"Does anyone have any Chick-Fil-A?"
The question was random, but had been circling in Olivia's mind for the past hour. Even though she had eaten lunch with her cast mates, a delicious meal by the catering staff, Olivia felt a deep crave for the Southern chicken restaurant.
She was hanging out with a few of her cast-mates in the lounge, sitting upside down with her ankles crossed. Her head was starting to hurt, but Olivia was too lazy to sit up.
"Yeah, let me just pull it out of my pocket," Tyler sarcastically stated from where he sat across from her on the couch, his cellphone in hand. Olivia could only guess he was texting Seana or playing Plants vs Zombies.
"No need to be rude," Olivia retorted with a roll of her eyes.
Crystal chuckled from their small bickering and then lifted her gaze from her book to look her friend properly. "Why do you want Chick-Fil-A?"
"Not really sure," Olivia shrugged her shoulders. "I've just got a craving for some chicken minis and lemonade. When I lived in South Carolina, I used to go all the time before school with my old friends. That's what I would order for breakfast with a fruit cup."
"You're acting like there's no Chick-Fil-A in California," Tyler pointed out. "There's over a hundred, I'm sure."
"Yeah, but none close to here," Olivia frowned. "The nearest one is an hour away."
Crystal snorted, "Now I know that's not true. There's two right in Los Angeles."
Olivia turned her head towards the actress with wide eyes, her hair falling on her forehead. "Are you serious? I've lived in this town for ages and no one ever told me that!"
"Maybe because there's this thing called GPS on your phone," Tyler informed her. "You could've just looked it up on Google." He turned his phone screen towards the girls. "See? The closest one is like ten minutes from here."
The conversation was halted as the door to the lounge opened, a familiar voice filling their ears, "And this is the lounge. We all hang here when we're not filming or don't feel like being in our trailers."
Olivia's face brightened.
"Dylan!"
The boy faced the room at the sound of his name, instantly spotting Olivia, whose cheeks looked red from sitting upside down. "Hey, Livie," he greeted her with a smile, motioning to Thomas to follow him inside the lounge. "Do I wanna know why you're sitting like that?"
"I was bored."
As Olivia swiftly flipped her legs off the back of the couch, Thomas chuckled under his breath. "She reminds me so much of you already," he teased to Dylan, who fought off a blush that started to rise in his cheeks.
Olivia raised to her feet, about to step towards them, but then swayed. Concerned, Dylan moved forward. "You good?"
A light laugh escaped her lips, "Yeah, I'm fine. I think I just stood up too fast."
"Well I'm glad you three are here," Dylan spoke up, motioning to her as well as Tyler and Crystal. "Thomas is in town for a little while before he has to go film Phantom Halo, and I wanted to let you all meet."
Tyler and Crystal had stood up by now, offering kind smiles towards Thomas. While they greeted him, Olivia stayed by Dylan's side patiently for her turn.
"Look at you combining your universes," she teased, bumping her hip with his.
Dylan didn't bother to hide his smile as he looked down at her. "Yeah, imagine the wolf pack dealing with a griever. That'd be a a sight to see."
"I guarantee Sierra could take down one all on her own," Olivia stated confidently.
"Oh I know she could, Livie."
"And you must be Olivia," Thomas's English accent made both of them turn, him raising his eyebrows at Dylan. "Lovely to finally put a face to a name."
"Same for you," Olivia smiled, accepting the hug he offered. "I'm excited to see you play Newt. He's like, my favorite character in the series."
"Awe, well then I'm honored," Thomas replied with a grin.
"I feel like I should be offended," Dylan told her with a pout. "Thomas is the real MVP."
"Heck yeah I am," Thomas interrupted cheekily. "Thanks for acknowledging it, mate."
Olivia, Tyler and Crystal chuckled while Dylan playfully rolled his eyes. "Whatever, bro." Dylan looked at his other friends. "How long you guys hanging out here? I know Hoechlin is filming a scene with Keira."
"Right after that, they're moving on to my scene with J.R.," Crystal replied, referring to the actor who played her father. "So in a few minutes I gotta go to hair and makeup."
Tyler shrugged, "Olive and I are free till our scene with you."
"But I'm about to drag him to Chick-Fil-A," Olivia added, narrowing her eyes, "because no one told me there was one ten minutes from here!"
Dylan gave her a confused look, "Livie, how did you not know? Melissa had a chicken sandwich last week."
"I thought she drove an hour to get it!"
"Isn't that a little far for a chicken sandwich?" Thomas questioned, not understanding Olivia's obsession.
"Have you ever had Chick-Fil-A, Thomas?"
"No?"
"You poor, deprived human being."

Dyl-Pickle

But look at her ty
She's laughing and smiling,
Completely invested in him
Even if he doesn't like her, what if she likes him??
T-Pose
She's just trying to make him feel like a part of our group
As a trio we're kind of intimidating to people who don't know all of us well
Dyl-Pickle
You sure?

Olive likes you
Not Thomas
Dyl-Pickle
How do you know she likes me?
T-Pose

"You know texting while people are trying to talk to you could be considered rude," Olivia's voice entered his ears, and Dylan quickly raised his head.
She looked at him, her eyebrows raised knowingly as she motioned to his cellphone. He blushed from embarrassment, cursing inwardly because he couldn't text Tyler back and ask him what he meant.
They were all sitting in Chick-Fil-A, their wrappers and empty ketchup containers on the tray.
"Sorry," he apologized sincerely. "It was my mom."
"Oh then, I'm sorry," Olivia took back her words. "Is everything okay?"
Dylan could see the smirk Tyler sent him from the corner of his eyes while Thomas looked puzzled.  Olivia stared at him worriedly. "Everything's fine," he assured her, forcing a smile on his face as he glanced at Tyler. "Her words can sometimes be...confusing."
"Well you missed Thomas talking about a funny moment he had with you and the other boys on set," Olivia switched topics, letting Dylan let out a small sigh of relief. "I just wanted to hear your side of the story."
"Depends which moment he is referring to," Dylan smirked.
"I just can't remember who filmed us dancing," Thomas pursed his lips. "When we all did the wobble?"
Dylan immediately started laughing, covering his mouth with his hand. Olivia smiled at the sight, "I take it you know what he's talking about?"
"Of course I do," Dylan snorted. "I was the one who started dancing, but Kaya was the one who started playing the song. After that everyone joined in."
"Please tell me there's a video," Tyler looked between the other boys hopefully, placing his drink back on the table.
"I believe Aml was taping it beside us but there was one of the crew who got all of us," Thomas answered before taking a sip of his water.
"And I have both," Dylan announced proudly and unlocked his phone again to dig through his photos.
"Are you telling us that you can actually dance?" Olivia questioned, her eyes sparkling in amusement as she rested her head in the palm of her hand.
Tyler scoffed, "Olive, he dances all the time. You know that."
"Ain't that the truth," Thomas agreed with a nod.
"All actors dance when they mess up because we're too awkward to do anything else," Olivia argued. "Every time I see Dyl dance, it's just him flailing his arms."
"Well, I'm telling you that Dylan was probably the best dancer in our cast, other than Dex that is," Thomas informed her.
"As much as I love hearing Thomas and Tyler compliment my skills," Dylan spoke up, raising his brown eyes to meet Olivia's, "I found the video if you wanna see."
Olivia set her lemonade on the table, smirking, "Oh, I definitely wanna see."
After handing her his phone, Dylan leaned back against the booth and watched her click play. Luckily the volume wasn't loud enough to disturb other customers, allowing Tyler and Olivia to hear clearly.
The friends sitting side by side cracked up at the sight of the cast doing the wobble, more than amused at Dylan's dancing abilities.
Olivia wasn't brought to tears, but her head had been thrown back in laughter and she was leaning on Tyler to keep her upright. Dylan smiled in adoration towards her, even though as soon as her gaze landed on him she couldn't contain her giggles.
"Am I that bad?" he teased as Tyler and Olivia began to calm down.
"Not your worst, bro," Tyler commented, making Dylan roll his eyes.
"Well, he's still better than me," Olivia told him, one arm resting over stomach to help her breathing. "I'm a complete klutz when it comes to dancing."
"Maybe one day I can help with that." The words fell from his lips before Dylan could stop them, his brain screaming that he just made everything awkward.
However, Tyler was smirking at him proudly- catching the flirtation attempt. Thomas raised his eyebrows in surprise, since he hadn't expected Dylan to ever make any kind of move. I mean, the boy's flirting was obvious every time he talked with Olivia except to her.
And he still couldn't get a read on her as she smiled.
"Maybe you can."
