"Aditya i don't know ! I just - i just feel very like -!" I said looking at him from the mirror.
"Gauri you don't have to feel anything ! Just enjoy the moment !"He said helping me put on my coat .
"Aditya but i just feel undeserving !" I said and his face's expression changed into a shocked one .
"You are everything but that ! Sweetheart !" He said and i sighed .
"By the way my name is Gauri not sweetheart !" I said trying to add some laughter to this serious moment .
"For me your name is my love ! So I guess sweetheart can also be counted as a variant !" He said and i smiled a little .
"Aditya ! No matter how much i try to hide it ! I am still very nervous !"I said and he held my shoulder from behind and made me look at myself.
"Look at yourself ! Gauri Saini isn't someone who gets nervous except when it's me in front of you because then you get really nervous !"He said stating his thoughts and also trying to add some jokes in between.
"Yeah when you come in front of me ! I get so nervous that words don't escape my mouth ! Am i right Mr Saini !" I said to which he chuckled.
"You are fully right ! Even single word made sense !"He said still chuckling.
"You are coming right ?"I asked him as he was also picking up his coat .
"I wouldn't miss it for the world ! But i have some important work ! I will get it done the earliest I can and be there with you for that moment !" He said back hugging me .
"And if you don't show up then you will meet the actual Gauri ! The one who everyone gets scared of !"I said and he tried looking a little scared but in turn looked like a cute child .
"I promise i won't be even be late because I can't miss my wife getting the award for the best Ceo of the year !" He said and i smiled .
"And what are you even scared of ? You have been this award from the past 3-4 years so there's absolutely no way that you are losing it this time !"He said and i turned back to face him .
"But because of all that happened ! It took a toll on my mental health and even though I tried my best for it to not effect my work , it in some way or the other still did !"I said and cupped my cheeks looking at me in the most adoring way anyone can look at anyone .
"But you are still the same gauri you were ! And if you ask me i would for sure award you !"He said and i smiled and he hugged me and i also sunk into the hug .
"You know no hug has the warmth yours has and i think it's now became like a essential for me because I can't get past my day without your hugs !" I said and i could feel him smiling and in response he just hugged me morr tightly securing me in his embrace.
"I have to go now but I will be there with you in a while ! Good luck Mrs Ceo !" He said letting go off the hug before placing a soft feather like kiss on my forehead .
"You too Mr Doctor !" I said looking into his eyes and then letting him go .
If it would have been upto me then i would have never gotten out of his embrace ! No matter what ! Because his embrace gives me warmth and the comfort nothing can !
After meeting him I have understood the meaning of love ..
Skip some time later ~
I reached there in my cabin and my eyes fell on my mother's photoframe and i reached it and hugged her photoframe ! Even though I would do anything just to get a hug from my mother because if Aditya's hug is like the sun , warm yet comforting hers was like the flowers that would bloom with the sun's lights , beautiful and magical . Her one hug would be enough to cure all the thoughts flooding inside my head .
"Gauri !" Sakshi stormed into my cabin .
"Yeah ! What happened ?"I asked her and she approached me .
"You have your awards today !"She said lighting up with happiness.
"I know sakshi !" I said chuckling at her cutness .
"You know it's you whose the one completing but why am I so nervous !" She asked and i again chuckled .
"I know why ?" I said .
"Why ?" She asked confused .
"Because you are the one who has supported me and helped me to be who I am !" I said and her expression changed to a exclamatory look .
"Ohh ! Wait what ? Did you - you just compliment me !"She asked flabbergasted.
"Yeah ! I mean i realised you deserve it !" As soon as I said this she burst into tears .
"Sakshi ! I complimented you ! Why are you crying ?" I asked her .
"You complimented me that too on the first time and that to when I am on my periods !"She said and i realised that it was probably her mood swings that where making her act like this .
"Stop crying or you will not look good when i receive the award ! You have to cheer for me too right ! So buckle up and let's go ! It's time !"I said taking her with me .
Skip some time later ~
"Gauri ! Just try to stay calm as you can because the previous times have not been pretty peaceful !"Sakshi said and to give you all context .
Every year some or the other person has some objection with me and my work ! So every single time being the woman I am ! I lash at them not like properly lash ! I just tell them politely to " kindly fuck off " because it's okay till you talk about me but not about my work ! Because I am very sincere in that .
"Done worry sakshi ! I am definitely not in a mood to lash at any one of them but if any of these idiots try to get onto my nerves that I will obviously take my stand because i can't just quietly sit back and listen to them speaking crap about me or my work !" I said and she looked done with me but it's not like i am wrong and as long as i know that I am not wrong then honey i am not listening to anyone .
"Oh look who's here !" A voice came and i rolled my eyes at this words that uttered or should I say spat like venom from a snake's tongue .
"Someone you can never be ! Vani !" I said and she gave me her smile which makes me want to punch her so hard in her face that she forgets to talk crap or to even talk anything at all .
"I don't want to be you !" She said trying to sound serious but this idiot sakshi was giving her death glares and also laughing at her both at the same time .
"Oh ! I thought that you were obsessed with me with all the crap you still try to put together !" I said looking at her and she looked down because I knew everything that she was doing behind my back .
I got up from the chair and stepped closer to her .
"I don't look naive and I am most definitely not naive ! So think wisely before spewing that venom out of your mouth for me or my husband !" I said and I could feel her gritting her teeth which gave the winning pleasure that i wanted .
I put my hands inside my hands pocket and without even saying anything said a lot of things by just my looks and because i didn't want to be the snake she is and let her do her work of spewing the venom from her mouth ! I asked her to " kindly fuck off " without actually saying that as my devilish smile was enough to do that work for me .
She left from there stomping her feet and i looked at her and she burst into laughter.
"Sakshi ! That's not very nice to laugh when I am trying to act and sound serious ! You are gonna make me break my character !" I said but she still didn't stop laughing when i again heard a voice call me this time but this voice was not venom but the cure .
"Sakshi stop laughing ! Let her act serious ! Am i right Mrs Saini ?" I heard a voice and i turned back to find my man standing there approaching me with his hands in his trouser's pocket and his shirt's sleeves rolled up looking so handsome which was definitely enough to make all the girls drool over at him .
"Sorry- sorry aditya ! I was - was busy laughing at vani !" She said trying to contain herself .
"Leave her aditya ! Sakshi has gone mad !" I said and she stopped laughing looking at me trying to woo me off with her looks .
"Yeah not gonna work on me !" I said and she sulked.
"Mam ! It's time ! So please have your seats !" The event manager came and said and we took our seats .
Aditya sat beside me and the whole time i was holding his hand more like squeezing his hands .

I know I am active after very long but i being very Frank needed a break which was much needed and now i back again with full force ..
