PART - 9Linda reached home a bit late after meeting Nishant as she had a client meeting as well. When she arrived home she saw her parents discussing something serious." What are you talking about, Papa ? " she enquired." Oh dear, you're back. Freshen up and come, then we'll talk. ""Ok, Papa."Linda was thinking about Nishant all the while. She was thinking about the day they first met, and they hardly spoke just a few words, and then it was that call that made them close now they got closer, but she didn't know what he meant to her. She was perplexed whether it was the love that he had towards her or just a friendship, but she didn't know why she always longed to talk to him. After freshening up, she thought whether to tell her parents about Nishant's proposal, she had told them everything that had happened before solving Rita's issues, but she didn't say about meetings and calls post that. However, she felt to listen to what they had to say and then later say everything to them.Her parents were in the dining hall, and she went there and sat with them. " How was your day dear. "" It was good, Papa. "" Hm.. today a new proposal came. The boy is an advocate as well. "" Why Papa so fast? "" We were already searching for a groom for you right then what's wrong? "" But Mom its not long enough after Nishant's proposal. Why are you in a hurry? "" That's a closed chapter and we weren't in a hurry a month have passed after that proposal. "Linda felt disappointed when she heard that but she didn't say that." Yes but please I need some more time. "" OK dear don't panic we are not forcing you but do feel free to say if something is wrong " , her father replied. " Yes do share with us if something is wrong " , said her mother.She felt relieved that her parents understood them. She hugged them and pulled their cheeks to show her happiness." Nothing is wrong but I need some time to take a decision. I promise it won't take long. " She said that and went upstairs. She had mixed feelings. She didn't know what to choose.
