"Aditya . I am fed up with you three now ." Gauri said while sprinting towards aditya who was standing facing his back at her .
"And where are the kid- s wait what ?" As soon as aditya turned back gauri halted on her steps . She couldn't believe her eys at what she was witnessing .
"Aditya ? Are you seri-ous ?" Gauri asked with a shocked expression pasted on her face .
"Not my fault ." He said while chuckling with their daughter in his arms and their son sitting on top of the counter and that's when gauri completely broke down . Into laughter ..
"Aditya what did you do to our kids ?" Gauri asked while approaching them and then taking he son from his hand who was chuckling and jumping in her arms .
"Vihaan , what did your papa do with you and your sister ." Gauri asked while smiling and laughing looking at their son and their daughter .
"Viiiu ( Viddhi ) ." Vihaan said while squirming in her arms because he wanted to be with his sister .
"Oh so you don't want to be with mumma now huh ?" Gauri asked him and he nodded which made her look at him with shock .
"Bad boy ." She said and his expressions changed because he is a mumma's boy and his mumma called him a bad boy .
"Pap-a mumma b-ad bo-y ." ( Papa mumma said that I am a bad boy .) He said while looking at his father with his eyes glincing with tears .
"Gauri , why would you say that ?" Aditya asked her while looking at their son .
"Truth is truth ." Gauri said while looking here and there .
"And i have three kids ." Aditya said while looking at gauri and taking him from her arms while gauri gave him a death glare .
"Truth is truth , sweetheart ." Aditya said and then winked at her .
"By the way my baby is looking so cute ." Gauri said while pulling viddhi's cheeks which made vihaan sulk .
"You made my kids look like bears ." Gauri said while looking at them in aww .
"It's not my fault that they are this cute ." Aditya said while chuckling and then gauri eyes fell on the kids who were on the verge of sleeping in his arms .
"They are sleepy come let's put them both to sleep ." Gauri said and then took viddhi in her arms and then both of them went ahead and put their little bears to sleep .
Imagine them as Viddhi and Vihaan
After a while both of the kids drifted into deep slumber which is very unlikely of them but today they both were sleeping very peacefully and soundlessly .
Aditya 's pov -
I got up from vihaan's side only to find gauri sleeping with viddhi in her arms which made me chuckle at her . I went towards both of them and then pulled the covers on them both and then crouched down and planted a light feather kiss on her forehead which made her hold my hand as she sensed my presence .
It's been years since our wedding but to me it still feels like it was not years but months ago . She is still the same as she was years ago The same gauri just the difference is that , that gauri didn't know how to smile while this one knows only how to smile .
She defies my existence . Without her I am nothing in this sole world . A minute without her feels like hell to me and you can say that I have been in heaven for the past years . I think that without her even a minute of my life is just a waste of time and now we have these two .
I was busy admiring her when I noticed that I had started raining so I stood up and stood near the window remembering how we both used to roam around and have fun in the rain even though I hated the rain at that time I learnt to love it because she loves it and I love her .
I was reminiscing our old times together when suddenly two hands crept to my waist and made me smile immediately as i sensed the presence.
"Weren't you asleep just a few moments ago ?" I asked her and she hummed in response .
"I was but then I got up ." She replied while putting her chin on my shoulder .
"Gauri , remember the old times . How much fun it was ." I asked her .
"Indeed it was but why remember when we can make new memories ?" She said making me turn and look at her when I noticed that mischievous smile lingering on her face and I got what she meant and before she could have picked up the keys I beat her to it .
"Chale Mr Doctor ?" She asked .
( "Shall we go Mr Doctor ?" )
"Chalte hai Ceo sahiba ." I said making her smile at her words .
( "Let's go Mrs Ceo ")
"They are not waking up in the next 3-4 hours at least and even if they do then maa and bhabhi are here ." She said and then dragged me with her .
We both went down and then informed maa to look after them if they wake up early or something and then left and it was still raining heavily .
"Someone used to hate rain ." She said while looking at me .
"And someone used to hate me ." I replied which made her blush .
Gauri's pov -
No matter how many years pass he will never change . He is still the same as he was years ago . Showering me with all his love the whole time . Despite the hardships and everything that we have gone through all these years he still manages to find a way to make me laugh and always a reason to make me blush .
I sat behind him on the bike with the raindrops falling on my face which made me feel like my mother's touch but then i remembered that now I have someone not just someone but the person who is my husband , friend , mentor and everything in one .
I hugged him from behind while he was driving and looked at him from the rear view mirror .
"I don't think that I will be able to drive if you keep staring at me like this ." He said making me giggle .
"Why am I making you weak ?" I asked him even though I already knew what his answer would be .
"Is that even a question ? You are my strength and my weakness both in one . With you beside me i feel like no one can ever hurt me but with you beside me there is also a fear as to what would happen to me if something hurt you ." He said while taking a glance at me in the rear view mirror.
"The day i leave you would be the day i leave this world ." I said which made him chuckle .
"Same here , sweetheart ." He replied .
He kept driving but I was unaware of our surroundings because I was busy admiring my husband .
He stopped at a place and then I got down and my steps halted there .
"Aditya ? Here ?" I asked making him look at me . It was still pouring but that not heavy .
"Yes , here ." He replied with a wide smile pasted on his face while tears made their way out of my eyes but before they could have fallen to the ground aditya wiped them .
"I told you to not cry . It pains me when you cry . It feels like I am not good enough to take care of you . It's unbearable to me ." He said which made me look at him .
"I still don't know what i ever did to deserve you ." I said while looking at him with eyes filled with love and adoration .
"And i also still don't know what I did to ever deserve you." He replied by repeating my question and then hugged me .
"Let's go in now otherwise you will catch a cold ." He said and then both of us went inside and changed . I was drying my hair with a towel while making my way down the stairs when i stopped him outside in the backyard with his guitar which reminded me of the first time that we were here .
I made my way towards him and leaned on the door frame admiring him .
"Gauri , stop you are making me shy ." He said as if we were newly weds or something .
"Yeah after two kids and years of being together I still make you feel shy . That's an accomplishment ." I said making him smile and then took a seat next to him .
I scooted to the side a little and then again a little bit then the next I was about to fall but he caught me exactly like he did all those years ago .
"Guess you will never change or remember that there are no resters in this bench ." He said while pulling me back on the bench .
"And you will never change too . Always catching me and all ." I said making him look at me .
"I told you that I didn't hold you to let you go ." He said with his husky tone and then i put my head on his shoulder and he kept his hand on my waist and hugged me and then covered us with a blanket . We both sat there silently like that while sipping our tea in silence because to us nothing is more peaceful than this .
"Aditya ." I called him .
"Yes ." He replied .
"Won't you sing something for me ?" I asked which made a smile appear on his face .
"What else is this guitar for ?" He asked and then took the guitar in his hands and started playing it while singing the whole while .

He was singing while i was busy in admiring him more than his voice . Sometimes it gets difficult for me to make out as to what i should admire but then his existence answers all of my questions .
"So did you like it ?" He asked in the hoarse tone while looking at me .
"I will tell you .. but only on one condition ." I said while getting up .
"What ?" He asked as I gave him a mischievous smile and made my way to the door and took a halt there .
"I will tell you how it was after you catch me ." I said and than ran away and after realising what I said he also ran after me .
"You are becoming mischievous day by day ." He said while running after me and then i ran inside the bedroom and he ran behind me . I hid behind the bed but he caught me and then picked me up in his arms while i squirmed and sulk at my loss .
He then laid me down in bed while hovering over me and then asked again .
"So tell me now did you like it ?" He asked .
"Is that even a question ? I like every single thing about you be it even your worst things ." I said .
"And what worst things are we talking about ?"He asked with his seductive tone that always has the power to make me weak .
"You know what I mean , Sweetheart ." I replied this time with my seductive voice .
"Only i know what happens to my heart whenever you call me sweetheart ." He said while looking at me .
"Then what about heart healer ?" I asked making him smile and then he kissed me it was very slow yet passionate at first but then it turned into one filled with passion and love and then I also gave in and then you know ....
( An - I know that many of you may say that i robbed you all again but I want this book to be old school romance and to be very honest nowadays books are more about things related to s*x and all which i don't have a problem with but I feel like old school romance just hits different because it shows love as love and not as lust and also books should teach something instead of giving you wrong saying about cheating and lust . I am not hating on anyone or anything why would I ? I also have read books with smut but i just prefer love in its purest form . )
So sorry if this hurts anyone because that's not my intentions i am just putting forth my opinion that's it .
