Diya Kumari sipped her tea along with Vrishali who sat beside her. Vrishali laughed as Akshita said something funny.

Diya Kumari not really hates Vrishali anymore. She used to dislike her but now she is habituated to Vrishali and vice versa.

They may not exactly have a conversation but they do have sassy small conversations here and there.

"Exactly, who believes that dolls can talk?" Akshay asks looking at Akshita.

"But I saw in that movie even Kristi said dolls talk," Akshita said.

"Which movie?" Vrishali asked keeping her teacup down.

"Annabelle."

"Who let you watch the movie?" Padmanabh asked.

Akshita gave a guilty smile, "I saw it when mom and dad were watching."

"Should we watch the movie together?" Vrishali asked looking at Padmanabh. Padmanabh was about to scold his sister for letting the kids watch the horror movies.

"Yes we should, should we go and watch now?" Naina asked.

"I want to watch insidious," Akshay said getting up from Arjun's lap.

"Let's go to the projector room." Vrishali stood up.

"No."

"No?" Vrishali asked Padmanabh.

"Yes, we can't watch a horror movie with kids," Padmanabh said.

"Why can't we?" Vrishali now stood in front of Padmanabh.

"Kids are scared of horror movies."

"But Akshay and Akshita aren't scared of horror movies. They have watched the movies before. Aren't they?" Vrishali asked Naina.

"Yes."

"No, I don't agree. They will get scared in their sleep," Padmanabh said.

"Then we will sleep with dad and mum or with you and mami," Akshay said.

"See they are scared."

"No, they aren't."

"They are." Diya Kumari, Naina and Arjun look in between Padmanabh and Vrishali.

"Array, don't tell me you are scared of horror movies," Vrishali said playfully forgetting about everyone in the room.

"Why would I?"

"Because you are the one who is making excuses."

"I'm not."

"You are."

"No."

"Yes."

"Why are you arguing?" Padmanabh questioned looking down at Vrishali.

"Because you don't agree to what I say."

"I don't agree to what you say?" Padmanabh asked. Diya Kumari looked shocked looking at her son. She have never seen her son talk so much. Naina and Arjun chuckled enjoying the conversation.

"Then agree to this."

"Okay."

"Good."

"Let's go and watch insidious," Vrishali said looking at everyone.

"Finally." Padmanabh took a second watching Vrishali as she made him agree to whatever she says.

"Aren't you coming?" Vrishali asked turning around. Naina and Arjun along with Diya Kumari and Narendra Singh walked towards the projector room with kids.

"How do you do that?"

"Do what?" Vrishali asked walking over to him.

"Make me agree to whatever you ask." Vrishali chuckled before kissing his cheek.

"That's because you adore me so much and can't say no to me."

"I should learn how to say no then."

"Nice try. Let's go before they wonder about us."

"Why do you think?" Vrishali asked Padmanabh as he draws soothing circles on her skin with his arm wrapped around her waist.

"It's good."

"I love your smile in this photo," Vrishali says looking at the picture.

"I can only concentrate on your cute fingers wrapped around my arm."

"Lol." Vrishali chuckled leaning against Padmanabh.

"What did my aunt asked you?" Padmanabh asked Vrishali.

"She asked if we got any problems."

"Problems?"

"She sarcastically spoke, saying why we aren't giving them good news or if we got any issues."

"What did you say?"

"We use protection." Padmanabh laughed shaking his head.

"What? They ask all weird questions and I get awkward. Sometimes irritated when they use sarcasm."

"I understand." Padmanabh kissed Vrishali's head.

"You said you were going to get a haircut?"

"I was but I didn't want to cut my hair so she did a normal trim at the ends."

"Good."

"When you are going to trim your beard?" Vrishali asked cupping his cheeks and feeling the rough hair against her palm.

"You want me to shave my beard?"

"Not really but a trim maybe."

"I'm thinking the same."

Vrishali pulled her phone out when she heard the notification. Padmanabh played with her hair while she checked her message box.

"Gitika is waiting for me, I will go and meet her."

"You are meeting Gitika?"

"Yes, you should see her baby boy. He is so cuteee..." Vrishali said hugging Padmanabh.

"You showed me a picture."

"I just wish I could eat his chubby cheeks."

"Haha..."

"See you later, we will be in my workshop room." Vrishali stood on her tiptoes kissing Padmanabh before pulling away.

"Are we going to work out later?" Padmanabh asked. Vrishali got to know that Padmanabh workout in the night. Now she joined him and they are working out together.

"Obviously, but I'm carving kulfi. Can we go and have midnight kulfi?" Vrishali asked squezzing Padmanabh's biceps. She does that all the times whenever they are alone.

"Sure." Padmanabh cupped her face, kissing her nose before she pulled away with a smile.

"Bye."

Padmanabh watched as Vrishali's small body ran downstairs to meet her assistant and helper Gitika.

"Awe, is my favourite baby is wearing red?" Vrishali said going towards Gitika who is sitting on the sofa.

Vrishali awed as the kid gave her a toothless smile seeing Vrishali and turning away hiding against his mother.

"Sorry ma'am for being late," Gitika said standing up. Gitika is a local tailor whose work Vrishali admired and asked Gitika to be her assistant.

"It's completely fine Gitika and please call me Vrishali! We are only one year apart." Vrishali took the baby in her hands.

She felt the happiness rush in when baby Naman kept smiling at her.

"Can I keep him with me, why is he so cute?" Vrishali hugged Naman before kissing his chubby cheeks.

"We will finish the Bansal's order today and ship the order tomorrow," Vrishali spoke as they walked towards the workshop room with Sita following them.

Sita is the seventeen years old girl who babysits Naman. She also helps Vrishali in small works. They entered the huge hall which converted into a workplace for Vrishali.

Vrishali went through Naman's pictures on her phone while Padmanabh worked on his computer.

Vrishali is in Padmanabh's office to keep him company. She is laying down on the sofa while smiling ear to ear watching the cute videos of Naman.

"Maybe we should have our babies. I find Naman so cute, I just can't get enough of his cute smiles..." Vrishali said dreamily.

Padmanabh stopped working and looked at Vrishali who is biting her nail with her eyes fixed on the screen.

"Huh?"

"You are getting old, we should have babies," Vrishali said playfully to pull Padmanabh's leg.

Padmanabh raised his brow knowing Vrishali is in a playful mood.

"We can do the process for now."

"Oh, then why are you sitting over there?"

"You want to do the process here?"

"Why not?"

"Okay." Padmanabh stood up closing his laptop. Vrishali looked at Padmanabh with wide eyes.

"Woah, seriously?"

"Have I ever said no to what you said?"

"You don't show it but you are notorious Mr Padmanabh Singh..." Vrishali teased checking Padmanabh out.

"Only for Mrs Vrishali Singh."

Vrishali started laughing nodding her. Padmanabh leaned down kissing Vrishali's lips in a slow yet deep kiss.

Vrishali made a sound approval wrapping her hands around Padmanabh's neck. Padmanabh gently wrapped his arm around Vrishali's waist lifting her.

They pulled away to breathe. "If we are going to have kids then I'm telling you I will name them," Vrishali said seriously.

"Okay."

"Promise?"

"Promise."
