"i can't find my birthday outfit." i said.
"don't you got two??" she asked making me nod.
"girlâ they in the dryer." she said then walked away from my door frame.
"malia...get up we gonna be leaving in a minute." i said shaking her and she opened her eyes.
"wait, did my mom say i could go?"
"yeah my mama been asked her." i said and she nodded getting up.
"okay okay." i watched as she tried to stand up.

"you good??" i asked as she looked through her bag.

i walked to the washer room and looked in the dryer grabbing my outfits.
i folded them then put them in my suitcase.
i came back in my room and malia was getting dressed,"i'm finna go check on mama and em." i said and she nodded.
"by time you come back i'll be in the living room." she said and i went into mama room.
"sahari still sleep??" i asked and mama pointed to journey who was doing her hair while she was sleep.
"i'm surprised she sleeping through that-" i said.
"chile she was up all night for some reason." mama said.
"well..." i walked over to sahari and started shaking her.
"na' if she start crying." mom said as sahari started sitting up.
she rubbed her eyes and stared at me before reaching for me,"not you acting nice." i said picking her up.
"hoping her hair last through this trip." mama said as sahari messed with her shoes.
"we gonna be leaving in like 10 minutes sooo." she added and i nodded.
"i'm ready." i said then put sahari down.
i went back to my room and grabbed my suitcase then walked downstairs where i saw malia was sitting on her phone.
"if you want me to eat you out just say dat." i said and she shook her head before grabbing my suitcase from me.
she grabbed my neck and pulled me close to her,"just wait until your birthday night...." she said and gave me a peck on the lips before letting my neck go.

"ight, yall ready?" mama asked and i nodded.
"anddd when we get to the beach house, i'm gonna go ahead and do your hair." she said.

malia sat our stuff down,"you finna get your hair done??" she asked rubbing her ear.

she let out a dramatic sigh making me laugh,"let gooo." she said and she only slipped out of my grip so i grabbed onto her leg.
"i'm finna drag you all the way in the living room." she said.
"bettt, let's go." i said and she started walking out the room.
"sahari!!" i yelled and she came around the corner with an orange slice in her hand.
i let go of malia leg and sahari ran into malia's arm.
"if she your favorite just say dat." i said and sahari flipped me off.
"i should of never taught you that shit." i said and she rolled her eyes.
"got her grown as fuck already." malia said shaking her head.
i shrugged and walked to the living room,"so you wanna slick back low ponytail??" mama asked and i nodded sitting down.
"wassup malia!!" uncle amare said coming in being loud.

"yeah yeah, here's a early birthday gift."he said handing me a gucci bag.

i opened the bag and it had some money inside.

he stared back at me and we both just started laughing.
i don't know what it was but me and iniko just always had this sibling connection with each other.
"i don't know yet, i mean we probably gonna go get some dinner or something." mama said as i got on my phone.

it turned into tongue kissing as she grabbed my waist pulling me closer to her, i let out a slight whine when she pulled away.
"girl- don't worry you'll get allat and more your birthday night come on." she said grabbing my hand.

she pushed me back then threw me over her shoulder.

i just sighed and hung over her shoulder until we got to the living room.
