My eyes feel heavy what time is it.. Did I fall asleep?
As he opened his eyes he was met with a beautiful setting sun looking at his side laid Cyril laying on his shoulder still
OH SH- How long were we asleep?!
"Cyril.." Lewis spoke in a soft hushed tone while shaking Cyril slightly
Cyril just pulled Lewis closer by the waist holding him close
Lewis stayed still not knowing what to do by the tight grip
10 minutes passed with Lewis frozen in Cyril's arms
Ok I should probably wake him up now
"Cyril it's already starting to get dark you have to get up!!" A little bit more desperate Lewis Shoved Cyril slightly causing him to finally open his eyes
"Lewis?"
"YES it's me finally!.. you're awake lets head back it's starting to get late"
"Yea.." Cyril spoke in a soft tone making me feel as if I did something wrong
After convincing Cyril to go back to his room telling him he doesn't have to walk me back to my room because his room is literally down the hall from mine he relentlessly agreed as he's tired and should get rest although we were sleeping the whole day but that doesn't count sleep is sleep
I groaned as I opened my door slamming it shut and then proceeding to take off my pants leaving my shirt on unbuttoning a few and then plopping onto my bed the moon was bright shining through the windows with a dark blue color in the sky stars bright and visible it was like a nightlight feeling too lazy to close the curtains and changing into proper night attire I close my eyes
"How improper"
WHAT THE HECK A GHOST ASSASSIN???
"Hick! Huh??!"now sitting up I look around spotting a figure walking near my bed and then sitting next to me
No way..
"Where were you? I heard you were feeling unwell so I came to check on you but to my surprise you were gone I thought you would be back soon so deciding to wait I stayed but who knew you would make me wait until this late"
"Okay wait first of all I never told you to wait for me I didn't MAKE You wait for me you waited because you wanted to and second of all i'm not engaged to you so where i've been shouldn't concern you and third of all please don't tell me flora is in my room somewhere in here"
Clytius scoffed then shook his head "No I told her to go and to not worry I'll be staying here for tonight"
"I see.."
"So you lied about being ill because I came here with flora?" now Clytius stared at me with a amused look on his face with a disturbing smirk
"No.. Because I didn't want to see either you or flora both is unpleasant and you coming unannounced isn't so prince charming of you so what i'm getting at is please leave i'm tired there should be plenty of rooms for you to sleep in."
Pulling the covers up Clytius grabbed my wrist pinning me down with him on top of me
"You're so cold to me you used fawn over me" Face to face we had a staring contest how romantic but right now I don't want romance I want sleep and I want him gone yes he's handsome yes my heart is pounding but it's only because i'm scared he might do something pervvy
"Woww I know right but hey it's a win on you're side" I say turning my face away to avoid eye contact
"Hah."
Suddenly he grabbed my face making me face him eye to eye
"um.. this is getting weird" I say looking everywhere but his face
Without warning he moved his head towards my neck
"UM Now this is getting really REALLY weird."
After a few seconds he gets up gabbing my face harshly now us being closer then ever I was thinking either he's going to kiss me or he's going to twist my neck
"Why do you smell like that" He said sternly now no longer smirking
Unexpected he asked me something?
"What do you mean Smell like what?"
"Did you buy a new perfume is that why you've been out all day? have you been shopping"
"No.." Ah.. I probably smell like Cyril..
he then scoffed tightening his grip on my face
"Ouw wuit huld un"
"So you've been sleeping around?"
Whys he gotta be holding my face so tight and why does he care if I've been sleeping around no way.. was he playing hard to get the whole time but that's impossible he's head over heels for flora and head over knifes with Lewis
Shoving Clytius I softly press my hands onto my cheek "Eep! ouch.. SERIOUSLY!" I shove Clytius again
"No and even IF I WAS that's none of you're concern we aren't engaged anymore I seriously don't like you anymore"
"You expect me to believe that?"
"Believe it or not but it's true Unless you keep bothering me like you are now and like you did at the banquet maybe?! MAYBE?! You would know. You might have been my type before but you're not now "
Clytius just stared at me like he didn't believe a word I just said
"I'm tired i'm sleeping here"
"nuh uh" I say as I stop him as he try's to get into the blankets
"I don't care if you're tired OR not you're not sleeping in here there's the door it's the same one you came in and it's the same one you're leaving out"
He just pulled the blanket and got in as I was sitting there mouth wide open from the disrespect
I suppose he suddenly got deaf
Should I just sleep?.
"You have a nice body"
I turn to look at Clytius ready to hit him but I restrain myself somehow call me a saint
"Thanks. I've seen better bodies then yours but you don't look too shabby yourself" I Say with a mocking tone and a cheeky smile
I look at him to see him glaring at me then see his hand coming towards my wrist somehow dodging his hand that was gonna super grip me I get up
"It was a horrible time talking with you and i'm not sleeping here sleep here if you want i'll sleep in a different room." I say walking towards the door
Hearing shuffling I hurry(Run) towards the door I open it before it's slammed shut
damn.. so close..I turn and there I am i'm again face to face with hulk who has a habit to grab me harshly at any chance he gets
"Please.. please let me go" I say rather weakly giving up on trying to argue
"Seriously.. You make me look like a bad guy"
"Cause you are.." I mutter
"what?" He says sounding amused
"Arghhh!! SERIOUSLY can you just give up on revenge I haven't done intense damage to you"
"No"
"So you won't stop bothering me?"
"Are you deaf? I said No."
This assho- look at him smirking thinking he's all that
Fuck it-
Before I knew my hand moved on it's own landing a punch on his perfect face
"Argh.." He groaned
"eat feces you anus shove a stick up your anus while you're at it" I don't know how they curse back then so this will do for now
"hah?..what?" He scoffed
I open the door slamming it as fast as I can sprinting down the hall
"HEY!!"
Shi- WHY'S HE chasing ME?! if I let him hit my face once will he leave me alone?
I Slide across the hall turning right eyes scanning the hallway as fast as it can I look to the side opening the nearest door AKA Cyril's room thankfully it was unlocked
"Lewis..?" Cyril slowly got up sitting at the ledge of his bed clearly drowsy
"Shhhh I'll explain later!" I say running around his room wondering where to hide I go for a long dresser at the side of the room quickly getting in it shifting around
there was very few clothes but enough to slightly fill the space
Knock knock
"EHm" I cover my mouth in hopes of not breathing but still being able to breathe
I hear Cyril shifting around and then hear footsteps near the door and the handle being twisted
"You're royal highness what brings you here at this hour?"
"Have you seen Lewis?"
Silence filled the air for a few seconds
"No you're highness why would I have seen Lewis?.."
"You're right sorry but do you mind if I check you're room?"

Lying to a royal can result in death depending on how big of a lie was told
It's fine I'm well hidden Yuuppp I'm fine I won't get caught
"Of course"
Footsteps were heard from all sections of the room then finally the footsteps came closer and closer
It was opened At this point I was holding my breath staying as still as possible
"I must be going crazy there's no way a person would be able to fit in here Thank you I'll be going now"
"Ah yes.." Cyril shut the door after Clytius was out of sight
Cyril walked over to the closet/Dresser And helped me out
"Are you alright?"
"Mhm" I nod my head
"Whys his highness still here?.." Cyril muttered
"I don't know"
"Cyril this is a weird request but can I maybe you know like um.."I Hesitate for a second or two before continuing
"Like you know maybe stay here.. I mean its too risky to go to another room and I was just wondering it's okay if not like you know I understand because you know... Um yeah.."
Damn it I was just rambling like a fool
Cyril let out a quiet laugh "You can sleep in the bed I'll sleep on the chair"
The chair? that old thing?
"no no no I'll feel bad I'll sleep on the chair"
After arguing back in forth I came to a solution
"H-how about both of us sleep in the bed that way we both won't feel bad.." I say flustered looking down not daring to look at the individual in front
Cyril let out a chuckle by how flustered and cute Lewis looked "Sure lets do that Although my bed is small it'll probably be uncomfortable"
"I-I'm sure i-it'll be fine.."
Why am I stuttering? Why am I STUTTERING ARGHHHH
We both got into bed and surprisingly it wasn't that bad it was comfy and soft but I couldn't focus on sleeping when Cyril was next to me it felt like I just ran 3 miles Cyril was unfazed his face glowed by the moon light shining through his window making him look like sleeping beauty
seriously eye candy but that goes for everyone here
I finally started calming down Giving into sleep and eventually drifting asleep
"..."
(AN) I think my writing has changed and for those who liked how I wrote before I sincerely apologize I didn't write for a few months after writing a few chapters so I kind of forgot how I did things but I don't think I did too shabby oh and Tbh I still don't know who the male lead will be I'm conflicted out of
Edwin, Ezra, Silas, Lewilyn, Cyril, AND MAYBE AZIEL. I know some well no a lot of these characters haven't even showed up yet but i'm planning on writing them in a few more chapters I also don't know if he should end up with someone from the royal family Oh well
Also I don't know why each chapter ends by Lewis sleeping LOLL SORRY I could do a cliffhanger but I mean I like the idea of sleep I'll probably do different things don't worry the chapters won't always end with him sleeping but that's all for now
