[1] 这题超纲(zhè tí chāogāng)- It is an internet slang which refers to beyond what one can do. When one encounter questions that one can’t answer, one can use this sentence to get over this question and they are often used as stickers on online chats.

[2] 老房子着火(lǎo fángzi zháohuǒ)- Old house is on fire refers to when older people dates. This is from a phrase where when older people date, it is like their old house is on fire, it is hopeless.

[3] -碰瓷(pèngcí)-Staged act/to scam somebody by setting up an “accident” in which one appears to have sustained damage or injury caused by the scam victim, then demanding compensation. The variation of these incidents include putting “expensive” porcelain in place where it is likely to be knocked over by passers-by, and stepping into the path of a slow-moving car. Thus, it sort of relates to its literal translation of the words ‘touching or bumping(碰) porcelain(瓷)’.

[4] 门当户对(mén dāng hù duì)- It is an idiom that means the families are well-matched in terms of social status.
