"Priscilla" Xander called. I can't believe I have already forgotten about my confession to him. "You should go inside it's already getting cold"
I rolled my eyes does it look like I mind, there is a bride up there thinking that her groom would be around tonight and he is no where at all. "Where is Damon?" I asked Xander and watched as he looked at me with a surprise on his face.
"Since when did you care about where my brother was?"
"It's just that..... Alicia! She wanted that I check up on him for her" I replied.
"Well tell her there is no need to worry that Damon actually went to get some supplies that couldn't reach here without his approval, Damon isn't marrying another woman this time." Xander said smiling like nothing happened between us hours back.
"Alright then, bye" I moved away from him and it hurt that he didn't bother stopping
me.
Night drew in quickly and still there was no sign of Damon. It was already getting on Beatriz nerves when the guest started arriving and still no sign of him, it was clear he won't be coming and that he had ran away again when Alicia family arrived and Damon wasn't there to arrive.
Beatriz was the one not taking this lightly as she paced back and forth trying to make phone calls that might reach Damon or anybody who would know his whereabouts. I ran into Alicia room to see how she was smiling, she had not a single clue the issues that was going on and was devastated if she found out about it.
I really hope Damon won't pull an Elizabeth on Alicia tonight again cause the woman has been through enough as it is.
"Come on Priscilla, let's take a selfie" she said cheerfully as she brought out her selfie stick so my face could show as well, I manage to force out a smile amidst all the emotions going on in me right now.
I went back down to see if there was any progress in finding where Damon was and just then I saw as he walked in with a bunch of flowers in his hands, he was already in his tuxedo and permit me to say that he looked really hot.
Beatriz ran to him inquiring where he had been all this while and he confirmed what Xander said about him going to get some supplies only he could recieve. Damon threw in a smile for me or I thought it was for me.
Alicia walked majestically on the stairs and Damon moved to the end of the railings and held out a hand for her then gave her the flowers i perceived he bought for her. They moved to where they exchanged engagement rings in front of their parents, kissed and everyone congratulated them. Beatriz went up to the stage to formally announce to everyone that wedding was going to be in three months as arranged. I couldn't be any much glad at the turn out of event. I retired to bed early but didn't sleep for some reason I was somewhat hoping Damon would come in to see him as he said. After a long wait and he didn't come, I eventually slept off only to be awaken by a silent knock on my door.
My heart started racing a mile each second as I approached the door, I couldn't help but feel like it was Damon who was at the door and I can't even understand why I was excited this much that I frowned at Alicia when I saw she was the one.
I locked the door and switched on the light as Alicia jumped on my bed waving off her hand so I could see her ring. She was so happy and I too was happy for her, silly of me to think that I would want to steal that from her.
"I hope I didn't wake you up, you see I have been so happy that I can't sleep, can we gist until I fall asleep please" she whined as she held my hand.
"Of course, it's not like I need my midnight rest or anything" I said sarcastically and I knew she caught on which was why she moved to exit the room but I stopped her and she sat back again.
"You see Janet hates it when I disturb her and that's why I couldn't come to...." There was another knock on my door which made Alicia keep shut and made me scared incase if it was Damon. "Won't you answer the person has been knocking for a while now"
I was hesitant to go but did after so much pressure from Alicia. I opened the door to see "Xander?" Alicia said getting up from my bed, she looked like she was a bit disappointed as she looked at Xander and then at me before she finally took a deep stare at Xander and they both were trying to say something with their eyes.
Her eyes travelled to the flowers Xander held in his hand then back at my face, there was no time for me to awwn at Xander's thoughtful as I perceived a smell of jealousy coming from Alicia.

"Will talk later" Alicia said to me before she the both of us.
Xander eyes followed her until she entered her room before it went back to me. "Is that for me?" I asked pointing at the flowers in his hand.
"Yes it is yours.... I found it at your doorstep" Xander said which made me to wonder if it came from Damon.
"Thanks for picking it up for me, do you want to come in?" I opened my door wider gesturing him to come in and he did for a while.
It was an awkward situation cause I thought he might have had something he wanted to say but now he just stood there.
"Maybe I should come back later" he closed the door to my room after he left.
I quickly looked into the note that was on the flowers. It wrote just the letter D on it and that was it. The D actually meant Damon. Right there I knew that I was in for some nasty shit.... How the hell can I explain this to him now, how can I tell Damon that I felt nothing for him. What's worse is the fact that there was an hungry thirst for that his mouth watering kisses.
This was outrightly wrong and he needs to know that I feel nothing for him.
