other organisation, so please excuse me and thank you for thinking about me"Sanjana gave her a sharp reply with a smile on her face.."Rekha, at least consider my age and tell your daughter to accept my request", Grandma  spoke politely with Rekha now..Rekha smiled at her and said, " Aunty ,I have already forced her enough""Ok , I think you both need time to decide, don't make decisions in anger and hurry , think and call me back by evening  if you are interested in my offer , this is my number", she kept a piece of paper on the table and left the house…Sanjana smirked after Aditya's grandma left.. "  MOM, how can she even act as if she is doing us some  kind of favour ".Rekha smiled and said,'' Sanjana you will encounter different types of people throughout your life, you have to learn to deal with them..Sanjana sighed and called Aditya to tell him what happened just now..Aditya took a deep breath and said, "let's see how she deals with things back home..."On the way back home Aditya's grandma was thinking, " How can the girl reject such a great offer ?? She thought she could make her agree easily with money  ,but this girl is a hard nut to crack.. "she  was still thinking what to do if she doesn't receive a call from Sanjana.. What should she tell Meera??She was kind of scared to face Meera now..When she reached home, Meera and Mamta were discussing wedding preparations..She slowly sat beside  them.. She was quite nervous to tell Meera about Sanjana's rejection.. When Mamta  saw her face filled with worry she  giggled  inside, she said to herself ,"you deserve this pressure mom"Meera smiled and asked, "Mom, did you speak to the designer? What did she say??"Grandma smiled forcefully and said, "she seems to have another offer in her hand so she rejected me.. Don't worry Meera, we will bring the best designer for Kriti's wedding..""No mom, Kriti's sister-in-law is very adamant about that designer..We have to do something..", Meera sighed.."But if she is not willing to do ,what else can we do Meera", Aditya's grandma said..Mamta was quietly watching the show.."Mom, I think I will deal with this by myself", Meera sighed..But how? That girl is so adamant ,she even rejected me not even considering my age. Do you think we have to give work to such a  disrespectful girl?"Mom, but there is nothing wrong with trying. If we can figure out why she left the company, we can figure out something to bring her back..I even heard Aditya's assistant saying that they are losing contracts because that girl is not working here.. Aditya is worried that if she goes to our rival company, she will also take contracts along with her, which will be a  huge loss to our company.. It's not only for Kriti, I have to do this for Aditya as well.. so I will talk to her once",Mamta said..Grandma felt that her heart would fall down on her feet, when Meera mentioned that she will try to find out the reason for Sanjana leaving the company..If the whole house knows about it, she will lose respect in everyone's eyes.. she is especially worried about her image in front of Aditya and Meera.She doesn't want her favourite people to call her backstabber..She was thinking how to stop Meera from going to meet Sanjana..Apart from that, she is worried how Meera will react when she sees Rekha.. she said worriedly,"Meera it's a waste of time to meet that girl. I am sure she will not agree, instead of wasting our time on her, we will find a new designer who is better than that girl..".."Mom, we don't have much time for that, and moreover there is nothing wrong in trying right?? So let me do what I am doing..", She said in determination and left for her room..Mamta didn't say anything in between ,but she is really worried about Meera meeting Rekha...She came  back to her room ,called Aditya and told him everything..He said ," Mom, Meera maa is strong enough to handle any situation, and moreover at some point of time, Meera maa should cross paths with Rekha aunty,so let her go, let's see what happens"..Mamta sighed and disconnected the call..
