Manik ignoring Mukti's teasing walks inside the mansion and looks at his parents who was sitting in living room and discussing something. He made his way towards them and sat next to Neyonika.
Raj and Neyonika looks at Manik then at Mukti who starts riddling words around staring Manik while sitting next to Manik. Raj and Neyonika look so confused at their behaviour and shook their head.
Manik passed a glare at Mukti and leans back hiding his face into Neyonika's shoulder. Neyonika chuckles and starts ruffling his hair softly.
Neyonika: Mukti, why are you teasing my son?
Mukti : mom, you won't believe it what happened today? You won't believe when I tell you something.
Neyonika : what magical thing happened? what did my son did? Mukti don't keep any suspense.
Mukti : Bhai, shall I tell them or you want to tell them?
Manik : shut up Mukti. Mom stop listening to Mukti. She's speaking so much nonsense today. I'm going to my room. Don't bother disturbing me Mukti.
He warns Mukti and kissing Neyonika's cheek and wishing them goodnight storms out from there leaving Mukti to chuckle. Neyonika looks at her.
Neyonika : why are you troubling him Mukti?
Mukti : how am I troubling him? He always tease me but you don't say anything to him. This isn't fair mom. No one loves here.
Raj chuckles and calls Mukti closer to him. Mukti stood up and sits beside Raj. He hugs her and kissed her forehead caressing her hair softly.
Raj : I love you princess. You always on my team. Now tell me why are you teasing your brother.
Mukti smirks and looks at Raj shaking her head off.
Mukti: I love you to dad but I'm not going to expose my Bhai secret to you. You will find out very soon.
She stood up and kissing Neyonika's cheek ran from there leaving Neyonika chuckling and Raj sulking.
Neyonika: stop sulking Raj and let's go back to our room. You need to stop being grumpy.
Raj looks at his wife and made a made listening to her. He stood up and trails behind her.
Nandini lying down on her stomach stares the blaze that she held closer to her heart. She couldn't help herself but think how gentleman Manik was all throughout being with her. She was touched by his sweet and kind behaviour towards her.
Hugging his blazer to the chest and smelling his cologne thought how attractive he looked just in black trousers and white shirt. Everything about him was making her heart flutter. Her heart swooned up.
Her cheeks warmed up as she recalled how closely he was working behind her. She was really loved and felt so protective when he was behind her.
Nandini took her phone and thought scrolling down her Instagram. Before Manik joined them for lunch she had already exchanged her numbers with Mukti's friends, even followed them back on Instagram.
Opening her Instagram she went up Mukti's account and scrolling on her following list she found Manik's account and looks through his profile. He had more than 90+ million followers and following 30 people with 50+ posts.
She scrolled down his photos and zoomed in checking his photo closer. Her heart starts to pound faster as she stares into his eyes. The picture melted her soul. She even read few comments and felt her heart burning up seeing how girls were calming to be his possession. She wasn't liking some comments were not nice to her liking.
Closing her phone she threw her phone side and hugging his blazer she turns the light and pulling duvet over her body she tried to sleep but her mind was occupied by Manik only.
Next mourning Manik hitting the gym walks back to his room and took a warm shower. He walks out of washroom with a towel around his body and ruffling his wet hair. He had early meeting to attend.
He quickly got ready and grabbing his phone from the side table and holding his blazer in his hand walks out of the room. He wasn't expecting anyone to be awake this time as it only 8am in the morning.
He had strictly told his mother to be awake too early in the morning or stay awoke till late night but does his mother listen to him. She always ignores his words and gets early up preparing for his breakfast.
Manik shook his head as he could hear few nosies coming out from kitchen. He immediately understood his mother was cooking as butler doesn't come to work till half 8.
He walks into kitchen and looks at Neyonika who was busy something for Manik to eat before he leaves for Manik. Neyonika stops working and looks at him with a smile. He walks to her and side hugs her, placing a kiss on her forehead.
Manik : good morning mom. You never listen to Me. why do you get up so early? When will you stop doing all these mom?
Neyonika : good morning Manik. I'll stop when my daughter comes doing all this for you. When you get married and your wife does this for you then I'll stop.
Manik : really mom. You know what my answer is going to be. I am not ready to get married mom.
Neyonika : leave all these. Here have this. I'll bring your breakfast. We will talk about your marriage afterwards.
She handed him the orange juice and moves away arranging his breakfast. Manik sighs and starts drinking the juice while walking out of kitchen.
Kissing Neyonika's cheek and bidding bye to her Manik walks out of the mansion and sitting in his car drove to his office with his bodyguards following him.
Arriving to office walks straight to his cabin. He settles down and opening his laptop and starts working. He was so engrossed with his work didn't notice when the time passed away.
A knock disturbed him. He looks up when the door opens revealing Arjun standing there with a file in his hand. Arjun walks inside and greets Manik.
Arjun : good morning sir. Shall I get your coffee?
Manik: good morning Arjun. No coffee today. Can you read out my schedule for today?
Arjun nodded his head and starts telling Manik his schedule for today but his mind seems to be lost when Arjun mentioned about a meeting with Abhi. Manik couldn't stop thinking about Nandini.
Arjun shockingly stares at his boos who was looking lost and smiling to himself. It was rare to see Manik like this. He looked so confused and coughed gaining Manik's attention. Manik looks at him.
Arjun : sir, are you alright? Do I need go call the doctor? You look so lost. Did you hear what I said?
Manik : I'm okay. Leave the file on my desk and leave. I will call when I need you.
Arjun nodded his head and leaving the file on the desk left from there. Manik shakes his head and ruffling his hair got back to his work.
Grumpily sitting ok a cough with her legs crossed and resting her hand on her cheek and sending death glares thought how to murder her brother who was working without paying any attention on her.
Her bother betrayed her. Her brother promised her to make her wish come true but look at him, there is he in office and working. He didn't even cared about his promise. She looked so pissed at him.
Having enough of his ignorance she stood and stomping her foot loudly marched towards him. Resting her hand on her lips she looks at him and calls his name out. Abhi glanced at her suppressing hue giggle at her.
Abhi : baby doll. Please don't disturb me. I'm working. I'll take you out later.
Nandini: fine. Do your work. I'm going to complain about you to Bhabhi now. You broke your promise.
She said and without listening to him walks out of the cabin and walks through the corridor towards exit while cursing Abhi only bumped to wall.
Rubbing her head and winching in pain she got confused how in the middle of corridor she banged her head into the wall. She looks up and stares into those pair of eyes that stared into her souls.
Her heart flutters up as she looks at him who didn't blinked his eyes away and kept staring her intensely. Her trance was broken by when she hears someone saying something.
Her eyes moves beside him and found Arjun waving at her. She waves back at him and looks at Manik. Manik who came with Arjun to Murthy's industrial to attend his meet with Abhi.
He was on the phone and walking to Abhi's cabin and stops when he noticed Nandini coming towards him. He didn't even realised he stopped and that same time she bumped to him.
He stares her and thought how adorable she looks wearing blue shirt and white shorts. She really looked cute and he couldn't take his eyes off.

Manik : hi Nandini, where are you rushing to?
Nandini: don't talk to me Manik. I'm so angry.
Arjun looks Manik and wanted to wait for his reaction when Nandini snapped at him.
Manik : why? What are you angry? Where is Abhi?
Nandini : don't even take his name front of me. He's a cheater. He lied to me. I don't want to talk to him.
Manik felt very concerning and worried when she said she's angry. He thought what might have happened between the siblings.
Manik : what happened? Did you both fight?
Nandini : fight! No but I'll start fighting with you. Even you lied to me. You played with my love.
Manik looks so confused and glances at Arjun who found all this amusing seeing his both talking so sweetly to Nandini. He never thought Manik would talk to any girl like this expect his family ladies.
Manik : what did I do Nandini? When did I lie to you? I am not understanding you.
Abhi comes out of his cabin searching for his baby doll and found her talking to Manik. He walks to them and looks at Manik with a smile.
Abhi : hey Manik. When did you come? I thought you cancelled the meeting.
Manik : what? When did I cancel the meeting? And why is Nandini angry? When did I lie to her?
Abhi looks at his sister who glares him and chuckles when he looked back at confused Manik.
Abhi : well it's your fault Manik. Because of you I had to agree her taking out to try streets foods and mostly her love pani puri. I had meetings lined up so I couldn't take her out so madam barged into my cabin and starts threatening me.
Manik loos at Nandini who sheepish smiles at him and now he understood why she was falling like that. He sighs and looks at Abhi.
Manik : oh! I know I got it. This is the reason why she looks angry. What about our meeting?
Abhi : I'm sorry Manik. I going to baby doll out. Can we reschedule the meeting?
Manik sighs and looks at Arjun who took a note of it and nodded his head at Manik.
Manik : I'll get Arjun to reschedule it then. I should leave too. Nandini enjoy your pani puri.
Nandini : I'm sorry Manik. I got angry with you.
Manik : it's alright. I'll see you later.
Manik was about to leave but stopped when Nandini called him. He turns and looks at her.
Nandini : can I request you something? Do you want to come with us?
Manik : I'm sorry Nandini. I have a meeting fixed up.
He didn't wanted to deny her but he had meeting fixed already. He looks at Nandini who got sad but didn't say much. Abhi's phone rang at the same time. He answered it and looks at Nandini while talking. He ended the call.
Abhi : baby doll, I'm sorry. I can't take you out. I forgot about my appointment with the doctors.
Nandini: it's okay Bhai. I don't want to go.
Abhi looks at her sadly. Manik also noticed how she got upset and didn't want to see her like that.
Manik : Abhi, it's fine! I'll take Nandini with me. You don't worry. Nandini will come with me?
Nandini : but what about your meeting?
Manik : you don't need to worry. You say, do you want to come?
She excitedly nodded her head making both men's happy whereas Arjun looked so shocked seeing his boss cancelling the meeting.
Manik : let's go then. Abhi I'll drop her home afterwards.
Abhi : thank you Manik. I'll see you later baby doll. Enjoy yourself and take care of yourself. Eat much as you can, don't try have everything at once. I don't want you to fall ill. Okay.
Nandini nodded her head and looks at Manik who blinks his eyes at Abhi assuring him. Nandini follows Manik and Arjun bidding bye to Abhi.
