Sensing Duanmu Qing’s gaze, Li Lingtian’s lips curled into a smile. He did not care for Duanmu Qing’s feelings. He had always taken Duanmu Qing lightly but now that he had discovered Duanmu Qing’s possession of Star Radiant Body, Li Lingtian was brewing with killing intent.

Since this person could not be subdued, he must be killed because they were natural enemies. Moreover, the fact that Duanmu Qing’s elders had used Tang Zimeng as a pawn left him fuming with murderous intent.

Needless to say, there should be a major battle between Duanmu Qing and Dongfang Qingyu but the chances were looking slim for Dongfang Qingyu. Star Radiant Body was beyond anyone’s expectations.

“Senior Brother Dongfang, will the first place be between us?”

Duanmu Qing’s piercing eyes turned away from Li Lingtian before it darted towards Lan Yuyan then to Dongfang Qingyu. Only Dongfang Qingyu’s cultivation was at a level worthy enough for them both to fight for the championship.

With a stiffened face, Lan Yuyan coldly snorted. Although her ability did not match Dongfang Qingyu’s and Duanmu Qing’s, she was displeased to be completely ignored by Duanmu Qing.

“Haha, I know myself well enough to know that I won’t be able to defeat Junior Brother Duanmu with your Star Radiant Body and destructive force. I forego the battle for first place.”

Countless disciples broke out in cheers. In this dog-eat-dog world, the people in it were realistic and hailed only the strongest. It was a foregone conclusion that Duanmu Qing hailed first place, hence they cheered for the strong.

Seeing that there were no more disciples up for the challenge, Long Tian declared out loud. The last question was thrown towards the disciples in the third stage, but everyone knew well that Warriors could not compare to Warrior Spirits.

All the disciples erupted in cheers. No one could move Duanmu Qing from first place. Sky Cloud Sect would only grow stronger with Star Radiant Body.

A faint voice rang out in disharmony. Amid the cheers, the soft yet clear voice made its way into everyone’s ears.

Turning their gaze to the source of the voice, they saw a smiling young man in white trod towards the arena, carrying a rather aloof demeanor.

Tang Zimeng, Xue Da, and the rest of the gang followed close behind anxiously. It was impossible for anyone to stop Li Lingtian from carrying out his heart’s desire.

Li Lingtian asserted as he bowed to Long Tian and the judges above the platform. His gaze then turned to the arena that was now within his reach. Duanmu Qing stood at ease on the shattered arena in a charming manner.

Duanmu Qing stared back at Li Lingtian angrily. The latter was playing with fire for laying a hand on a goddess like Tang Zimeng. It was high time that Duanmu Qing took this opportunity to kill him.

At the sudden surge of an astounding vigor, forces were spread throughout a 30-miles radius. Sensing this mounting repression, the True Qi in the body of many disciples were suppressed by this vigor.

A monotonous voice was heard. The voice was not loud but it shocked everyone who heard it. Just like that, his remarkable vigor was shot down by a comment.
