Chapter 3: 2

Little LuxWords: 22125

7th of October, 2022 - Brooklyn, NYC

Both men would occasionally glance up at Lux's sleeping form via the rear view mirror. About 5 minuets after she passed out Vincent had moved her from his lap and into one of the back seats, buckling her in.

"How long do you think she's gonna be out for?" Vincent asks, glancing back at her for the 100th time.

"A good while for sure. She's a tiny thing so the chemicals will probably have a stronger effect on her." Sebastian replies as he smoothly steers the car through the congested streets.

They were currently on the way to JFK airport so they could get back to their home in LA. Luckily it was only a 30 minuet drive from Brooklyn to Queens, where JFK airport is located.

"I just hope she stays asleep during the flight." Vincent mutters. Even with a private flight, explaining Lux's distress - screaming and crying if she happened to wake up - would be difficult to the crew and flight attendants. Everything would go much more smoothly if she just stayed asleep.

"I'm sure she won't Vin" Sebastian says, rubbing his thumb over his husband's knuckles as he holds his hand in a soothing manner. "She's completely passed out back there, wouldn't wake up if it was the end of the world."

Vincent chuckles lightly, once again glancing back at her in the rear view mirror. Her school uniform is a little oversized on her and her light blonde hair has fallen in front of her sweet little face. She looks adorable.

"I can't believe we finally have her." Vincent says quietly. This all feels so surreal to both men. They've known everything about her for ages and now that they finally had her safely buckled up in the backseat, they couldn't help but feel like their little family was finally complete.

Sebastian smiles softly, happy that they finally had their little girl.

---

A quick 30 minuets later and the car came to a stop outside of the private jet. The doors to the car were opened by 2 members of the crew and both men stepped out. Vincent passed the keys of the car to one of the airport workers since the car was being flown back to California on a separate plane. Sebastian walked around the back of the car, opening the door and lifting the sleeping girl out of the vehicle.

The pilot along with 2 flight attendants greet them at the stairs leading up to the jet.

"Ah, Mr Silver." The pilot says in a friendly tone, shaking Vincent's hand. He's been flying these men around for a few years now so they have a pretty good relationship. "We're ready to leave when you are."

Vincents nods his head towards the pilot, greeting him and Sebastian gives him a soft smile although most of their attention is focused on the small girl asleep in Sebastian's arms.

The two men board the jet, taking their usual seats on the comfortable chairs towards the back of the jet. Sebastian making sure to keep Lux comfortable in his lap.

---

Luckily, the flight goes pretty smoothly. Once they were up in the air they managed to change Lux into some more comfortable clothes. Just a pair of grey joggers, a soft white tank top and light pink zip-up Ralph Lauren hoodie. And a diaper. They had to start that now for the smoothest transition.

"She looks so cute and cozy now." Sebastian says, adjusting her in his lap as he brushes some hair out of her face.

"She does." Vincent agrees, admiring the site of his husband cuddled up with the young girl.

Over the past few months the men have gone a little overload about shopping for Lux. The small girl already had a closet full of clothes, and a chest full up of dress-up costumes of every princess she could imagine. She had hundreds of toys, more than any kid could dream of, safely tucked away in the playroom of on shelfs in her bedroom. She truly had everything and more.

"You remember when we got August. I think we went just as crazy when it came to shopping for him." Sebastian chuckles, smiling at the memory.

"Their both going to be spoiled rotten, that's for sure." Vincent says, a smile on his face.

Both men take a few minuets just to admire the girl. They've never had her this close to them before and they're beginning to notice details which they missed from only seeing her from a far away angle. Although her eyes are closed, they know she has these big beautiful brown eyes which seem to stare up into your soul. Even now, with her lashes resting softly against her cheeks, there's a quiet intensity about her - a sense of calm and mystery waiting just beneath the surface. She has a few light brown freckles scattered across the rosy skin of her cheeks. Her lips are a light shade of pink and her little button nose has a nice slope to it creating a pretty side profile.

"She's so cute" Sebastian whispers again. "Such a precious little thing."

---

A quick five hours later and the plane had touched down in California, the men were now back on the road again, driving the last part of the journey to their L.A. home. Lux was once again strapped in the backseat of the car, still completely passed out.

It was now 6pm and the men were hoping to make it back home before 7. The car was mostly silent now and both Vincent and Sebastian just wanted to get home, not only to get Lux settled but also to see their little boy again.

"I know baby, papa's excited too." Vincent chuckles as he speaks to August through the phone. "But you've been having a nice time with Sarah too, hm?" Vincent asks, speaking softly with the little.

There's a brief pause when August replies, babbling happily about all the fun things him and Sarah have done this past week whilst his daddies have been away.

Vincent smiles softly, enjoying the sound of his little boys excited voice.

"Okay sweetheart, me and daddy will be home in about 20 minuets." Vincent says. There's another brief pause when August starts talking again.

"Yes baby, we have sissy with us." Vincent says. August has been so incredibly excited to meet his new little sister ever since his daddies told him a few weeks ago. He was excited to have someone to play with at home and hopefully share some of the same interests with. He had never had a sibling before, even when he didn't live with Vincent and Sebastian so he was just excited by the whole idea of even having a sibling. He was determined to be the best big brother ever.

"We'll see you in a bit baby, now can you be a big boy and hand the phone back to Sarah please?" Vincent asks. He can hear the sound of August handing the phone back over to Sarah.

"I think he misses you two dearly." Sarah said, sounding amused as she spoke with Vincent through the phone.

"We miss him a lot too." Vincent says with a soft chuckle. "We'll be home in 20 minuets, okay?"

"Okay, you two drive safely." Sarah says.

"Sure will." Vincent confirms, saying "see you in twenty." before hanging up the phone.

They were getting close to their house now, and it wouldn't be long before they were pulling into the driveway.

---

A quick twenty minuets later, Lux was still asleep and they had finally reached the private and gated estate that they lived in. Silas steps out of the car, quickly punching in the 4-digit code to open the automatic gates before getting back into car.

The area that they live in is a very nice part of L.A. Exclusive and private, just what the men wanted. They didn't need any unwanted attention on them or their babies. The estate is far enough away from the main city so that it's pretty quiet, no sounds of traffic or people. Just peace and quiet. They drive slowly down the street of luxurious houses before they finally reach their own. A lavish but homely house at the end of the street with a few rather nice cars parked in the driveway.

Sebastian parks before turning off the engine. "You ready?"

Vincent nods his head, unbuckling his seatbelt before stepping out of the car. Sebastian does the same but also walks around to the back, lifting Lux up into his arms.

It's a quiet evening and the sun has already started to sink under the horizon, creating a calming and peaceful atmosphere.

The men quickly walk inside, not wanting to keep their little boy waiting any longer.

"Dada! Papa!" Is the first thing that they hear when they enter the house, quickly followed by the sight of a small boy with light brown hair running up to them excitedly.

Vincent bends down, opening his arms for August to run into before scooping him up, peppering is face in kisses causing him giggle uncontrollably.

Once Vincent stops, August looks over at Sebastian, immediately noticing his passed out little sister. He lets out a small gasp, a huge grin appearing on his face. "Is that sissy?"

Sebastian smiles warmly at August, nodding his head as he spoke. "It sure is, buddy." Sebastian said, his voice full of love for their little girl.

August's eyes widen with excitement upon his daddies confirming that it is indeed sissy, that they have their new little girl home with them. August's heart is filled with excitement.

Sarah, who's been quietly watching the scene unfold from a few feet away, finally walks towards them.

She smiles warmly as she watches the interaction between August and Sebastian, knowing that August has been really excited to meet his little sister ever since Sebastian and Vincent first told him that she was a little girl.

"I hope he wasn't too much trouble." Vincent says, reaching into his wallet and grabbing a few crisp $100 bills, handing it to the woman.

Sarah waves her hand in a dismissive gesture, shaking her head at the cash. "Oh, he was no trouble at all." She said, a warm smile on her face as she spoke to Vincent. She accepts her payment, putting the bills into her own wallet. "He was an angel like he always is, no worry at all." She adds, beginning to gather her stuff so that she can leave and allow the family to settle down for the evening.

August squirms in his daddy's arms, desperate to get a closer look at his little sister.

Vincent chuckles, adjusting August in his grip before speaking again. "Thank you again. Really" He says sincerely. "I guess next time we ask you to babysit for us, it'll be for two little ones instead of one." He says, ruffling August's hair.

Sarah chuckles softly as she looked at the two little ones in the arms of their daddies. "You two might finally be outnumbered." She teases playfully, her eyes sparkling in the evening light. "But I don't mind watching the two of them, as long as August is as good as he always is." The woman said warmly, her tone affectionate as she spoke about August.

They finish with their goodbyes and Sarah leaves for the night.

"He sure has missed us, huh?" Sebastian says quietly, referring to August. Though the little's eyes are sparkling with excitement, he's also clearly exhausted. It's nearing his bedtime and the excitement from finally seeing his daddies probably has him full of adrenaline, too riled up to sleep anytime soon.

"How about some quiet time, sweetheart. You can settle down for the evening and get a closer look at sissy, hm?" Sebastian suggests, bouncing Lux gently in his arms.

August hums in agreement, resting his head in the crook of Vincent's neck.

Vincent sets him back down on the floor, kissing the top of his head. "You go with daddy and sissy to the couch, I'll get you a bottle of milk, okay?" Vincent says, ruffling the boys hair one last time before walking towards the kitchen to get him a babas.

August follows Sebastian into the living room, taking a seat next to them on the couch and watching as his daddy cradles his new sister in his arms as she sleeps.

Sebastian looks down at August, smiling faintly before he speaks. "What do you think, bud? Do you think sissy is pretty?" Sebastian asks quietly.

August nods his head, reaching out to softly touch her cheek. "She sleepy?"

Sebastian nods in agreement. "Very sleepy, baby." He says and smiles gently at August, watching as the small boy touches his sister's cheek.

"Why?" August asks.

Sebastian chuckles softly as his little boy asks questions, always trying to understand everything. "I suppose she's just tired from the long car ride." Sebastian says. Yes, it's a lie but Sebastian was not about to tell his little boy that they drugged the little girl so that she would pass out.

After a few more minuets, Vincent enters the room with a nice warm bottle of milk in his hand. He takes a seat next to August, lifting the boy onto to lap.

"Milky, daddy." August babbles happily, snuggling into his arms.

Vincent smiles before softly pressing the nipple of the bottle to his lips, gently prying his mouth open. He opens his mouth and begins to suckle on the bottle, allowing the warm milk to soothe him into a more relaxed and calmed state. He feels his papa gently begin to rock him back and forth in his lap, adding to the calming environment.

He feels completely happy and content, back with his two daddies and his new little sister.

---

The time was just after 7:50pm and the two men had finally tucked August into bed. The small boy had fallen asleep halfway through his bottle of milk but still continued to suckle in his sleep until the bottle was completely empty.

Sebastian left Lux snuggled up on the couch so that he could help Vincent with August.

Together, did a very quick brush of his teeth, wanting to get them at least a little more clean before he was put to bed for the night. His diaper was changed and replaced with a fresh new one and he was stripped out of his daytime clothes into a pair of navy blue pyjamas with a big green dinosaur on the front of the top. All whilst fast asleep. The boy was a heavy sleeper that's for sure.

Now, Sebastian was just turning on his night light whilst Vincent plugged in the small humidifier, putting some lavender essential oil drops inside and adjusting the settings on it so that it would turn off after an hour and a half. They always found that these two items really helped the boys quality of sleep, making for a more happy version of August in the mornings.

With a final kiss on the head, they went back downstairs to the 15 year old girl who was now starting to shift on the couch, slowly waking up from her sleep.

Sebastian glances at Vincent, both of them silently watching as the little girl was gradually waking up. They knew that complete distress and panic would ensue for a while when Lux realised that she wasn't at home but in a random house belonging to people she's never met before. Yet, they would be there to try and help soothe and calm her down, promising her that there was no reason to be scared or upset.

They take a seat on the couch next to her, one on each side, just incase she tries to run.

Lux stretches out, letting out a little yawn. She felt like she was asleep for years. She reaches her hands up, rubbing her eyes before finally fluttering them open. Her vision is a little blurry at the start but it becomes clear after a few seconds and that's when the confusion sets in.

Her eyes graze over the room, noticing the luxury of the place. There are some expensive looking paintings on the wall with a huge flatscreen TV which is currently on mute but seems to be playing some children's cartoon. She can already tell that the couch she's lying on is very good quality and is probably real leather. The whole place screams wealth.

And that's when she realises.

Wait, I don't know anybody with this kind of money

All of a sudden the memories from earlier that day come flooding back. She remembers getting the key from her mom and walking across the road over to the apartments. She remembers someone grabbing her and then... nothing.

It's the soft spoken words of Sebastian which startle her more, sending her into complete panic.

"Hey baby." He says softly, gently brushing some hair out of her eyes so she can see more clear. "Did you have a nice sleep?"

Lux's eyes shoot up towards the man and she immediately sits up on the couch.

"W-wha-" Lux stammers. It doesn't take her long to figure out what's happens.

She's been kidnapped.

"You t-took m-m-me" She manages to say, her voice trembling and her eyes filling with tears. She's never felt this kind of terror before.

Both men feel their heart soften in their chest at her scared little words.

"Yes we did, sweetheart." Vincent says softly, knowing that honesty was the best option here. There was no point in lying to her.

The tears start instantly and Lux's body is sent into full fledged panic. She stands up from the sofa, taking a few quick steps away from them before any of them have a chance to react.

"Lux." Sebastian says calmly. "You're safe, I promise. We're not going to hurt you, little one."

"N-no" Lux whimpers, wiping at her eyes with her fists.

The men feel their hearts breaking as they watch their little one in distress.

"Come here sweetheart. We can have a little talk on the couch, hm?" Sebastian says, reaching his hand out in Lux's direction which only causes her to take a few more steps away from them.

"Lux." Vincent warns, his tone turning a little more serious and authoritative than it was before. "We're just trying to help you sweetheart."

"N-no" Lux says again, too overwhelmed to say much more.

The men remain calm. They knew that a breakdown like this was going to happen and how they reacted to it was very important.

"Lux Eloise, sit down and listen to your daddies. We don't walk away when trying to have a conversation." Sebastian says. His tone is demanding and much more authoritative than Vincent's yet he remains calm and collected. He needs the young girl to understand that they are in charge here.

Lux flinches a little at the stricter tone but sits down in-between the men, not wanting to know the consequences of disobeying them. She thinks they might kill her.

"W-what do you m-mean d-daddies?" She asks in a small, whimpering voice as she covers her face with her hands, sobs continuing leave her mouth and shake her body.

Vincent puts his arm around her shoulder and Sebastian rubs his hand up and down her thigh in a soothing manner. They take a few seconds to admire how small she is. Even when they're all sitting down on the couch, Lux's head doesn't even reach to the height the shoulders on the men.

"You're going to live here with us now, sweetheart. We're going to be a family." Vincent says softy, ignoring her previous question.

"You're going to be our little girl Luxie." Sebastian adds.

"N-no" Lux cries. "Please t-take m-me back home." She pleads.

"You are home, sweet girl." Vincent says, pressing a kiss to the top of her head. "You're going to love it here, sweetheart. No more big girl worries. Me and daddy are going to take care of everything."

"I'm 15!" Lux cries. "Not a l-little g-girl."

"Shhhh, just breathe baby." Sebastian soothes, sliding his hands under Lux's thighs, lifting her up and shifting her onto Vincent's lap who begins to rock her gently in hopes to soothe her.

Lux squirms on his lap, not wanting to be near any of the men who are claiming to be her 'daddies'.

"Just relax baby, everything's gonna be okay. We're not gonna hurt you." Vincent says softly, pressing another kiss to the top of her head.

'I know baby, I know." Sebastian says sympathetically, his heart breaking as he watches his little girl in so much distress.

The boys look at each other, silently agreeing to let her cry it out. Most likely there are still some chemicals in her system. That and the added breakdown she's having, she small girl is bound to fall asleep again from exhaustion.

It takes abut 10 minuets for Lux's sobs to finally reduce down to sniffles.

"There we go." Vincent mumbles as she begins to calm down.

"I want my m-mom." She sniffles, wiping her eyes.

The boys don't say anything, just continuing to gently shush and soothe her.

"You know Luxie, tomorrow you get to meet your big brother." Sebastian says, trying to brighten the mood. "That'll be exciting, hm?"

"W-what?" Lux asks, her eyes widening in shock.

They've kidnapped someone else, she thinks to herself.

"That's right sweetheart." Vincent says, chuckling softly at her surprised expression. "His name is August and he's the sweetest little boy ever. You're going to love him."

Lux stays silent for a few moments before wiping her eyes again.

"How o-old is he?" She asks, not sure if they are talking about an actual little boy of someone her age who they've brainwashed into believing he's a little boy.

The men sigh. "Biologically 17, but that's not important Lux."

"Biological age means nothing." Sebastian adds.

I think the rest of the world would beg to differ, Lux thinks, not quite bold enough to say it out loud.

"Did you kidnapped h-him too?" Lux asks quietly.

The men sigh again.

"No Luxie, he was adopted 3 years ago. Just like you."

Lux frowns because this definitely wasn't adoption. Adoption was legal and she knew for a fact that what these men did to both her and this 'brother' of hers, was not.

Lux yawns. Despite her mind screaming at her hit, kick and struggle against the men, her body has other plans. She's still drowsy from the chloroform and despite her desire to run as fast as she can away from here, her body is shutting down again.

"That's it baby, just drift back to sleep." She hears one of the men say as her vision goes blurry again.

She tries her very best to stay keep her eyes open and stay awake but sleep quickly consumes and before she has a chance to argue, she's out like a light once again.

---

"There we go." Sebastian mumbles a Vincent eases her down into her bed.

The pair had stayed in the lounge with the younger girl for another 30 minuets to make sure she was properly asleep before moving her into her bedroom. They didn't bother changing her clothes as she was already in a comfy outfit and they didn't want her to wake up.

Sebastian grabs the baby monitor, making sure it's turned on and connected to the one in their room just incase she's up in the night. He also turns on her little night light so that the room isn't completely pitch black.

Vincent pulls the covers over her small body before leaning down and kissing her forehead. Sebastian does the same, murmuring a quiet "Goodnight, little one."

The two were incredibly happy to finally have their baby home.
