"this person asked, 'what are your top three favorite movies?'" Aurora read aloud, a hum falling from her lips as she fell into deep thought. as simple as it sounded, it was such a hard question. it changed every so often.
"uhh, i'll have to go with...10 things i hate about you, the maze runner, and trolls! oh, and all of the spiderman movies." Aurora finished with a wide grin, dimples pressing into her round cheeks. Josie cackled from the drivers seat.
"trolls? seriously?"
"yes! it's a comfort movie."
Josie halts for a moment, "okay, that's fair enough."
Aurora giggles a bit at her best friend, adjusting the camera that sat on the dash board, "what about you?"
"my favorites are jurassic parkâ"
"boring!" Aurora loudly interrupted, pretending to inspect her cuticles. Josie rolled her eyes and continued.
"twilightâ"
"yawning!"
Josie glared at Aurora, a scowl playing on her features. "...and my last one isâ"
Josie was unable to finish listing off her top three favorite movies, because Aurora suddenly parted her lips and screamed. loud. she could feel it tear through her throat, and Josie flinched back in shock.
"what?! why the FUCK are you screaming?" she shrieked out, placing a hand on her chest that had been thumping wildly.
"i was just trying to get your attention so i could read the next question." Aurora flashed a sweet grin. she could practically feel the irritation flooding from Josie, and she only itched her head, refusing to pry her gaze away from the camera lens's.
"okay, then. fuck you. i get to read the next question." Josie snatched the phone from Auroras manicured fingers, "oh, look! this one says, how long have you and walker scobell been datâ"
"LA LA LA LA LA LA" Aurora childishly covers her ears with her palms, drowning out Josie's voice. despite the playful grin on her lips, there was sudden ache in her chest at the topic.
once Aurora noted that josie had finally quit her teasing, she lowered her hands, "you're terrible."
"i know. but the viewers are gonna eat that up."
"yeah, whatever."
Aurora brushed it off, and the topic had been changed, though, but she still couldn't seem to rid of the images of Walker invading her mind.
