Chapter 313: Chapter 313 Drunk

She was very fair. Chen Hao nodded at her with a smile.

“Chen Hao, this is my cousin. She’s here to have fun with me. Isn’t she pretty?” Wei Mengjiao said.

Chen Hao nodded and agreed.

“Ha! But she is long since married. She used to be the prettiest girl in school. Even now, she still looks pretty!” Wei Mengjiao teased.

“You must be Young Master Chen from Jin Ling. Nice to meet you, Young Master Chen. I’m Ouyang Ru. I’m older than you guys, but you can just call me Ouyang Ru.” Ouyang Ru smiled.

“Young Master Chen, you know what? My cousin’s family is quite well-known in the Southern Region.

She’s currently a lecturer in a college,” Wei Mengjiao said.

“Pleased to meet you, Ouyang Ru!”

After they exchanged some brief greetings, Chen Hao followed them inside.

A moment after Chen Hao left, a luxurious automobile that probably cost over ten million pulled over in front of the hotel. Then, a driver got off and opened the passenger seat door; a rich man in a suit with an expensive pocket watch hanging from it came out of the car.

“Young Master Long!” the driver called the man respectfully.

The man was none other than Long Shaoyun. There was a malicious smile on his face. He glanced at the hotel entrance before opening the car door at the back, still smiling ominously.

“Qin Ya, we’re here. You can come out now.”

The person sitting in the car was Qin Ya. She came out of the car in silence.

She only put on a light makeup today. Yet she still looked stunning and elegant. Long Shaoyun was mesmerized by her beauty. He felt Qin Ya was different from other girls when he first met Qin Ya. Long Shaoyun had met many types of girls before, but he never met a girl with such elegance like Qin Ya.

Long Shaoyun had shown his interest for Qin Ya repeatedly on the day they first met. Being the third son of the prominent Long Family in Yan Jing City, he thought he could basically get any girl he was interested in with just a simple nod, not to mention that he already took the initiative to show his interest for Qin Ya.

But unfortunately, Qin Ya did not seem to be interested in him. Later on, Long Shaoyun found out that Qin Ya already had a love interest. So, he decided to pressure the Qin Family and forced Qin Ya out for a date with him on this day.

“Aw, Qin Ya, don’t be sad! I may look like a playboy sometimes, but actually I’m a nice guy. Unlike some people who may look nice on the outside, but on the inside, they are unpredictable. A straightforward and outspoken person like me can be hard to come by nowadays!”

“Thanks, but I think I can judge that by myself!” Qin Ya said coldly.

“Okay, fine. Come on, let’s go in!” Long Shaoyun said with a smile. He tried to wrap his arm around Qin Ya’s waist when the latter avoided his touch and glared at him.

“Oh come on, I can’t even touch you? You are now my fiancée, you know?” Long Shaoyun said.

“Who told you that I’m your fiancée? I haven’t even agreed to get engaged with you. Young Master Long, please behave yourself!” Qin Ya said firmly.

To be honest, Qin Ya did not have any feelings for Long Shaoyun except pure hatred. Qin Ya’s parents had told her that in order to save their family from their financial crisis, she had to give up something.

Qin Ya had considered it too. She had tried to compromise with the Long Family and pushed herself to accept Long Shaoyun eventually. But she failed in the end.

She despised Long Shaoyun to the point that it was impossible for her to change her feelings. Qin Ya had been so worried these few days that she even had some extreme thoughts.

It was her father who advised her to go on a date with Long Shaoyun this day. However, Qin Ya was unsure whether this was the step she should take.

“Okay. It doesn’t matter anyway. About the engagement, is just a matter of time before it happens. Ha!

Let’s just stop talking about it and get in there, shall we?” Long Shaoyun then led Qin Ya into the hotel.

Chen Hao was already inside the suite. Wei Mengjiao invited a lot of people on this day. Except her cousin, Ouyang Ru, most of the guests were young people of the same age as Wei Mengjiao. Some of them were residents of Jin Ling while some came from other places. They were very polite to Chen Hao and treated him with respect; especially Wei Mengjiao, who kept serving Chen Hao dishes. She kept inviting Chen Hao to stay back and have fun, since another group of friends would be coming here too.

Chen Hao had planned to leave shortly after he came. But Wei Mengjiao had asked the staff to serve the dishes when they arrived here. So, Chen Hao had no choice but to stay longer and had some drinks with them.

These people were pretty good at drinking. After a few rounds of drinking and chatting, some of them were eventually drunk; one of them was Wei Mengjiao’s cousin, Ouyang Ru.

“I can’t drink anymore. I feel dizzy. You guys continue while I go for a nap in the car,” Ouyang Ru said.

“Eh? Cousin, you just drank a little. I thought you can hold your liquor pretty well! Besides, why do you need to take a nap in the car when there are plenty of rooms here in the hotel? I’ll take you to a room for a rest! Oh yeah, I have a bottle of soda. Here you go, drink it! Maybe you’ll feel better.” Wei Mengjiao opened the bottle and let Ouyang Ru take a sip from it. Ouyang Ru, who looked very uncomfortable, nodded her head.

Wei Mengjiao already asked for a room from the staff. Ouyang Ru was truly a lightweight drinker; she could barely stand properly on her own.

“Meng Jiao, let me help you get Ouyang Ru upstairs!” A guy volunteered himself to help Wei Mengjiao immediately.

Indeed, Wei Mengjiao was a beauty, but Ouyang Ru was even prettier with her unique elegance. Due to her older age, she had a unique charm which was different from those of younger girls; every man was attracted to her beauty.

“Step aside! You think I don’t know what you guys are thinking? A bunch of worthless jerks! Let me tell you this. My cousin is from the famous Ouyang Family in the Southern Region. So, don’t you ever dare think about taking advantage of her!” Wei Mengjiao warned fiercely.

But Wei Mengjiao was unable to get Ouyang Ru to the hotel room upstairs all by herself either. So, she quickly asked Chen Hao to help her when she saw him. “Young Master Chen, I trust you. Can you help me get my cousin upstairs?”

“Okay.” Chen Hao nodded.

Although Chen Hao thought that it was not appropriate for him to do so, he could not reject Wei Mengjiao since she already asked for his help; the main reason was that he did not have any indecent ideas in his mind.

So, Chen Hao then helped Wei Mengjiao get Ouyang Ru into a room on the seventh floor.

Ouyang Ru fell asleep straight away after lying down on the bed with her hand on her forehead.

“Just let my cousin have some rest! She’s a lightweight drinker indeed. Young Master Chen, it seems you can hold your liquor pretty well!” Wei Mengjiao said.

“I’m so-so.”

“Ugh!” Suddenly, Ouyang Ru was retching violently. She looked really uncomfortable.

“Eh? Cousin, are you alright? I’ll get you some alcohol detoxification medicine at once. Young Master Chen, you stay here and take care of my cousin for a moment. I’ll be back soon!” Wei Mengjiao said before hurrying outside anxiously.

As for Chen Hao, he did not know what to do either!

At the same time, he noticed that Ouyang Ru had stopped retching and she had fallen asleep in her semi-consciousness.

Chen Hao thought that it was not a good idea to stay alone in the room with Ouyang Ru. So, he took the key card and decided to wait for Wei Mengjiao outside the room.

After waiting for a moment, Chen Hao heard Ouyang Ru’s struggling voice coming from within the room. The voice sounded as if she was violently struggling for something.

Chen Hao did not think too much about it at first; he thought Ouyang Ru was just drunk. But he started to realize that something was wrong inside, because there were other voices in the room too!
