Hector POV
I texted her right when I landed and she already had to have landed. I looked at my phone waiting for her to respond every minute. I already miss her so much. After 15 minutes I got a little worried. Why is she not responding? Did she get to Munich safely? Is everything alright with her? Well she might just be waiting on her bags that always takes a while. Or she's in the car to go home. Is her sister picking her up? Then she's probably talking to her. You know I'm just going to go home and not look at my phone in the meantime. If she hasn't responded by then, I can worry more.
When I got home, there was still no answer. Okay I'm just going to send her another message. She has to be alright though, right? like her plane didn't crash. I would've heard something about that till now, right? Oh god what if it did crash? No. She's alright. I know that. She just fell asleep maybe or is talking to her sister. I'm going to get ready for bed and she'll have responded after.
Okay, joder. Why is she not responding. Fuck it I'm going to call her. I just went straight to voice mail. Mierda. Why? Fuck. Is it something I did? Does she regret everything that happened? I shouldn't have gone that far. I shouldn't even have kissed her. She probably realized that she doesn't even possibly like me in the future. I can only see my future with her and I'm not even a possibility in hers, right? That's just perfect. Perfect. So I have to get over her? I can't. I could never ever get over her. I should've known from the start that she isn't a possibility for me. I mean she's Elisa. She's perfect. She's everything I could ever want. I just should've known. She could never like me, because she's Elisa.
I tried to fall asleep, but nothing helped. I checked my phone every couple minutes. No response and none of the other messages delivered. I fucked up something, didn't I? But what did I fuck up? I shouldn't have done anything.
Elisa Pov
I got home basically asleep. "Hi" my sister who was lying on the couch studying said. "hey" I mumbled and laid down next to her. "You tired?" "mhm" "too tired to tell me about New York?" "New York was great. Can you wake me tomorrow? My phone is dead and I'm too tired to charge it" "you want to sleep on the couch?" "don't judge me" "it's still pretty early" "I'm jet lagged.
I woke up again at some point. My sister had probably gone to her room. It was still extremely dark outside. I wanted to check my phone for the time. Right, it's dead. I got up, took a bottle of water and went into my room. I started charging my phone and chugged some water. I turned on my phone.

Oh god. The poor guy. I have to call him. "Elisa?" he asked tiredly. "Oh fuck. Did I wake you?" "no. it's okay" "sorry I just- I saw your messages and didn't want to worry you more. I fell asleep when I got home and my phone died, so-" "Your phone died?" "Yeah." "oh thank god. I thought something happened and I got really worried, but your phone only died which is good" he said relieved. Oh god, I really scared him. "Yeah my plane landed on time and everything is alright"
We stayed on the phone and after I woke up we were still on the phone. I could hear is even breaths. He was still sleeping. I got up and tried to make as least noise as possible. I took my phone with me which was really warm and just went to splash some water in my face. I muted myself on the call and started getting ready.
I showered, got dressed, made my hair and made my breakfast all with him still asleep while on the phone. I heard him move his blanket. He yawned. "Good morning, sunshine" I said over the phone and he startled. "Jesus, warn me next time." "You slept well?" "Yeah. What time is it?" "10am. It's late" "10? Damn." "Yeah. You slept quite long." "When did you wake up?" "Over an hour ago. Just about to go for a walk with my dogs." "Over an hour ago? Wow, I slept pretty long" "Yeah, you did. You even fell back asleep before me" "Again? No I fell asleep for the first time after this girl called" "This girl?" "yeah. She had this flight home and her phone died right after she landed. She didn't charge it because she fell asleep. I really like her and got really worried, so I didn't fall asleep till she called" 'I really like her'? Oh god. I was grinning from ear to ear. "This girl you really liked?" I asked happily. "Yeah and then you know you called" "shut up, you idiot" "You don't think I'm an idiot" "no, just this guy I really like"
