Annalise was watching from behind, and she didn’t seem to have any intention of stopping her subordinate.

Madeline watched those bodyguards coming at her, and her expression darkened.

“Ms. Solace, are you trying to turn against the association?”

Annalise looked at Madeline with a smug expression on her face.

Are you unhappy that I didn’t go visit you first when I arrived in Imperia? Noah, I plan to finish my job before seeing you, but little did I know, I bumped into a haughty woman here.
