After I heard about what happened with Amanda I couldn't help but laugh. Regardless of her punishment I was still gathering more information on her faction that she has named: Chaos.
Amanda's coming up with some sort of plan and I have to figure out what to do before it's too late. Regardless of whether she's being punished or not she's a Rogue Agent and she needs to be dealt with even further.
I've also been monitoring the Lab Rat who was formerly known as Auntie 21. I've been thinking about filing a request to adopt the child she's going to give birth to because that child was created with Elder Lewis's sperm. With that in mind, I'm currently working on getting my cabin arranged in such a manner to take care of a child.
Today I decided to talk to a Caseworker Agent to see about the possibility of adopting a child.
"So you're telling me that you want to adopt a child from Lab Rat 21662 right?" the Caseworker Agent said.
I nodded. "Yes that's right."
The Caseworker Agent looked through the file and he smiled. "Everything looks to be in order and your salary as Congregation Leader Triple X's second in command pays enough for you to be able to take care of a child. All you have to do is put in a request to adopt the child once they're born."
He handed me an application for the request and I filled it out in less than five minutes. Once I handed the application back I finished the appointment talking about living arrangements and getting a Nanny Agent to look after the child when I'm out on a mission or even when I'm at home.
After the appointment I went home to finish my plans to get my revenge on Auntie 21 and reveal Amanda's dealings with the factions trying to derail Operation Slaughterhouse.

{Elder Lewis}
I couldn't stop smirking when the Council got the request from Agent 2B also known as Liam to adopt Auntie 21's child. I know she's a Lab Rat now and I think letting him raise my child would be the ultimate revenge towards her.
"So are we in agreement?" Elder Williams asked.
Everyone in the room including me nodded.
Elder Williams smiled. "Good, Liam Changer, Agent ID Agent 2B request to adopt Lab Rat 21662's child when they're born has been granted."
"What about the other idea that was brought up?" Elder Lucy asked.
"The idea about making Agent 2B an Elder again? But wouldn't Agent 2B have to go through Boot Camp all over again?" I said. "He's been doing a good job keeping Operation Slaughterhouse on track and helping out Agent 009 manage the Rebellion. If Agent 2B becomes an Elder again then he'll have to go through Boot Camp all over again. And that would take another two years before he can become an Elder. True, it would make things right again but do we really want to take a valuable Agent like that off the battlefield?"
"True, but I would say we should make this right somehow. I say we make him an Elder again," Elder Lucy said.
"Elder Lewis does have a point though. I say we wait for a year and then take him off the battlefield and make him an Elder again after that," Elder Marcus said.
I looked at Elder Williams and he seemed to be at war with himself. I mean both my point and Elder Lucy's points are true. Yes, Agent 2B becoming an Elder again would make things right but at the same time I don't want him off the battlefield during this war because he's a good Agent. Not to mention Congregation Leader Triple X would have to pick another second in command.
Elder Williams sighed, "Let's take a vote. All in favor of making Agent 2B an Elder again now, raise your hands."
I shook my head in dismay when four different Elders including Elder Williams raised their hands in favor of making Liam an Elder again. Since there are only six of us at the moment until more Elders are hired for the Council positions it doesn't take much for a majority vote.
"Then it's settled, Agent 2B will start training to become an Elder again," Elder Williams looked at me. "Look I understand that you want good Agents out on the battlefield. I'm also adding to the order that Agent 2B will still help us track down rogue Agents by helping out Agent 009 manage the Rebellion in between his training. This will make things right and keep him on the battlefield at least until he becomes an Elder."
Although I didn't completely agree with this order, at least it would make things right.

"Say what now?" I asked.
I couldn't believe my ears when I heard the order that Triple X read. The first part of the order said that my request to adapt Auntie 21's child the moment they're born had been granted. The second part of the order was what I couldn't believe. After all these years of being fired for an unjust reason now they want to make things right?
"Yeah it looks like based on this order that you're going to be an Elder again," Triple X said. "Why did you get fired?"
"You know how every once and a while the Organization wants you to give them kids?" I said.
Triple X nodded. "Yes."
"Well I got an order to do that and the order was specified for a sperm donation. Somehow a woman named Auntie 21 (that used to be her name) got a hold of the order and managed to change it so that it specified that I had to have sex with her in order to give the Organization children. This happened when Elder Noah was the leader of the Council. When the documents were found out to be fraudulent Elder Noah revealed that Auntie 21 had paid him in order to get the documents changed.
"Elder Noah told me that if I didn't pay him twelve thousand dollars to get the order changed back or dropped then he would fire me. I refused to pay so I got fired," I explained. "It was shortly after that that Queen Amore stepped in and rearranged the whole Council and fired Elder Noah and his corrupt ways were nothing short of treason. So not only did he get fired, he was executed for treason."
Love this novel? Read it on Royal Road to ensure the author gets credit.
After I told Triple X my story he was pissed. "Wow, that's a bullshit reason to be fired and the Council never bothered to look at the order again and correct it until now? Yeah I don't blame you if you have a grudge against them."
"I know right, but Elder Noah's been fired and executed and I'm adopting Auntie 21's child. Apparently her due date is around the corner so I'll be having a child to raise soon," I said. "I do have a grudge against Auntie 21. She might be a Lab Rat now but this isn't my final part of my revenge against her."
"What do you have in mind? You're not going to just kill are you?" Triple X asked.
I shook my head and laughed. "Oh hell no! Killing her would be too kind. I'm not telling you what my plan is but just like I told Amanda that I would strike when she least expects it."
Triple X smiled. "Well good luck with that. And I guess this means now I have to choose another second in command."
"I can help you with that if you want?" I asked.
"Nah, it's okay I'll figure something out," Triple X said. "Anyway, here's a copy of the order and it says that you need to report to the Housing Arrangements office first and then to Boot Camp the next day."
"Alright then, I also wish you good luck in dealing with Amanda. Boy that's going to be one heck of a headache," I said.
"You have no idea," Triple X deadpanned.
I stood up and shook Triple X's hand and gave him a hug because I knew this would be the last time that I would see him. Then I grabbed the copy of the documents he gave me and left the room.

"So when are you going to go talk to him?" Elder Lucy said with a mischievous smile.
Ever since the order for Liam to become an Elder again was approved I had been thinking about whether or not I should approach him. I know he remembers me. His name was Lucas back then and we were dating. Before he got fired because of that fraudulent order I was thinking about proposing to him.
I like the name that he has now. I like everything about him even now. I looked into how well Liam's been doing as an Agent and he's been doing a wonderful job. He still has the same abilities and he has twelve of them: Silence, Wind, Electricity, Animal Changing (he can turn into a snake), Stunning, Matrix, Speed, Invisibility, Tracking, Creation, Earth, Brute Strength.
Liam's fighting skills are unique because he leads his team that tracks down the Rogue Agents and once has them in his sights he sets up a kill shot. That disables the Rogue Agent long enough for Liam to either go in and kill them or capture them if the Agent in question is needed alive for whatever the reason.
Not to mention Liam is a sexy man. I can tell even though he wears his uniform that he's still pretty well built. Possibly more ripped than he was before.
I sighed as Elder Lucy kept smiling at me. "I don't know. I'm wondering if I should wait until he officially becomes an Elder? I don't know. He starts Boot Camp tomorrow. He shouldn't be dis-"
"Oh come on now you're just making excuses," Elder Lucy said.
"I agree with her. It's unfortunate that a gag order was placed on your father when he got picked for a Leadership position or he'd probably say the same thing," Elder Williams said.
He gave me a look that I've seen Mother Terra give Agent 36 before. Mother Terra would give Agent 36 an affectionate look like how a mother would look at her daughter. I was never told who my father or mother was. Actually I grew up in an orphanage and didn't have parents. I'm going to assume based on that that I was made by artificial means. That means that my father donated sperm to a Breeder Lab Rat.
A lot of kids who grew up in the orphanage come from Breeder Lab Rats or they've had their parents sell them to the Organization. I kind of feel a little bit bad for the kids who are sold into the Organization because sometimes their parents are tricked into selling them. Then when their parents find out that they were tricked and want their kids back it's too late because by that time the kids don't want to go back to their parents and the parents had signed their rights away by selling the kids to the Organization.
Based on the look Elder Williams just gave me I'm starting to speculate that he might be my father or at least know something about him. But I decided not to ask anything.
"Like I said, I don't know. I know he remembers me but I don't know if he's interested in me," I said.
"You'll never know until you ask," Elder Lucy said. "Besides, what's there to lose if he says no other than your pride?"
Elder Williams snorted. "Seriously Elder Lucy?"
"What? You know I'm right, right?" Elder Lucy said.
"I'll think about it," I said. Without another word I walked away.

I reported to Boot Camp after I looked at my housing arrangements the next day like I was supposed to. Boot Camp has sections for each job within the Organization. I went to the section specifically for Elder's in training and reported to the front desk.
"Welcome Cadet Liam," the Receptionist said. She typed a couple of things on her computer and the sound of a printer started. I looked over to see a 3D printer printing out a wrist band. Sitting next to that computer was a regular computer printing out whatever documents needed. The moment the computer was done printing she went over to it and grabbed everything that was printed and handed it to me.
I noticed the ID that I was given had five digits on it just like a Lab Rat would. But that's mostly because Cadets are still seen as Lab Rats until they finish their training. My new number was Cadet 45689.
"You also have another number engraved inside the bracelet, take a look," the Receptionist said.
I did as I was told and the other number said Informant 656.
"That's the ID you'll go by when you're on your other job," The Receptionist got up from her computer again and went to a cabinet and opened it. In it was a stack of three large books, folders to put whatever papers that I would need, several different notebooks and pens along with other supplies I might need. She grabbed a backpack that was sitting inside the cabinet and piled everything in it and came back and handed it to me.
It felt weird to be in Boot Camp again. In Boot Camp besides learning how to fight and develop new abilities we have to study some things that don't include being out in the field.
The last thing I was handed was my schedule. My eyes went wide when I saw that I would be training with Trainer Michael of all people! I heard that even though he's training the Super Agents now, he still trains people at Boot Camp and from what I know of, he is a tough teacher. He believes in pissing off his students because he thinks that angry students are easier to train and correct in their fighting. Mostly because when students get angry they feel they have something to prove.
I groaned and muttered to myself, "Great! I get to train with Trainer Michael when I'm learning everything else."
"Oh and one more thing," the Receptionist said, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Don't forget to go to the new uniform department so you can get your measurements for your new uniform. It's down the hallway to the left! Good luck!"
I nodded and went to the room where I would get my new uniform as a trainee to become an Elder.
I stopped short when I saw Amanda standing on the short podium getting her measurements. She smirked when she saw me. "Well Liam, didn't think I'd see you here today! What'd you get fired for?"
I gave her a smug look and said, "I didn't get fired. I got promoted. I'm training to become an Elder."
"What!" Amanda gasped.
"Yup, the Council promoted me and now I'm training to become an Elder," I said.
The person who was doing Amanda's measurements told her they were finished and looked at me. "Ah yes Mr. Changer. Let me get your measurements."
I took Amanda's place on the podium and got my measurements taken. After I was finished with that I grabbed my backpack and left the room with Amanda hot on my heels.
I stopped causing her to bump into me and looked at her. "What do you want?"
"How on earth did you get promoted? You're nothing special you know," Amanda said.
I rolled my eyes. "Why does it matter to you? The fact is that I got promoted and now excuse me while I go to my house because I need to rest and I start my courses tomorrow."
Without another word, I walked off before she could say anything else.
