Everyone turned their attention to Li Lingtian as they were baffled by his disposition.

Li Lingtian looked like a floating cloud. Dressed in white, he carried an indifferent attitude whilst his slender figure exuded a rather calm presence amid the furious storm of forces.

He gently took a step forward. With that, the vigor over his body suddenly intensified.

With each step forward, the vigor over Li Lingtian increased, and as sounds of heavy footsteps echoed on the solid ground in the square, countless disciples’ faces turned pale. They could feel the thumping on their chests.

Back on the platform, the judges were having an intense discussion. The four Warrior King Elders perked up at the sight of Li Lingtian and became curious about his display of vigor.

With his vigor reaching a pinnacle, it drew a parallel of the strength between him and Duanmu Qing. Looking at a proud Duanmu Qing in the arena, Li Lingtian coldly blurted while he circulated his Fire Dragon’s Heart, prompting a defiant burst of Flaming Qi.

The square shook following a bang. The two powerful vigors had come into blows. Li Lingtian’s vigor may not be on a par with Duanmu Qing’s but the might of the Fire Dragon’s Heart was incomparable. The result of the domineering Flaming Qi merging into his vigor was simply astounding.

‘Humph.”

Duanmu Qing let out a cold snort at the sound of the bang. He no longer looked down upon Li Lingtian, this Warrior disciple and instead, he could feel fear seeping into him.

He was filled with furious rage when Li Lingtian shouted at him to get down. Li Lingtian’s vigor may exceed his expectation but he was still far from bearing comparison to him. Li Lingtian must be out of his mind to command him like that.

However, whilst he snorted, he detected that a destructive Flaming Qi was rushing over towards him, forcing him to take a step back. With just one false step, he then fell off the arena.

“Woah.”

The Warriors in the square were completely gobsmacked. It had never crossed their minds that Duanmu Qing would be tripped off the arena by Li Lingtian’s vigor. A Tier Six Warrior Spirit with the Star Radiant Body was knocked down by the vigor of a Tier Nine Warrior disciple.

The judges and four Warrior King on the platform were dumbstruck too.

“I don’t like to see those on high.

“Now, you can unleash your Star Radiant Body.”

These careless words set another round of whirlwind among the Warriors. Never had they seen such an arrogant person.

After all that commotion of being crushed by vigor, the battle had not even started. How could they possibly take it?

Duanmu Qing descended onto the square. Visibly upset, he glared at Li Lingtian. His glowering face was an indication that he wanted to tear Li Lingtian apart. He had never thought that he would be humiliated in front of so many Warriors.

“Star Radiant Body, destroy!”

He circulated his body of True Qi to the extreme, stimulating the blood circulation in his Star Radiant Body. Then, a giant light ball appeared in his hand. Compared to the darker end of the Square, the giant ball was like the sun.

“It’s the destructive force from the Star Radiant Body again. It’s over.”

The Warrior Kings were taken aback by Li Lingtian’s terrifying Flaming Qi. Although they thought nothing of Li Lingtian’s cultivation level and ability, this Flaming Qi left them trembling in the knees.

Two separate sounds of blood spats followed. Struck by weight of destruction, the duo spat out a mouthful of blood.

“Retreat to over two hundred yards,” Long Tian shouted.

The battle between two disciples had gone beyond the might of the Warrior Spirits. The affected area was incredibly massive and any ordinary disciples would be killed upon contact.

“Not bad, not bad. You’re the first to survive my destructive force.”

The murderous intent on Duanmu Qing’s face intensified. Being beaten by a Warrior disciple had stripped his pride away. For the endless threats this disciple had brought about, he must be deprived of existence.

“We should bring a heavier storm.”

With a deranged smile on his face, Li Lingtian’s slender figure withstood the inexhaustible tearing forces as his long mane scattered in all directions and swayed with the wind.?He did not look like a good-for-nothing but rather an almighty master.

Everyone in the square watched in horror, including the judges and Warrior Kings on the platform. However, it was too late to stop it.

The Sky Perishing Spear was cast away from Li Lingtian’s grip. With Duanmu Qing’s Overlord Spear already on its way, even a Warrior King would not be able to intercept in such a distance.

Li Lingtian was surprised to find that the destructive force was corroding his body as the Overlord Spear approached. It was wishful thinking to dodge the Overlord Spear with Breeze Technique. A tiny voice was heard. Although the voice was soft, it caught Li Lingtian’s attention. He was shocked to learn that someone here recognized the Ice and Fire Ring. Something did not add up.

After scanning with his Divine Mindfulness, he found a Tier Three Warrior Spirit with mixed emotions — a blend of shock and excitement.

The Overlord Spear rammed onto the ring with a thundering blow but failed to advance further. However, Li Lingtian was still blown away by the powerful assault, with traces of bloodstains on the edge of his lips.

The Ice and Fire Ring grew dim until it resumed to its original form and returned to Li Lingtian’s hand. The Ice and Fire Ring had blocked off this fatal strike.

The square was now pin-drop silence. Everyone’s jaw dropped at the sight that a mysterious treasure had warded off the Overload Spear from killing Li Lingtian.

The four Warrior Kings let out a sigh of relief but were more so tickled with curiosity. Their abilities were miles apart yet they displayed equal strength in the face of confrontation.

They wanted to know just how many cards these two disciples had up their sleeves. A duel of this kind surpassed any battle amongst Warrior Spirit disciples.
