People wanna know what it's like to be depressed. No words can really describe it. I'll try though.

For most depression can't be described, but for me it's kinda hard, not impossible. For me, chest gets tight, you wanna cry, it feels like no one cares, you don't wanna go on and eventually the pain becomes physical. "Physical pain makes the mental pain go away." It's the best way to describe self-harm. You just want the demons to be quite for a little bit.
You want life to freeze for a moment. You don't want the hurt and that's when you think you deserved it. It's like breaking an emotional bone. Then when you self-harm, you get this high feeling. You don't want it to leave So you bring more pain.
