Alex's Pov
I'm laying in bed lost in my own thoughts, Lucas was really telling the truth about kidnapping Brianna, so that must mean that he was right about mom's miscarriage, but just thinking about that if mom didn't have that miscarriage I wouldn't have been born, I would have never met Charlotte, so then Charlotte would have still been with Javier, or the other baby.
I then heard my phone vibrate, I look over and see that Charlotte is ringing me "hello" I say as I answer "hey, are you okay" she asks "yeah, I'm fine, wait Charlotte would you be able to drive over here real quick I need to talk to you, I don't want to share over the phone" I say "yeah of course, I'll be there in a few minutes" I then heard rustling suggesting Charlotte was getting off her bed "see you soon, love you" I say then hanging up.
I then got up off my bed and saw that blood had seeped through the cloth that was wrapped around my back, I slowly then unwrap the cloth from around my back to reveal the cut on my back, and all the dried blood around the cut, I haven't been able to shower with the my skin being freshly stitched.
"Someone is here for you" mom says as she pops her head into my room "okay" I say then she walks, then the door opens again "hey baby" Charlotte says as she runs in and hugs me "hey".
"What did you want to talk about" Charlotte asks as she breaks away from the hug, but she then rests her arms over my shoulders "it's what the person told me, that kidnapped me" then the smile on Charlottes face disappeared "oh, okay then. Are you ever gonna tell me their names" Charlotte asks "I don't know, it's just I don't want to worry you" I say wrapping my arms around here waist.
"Do you want me to help with your back while you explain what happened" Charlotte asks and I nod my head "so what happened" she starts.
"That morning, I woke up from a nightmare again and I didn't want to wake you up back that was when we had that argument" I pause "why didn't you wake, I can never stay mad at you for so long, and when you disappeared I thought it was my fault, I thought you were still mad at me for not talking to you, so I just wanted to leave you be to cool down" Charlotte explains.
"I'm really sorry for doing that, it was really stupid" I say then I felt Charlotte kiss my shoulder "it's okay" she whispers.
I explained everything to Charlotte, about what happened, what they did, and things they had said, it was really hard not to say who it was, if I said who it was she would probably flip, and stress isn't good for the baby.
"I think you should shower, this isn't coming off" Charlotte says as she throws a wipe in the bin "I'll only go if you accompany me" I say and Charlotte laughs "okay okay, I will, I mean not that I want to or anything" Charlotte says with a smirk "mhm, I'm sure" I say as I push Charlotte into the bathroom.
We then got out of the bathroom after a heated shower, and Charlotte then helps me wrap the gauze around my back again, and we then jump into bed and watch movies til we fall asleep.
But I'm very worried, what will happen now?
Sorry that this took so long, to be honest I've had this chapter wrote but never posted sorry.
But I have to say what happened in school, we were doing badminton for P.e and the teacher I like is my P.e teacher, so my friend and I was passing and then I slipped and fell in front of my god dam crush, bruh.
