Chloe was running through the halls of Rocque records like a crazy person, the worst or best day in music history was only a day away. Demo day which would decide the boys fate forever, for them to either stay in LA and become stars or get sent back to Minnesota and Chloe, just like everyone else didn't want that.
But she knew they would be seeing the person she hated with a burning passion. So, she knew she needed to be there, "move! Move!" She yelled to people in her way as she made it into the recording studio "Gustavo!" And then tripped on her way in, as Kelly and Gustavo saw it happen they cringed.
"I'm okay!" She told everyone as it muffled against the floor as the boys ran over helping her up "thanks guys. But there's something you should..." but before she could get a word in Kelly stopped her.
"They're the sample songs we've been recording that if the record company likes, then you get to stay here, make a full album, go on tour, and then..you become famous." She told the boys as Gustavo stood up "but if they don't pick it. I take over my fathers scooter business, and you go back to Minnesota and be nobodies again. And Chloe, goes to another studio!" Chloe nodded as James screamed and grabbed onto Chloe but soon let go.
"But we've worked so hard. We're so close." Kendall told them as Chloe walked over to stand next to Gustavo and Kelly as she mouthed "no." As Gustavo agreed "but your not so close." And then Logan jumped in "we're almost there?" Then Gustavo and Kelly shook there heads as Chloe looked at them "nope."
"halfway there?" Carlos asked as Gustavo got tired of there questioning as he yelled "you're almost halfway there. Now, I'm going to go to my office. Please do not follow me." He then ran as Kelly followed him, and Chloe just stared at the boys then ran off as well, with the boys following.
Chloe stood at the front of the desk as the boys burst through the door "how could Griffin not pick big time rush?" James questioned as he walked in first "he loves us."
"Griffin loves all the bands with demos, and there are six of them," Gustavo explained it to them with hand signals as Chloe looked to the boys "but only one gets picked."
"And the one that everybody is talking about is vampirah." Kelly told them picking up the CD as James took it and began screaming, as Logan looked over at it "vampire dudes with guitars. We're toast."
And Chloe shook her head as she looked over to them "come on guys, what happened to that I wanna be in a band, team spirit from the first day in LA?" She asked them with a big smile as they all looked at her confused as she turned to Kendall "a little help?" She asked as he then walked over to his friends "bey, hey, hey, Chloes right! We are not toast. What's the one thing we've learned since we've been in LA?" He asked the boys as Chloe smiled waiting for there answers.
"That black is the new black." James told them as Chloe raised her eyebrows, not what she was expecting "if you drink cold milk on a hot day, you die." Logan told them which made Chloe confused "that every time you leave your house, your toys come alive." Carlos said that with so much passion as Chloe looked at him with sympathy "no, honey." She told him.
As Kendall shook his head as he took over "That you don't wait for your dreams to happen. You make them happen." Then he walked up to Gustavos desk standing next to Chloe as there hands touched making Chloe smile and so did Kendall but both quickly got back to the task at hand.
"Now, how does the winning demo get picked?" Kendall asked Gustavo who looked at both of them "that is a highly classified corporate secret that no one will tell me, and it's killing me!" He yelled as Kelly looked to them "guys, we want this as badly as you do, but all we know is that the winning band is picked by a top secret adviser very close to Griffin." She told them and with that Chloe heard the laugh she hated, as she shut her eyes.
"Yeah, eww, I just entered this totally ugly office. Hold on, I'm miny barfing. Oh and hold on the brat's here too!" Mercedes turned and looked at Chloe, making Chloe laugh as she went to lunge at her but Kendall noticed as he quickly grabbed her, Chloe then watched Mercedes walk around towards Gustavo "I'm here to pick up a CD from big time..whatever." She said as Kendall began to loose his grip on Chloe as she continued to fight him "Chloe? Chloe? Chloe! Stop!" He told her.
"I'm sorry, who are you?" Gustavo asked Mercedes who was siting in his chair as Chloe blew hair out of her face, Kendall readjusted his grip "Mercedes Griffin, as in your boss's daughter. I'll call back Joss. We can talk more about the Brat later and she has the ugliest outfit on I've ever seen." Mercedes said and with that Chloe looked down at her outfit and it wasn't bad.
Knowing that with the names and clothing shame she was just trying to get to her, Chloe began to fight Kendall again but he didn't budge "okay, no matter, how hard you fight, I'm not letting go!" He voiced And with those words Chloe huffed as she stopped fighting again, watching as Kelly and Gustavo fumbled over the demos and managed to hand it to her "um, can I.. can I get you a latte or yacht?" Gustavo asked as Mercedes got up from her seat and went to walk out but seemed to do a double take at the boys and stopped "is this the band?" She asked.
As Kendall let Chloe go but pushed her behind him "you guys are hot. Which makes me question? Why you would hang out with her!" Mercedes asked as she pointed to Chloe, which made Chloes jaw dropped "oh really me? If I remember correctly!" She voiced but before she could continue Kendall put his arm up in front of her as Carlos pointed at Mercedes "and your the secret someone who's close to Griffin and decides the winning demos." He pointed out as Chloe looked at Carlos then to Mercedes as she hesitated which Chloe knew all too well as Mercedes then spoke "that's right I make the decisions." She told them.
Looking them all over "and I just decided that.." she said aa she moved her finger through all the boys and scanned them with her eyes, Chloe grabbed Kendall's arm, staring Mercedes down in the process as Mercedes came back around landing on Kendall and smiled "your my new boyfriend." She then lunged for him, grabbing him by his shirt and pulling him away "Let's go." She added on.
But Chloe still had a hold on Kendall, he also grabbed onto her as Chloe yelled "you can't do that. Your lying to them!" And Mercedes looked to Chloe with a fake shocked expression as she continued to pull Kendall out the door "Chloe! Don't let go!" Kendall voiced although Chloes boots were now sliding on the carpet as she was being dragged with Kendall.
In which Mercedes managed to pull him fully away as Chloes feet gave out from under her and she went flying back falling on the ground as Kendall lost grip on her "help!" Was the last thing they all heard from Kendall and then he was gone, as Chloe pushed herself up off the floor and ran to the door as Logan and Carlos stepped in front of her.
Soon the boys and Chloe ran back to the Palm Woods to check on Kendall, which is why they were hiding behind a bush in the lobby "hurry up new boyfriend. I heard the Palm Woods pool scene is fantastic." Mercedes said as Chloe shook her head "gosh, it's all gone to her head." She said as the boys then looked at her "So, you ever gonna tell us, how you know her and why you two don't like each other?" Carlos asked as Chloe shushed him.
They then saw Kendall walk out carrying everything "do we really need all this stuff just for you to sit by the pool." Kendall asked as Chloe felt bad, especially when she saw Mercedes send him her devil stare "pumpkin?" Kendall then asked her and Chloe sighed "look at him! He's not even his own person anymore! Calling her pumpkin and carrying her dog bed and chair who does that!" She voiced and while she was complaining, the boys looked at each other from behind her and smiled.
"Hmm, Chloe, I don't know if I'm seeing this right but you seem to care a lot about Kendall?" Logan asked as Carlos laughed "yeah, it seems like you like him?" He asked as Chloe didn't take her eyes off Kendall "pfft don't be serious, he's my friend and Mercedes is horrible and he likes Jo" Chloe told them as she saw Kendall fall over, she ran out to help him, kneeling down to him.
"Are you okay?" Chloe asked with sympathy trying to help him as he looked at her "Chloe? Thank god!" Kendall told her out of breath and she was going to help him until the boys showed up "Carlos!" Logan exclaimed as he pointed to Chloe who looked at him confused "got it!" Carlos exclaimed as he walked around Kendall, picking Chloe up of the floor and holding her in the air as she furrowed her brows looking between the two boys.
"Hey, big guy, you're doing a great job."'Logan told Kendall as he helped him up making Chloes eyes go wide as she looked at him "what?!" She asked as Carlos laughed "you thought we were gonna help him!" He voiced as Kendall then looked from Logan to Chloe "she's horrible, Chloe please!" He asked, still out of breath as Carlos walked both of them closer to Kendall using Chloes arms as hand gestures "but if she loves you." He made Chloe do a heart and point to Kendall "then she'll pick our demos, and we get to stay in LA and we're almost halfway there." Carlos smiles as he made Chloe throw her hands in the air as they dropped back to her sides.
As James then moved a mirror between him and Kendall "how could she pick you over me" he questioned as Chloe rolled her eyes turning to Carlos "put me down?" She asked as he shook his head but then Chloe began to give him the puppy dogs eyes and he was about to give in before Logan snapped his fingers "no! And no puppy dog eyes either!" He voiced as he then pulled out a hat which Chloe wondered where he got it from "Now, here's some subliminal imagery. That will help her pick our demos." He then stuck it on Kendall's head.
As Carlos handed Chloe over to Logan as he pulled out breath spray "I am a person you know!" Chloe yelled but Logan shushed her as she ughed "ooh and some breath spray just in case she tries to kiss you." Carlos sprayed it in Kendall's mouth as Chloe looked to him as Kendall choked "ack, I have to kiss her?" He questioned as the boys shook there heads yes and Chloe shook her head no.
"Wait!" Someone yelled and Chloe knew it was Gustavo and Kelly as they ran up to them "we can't let you do this." Kelly told Kendall as both him and Chloe sighed "not without the perfect mood music for your pool date with Mercedes." Gustavo told them as he showed them the CD player, hitting play and putting it on top of everything Kendall was already carrying.
Carlos, Gustavo and Kelly began cheering him on along with Logan as they pushed him towards the Palm Woods pool doors in which Chloe sighed "can I please be put down?" She questioned looking at all of them as they thought about it and then all said "no!"
In which all of them were now in a cabana as they pushed Chloe to the back blocking any of her exits on getting out as Mercedes voice came through "this is relaxing. Now fan me and make dolphin noises so I feel like I'm in cabo." And when she said that Chloe began to protest "no,no,no." She moved her hands as all of them turned around peaking through the curtain towards Kendall as Chloe sighed.
They all nodded there heads yes as Gustavo started making dolphin noises, which made Chloe look for an exit, in which Carlos turned around looking at her in shock "she's trying to escape." He whispered as Logan turned around going over to her and was trying to grab her as they walked in a circle "come here." He told her as Chloe turned to him "no." She told him.
As Mercedes began to speak again "Isn't it great being in love, new boyfriend? you love me too, right?" She asked as Chloe then made her way up to the others as they nodded there heads and Logan came up behind her and picked her up but Kendall didn't say anything "oh no." Chloe spoke squinting her eyes.
"You hesitated." Mercedes shut off the music as she turned to Kendall "maybe I'll hesitate to choose your demo as the winner." She told him as Kendall then began to freak out "I heard vampirahs amazing." Mercedes told him as everyone then began running out as Logan carried Chloe, all beginning to protest to Mercedes.
"Of course he loves you. I mean, who wouldn't love you..." Carlos told her on his knees in front of her as Chloes eyes went wide, knowing he was gonna be taken next "with your hair and your hands and that rat dog thing?" And with that Chloe started to laugh as Logan put her down pushing her over to Kendall as he caught her.
"It's like you really know me." Mercedes told Carlos with sympathy as she turned back to Kendall "I'm breaking up with you." She then got back to her rude side, quickly turning back to Carlos "Your my new boyfriend." She told him as Chloe sighed "and the terror continues." She said "now carry me out like they do in the Movies." Mercedes said as she then jumped into Carlos's arms as she turned to the rest of them "old boyfriend, bring my stuff up later." She told Kendall as Chloe raised her eyebrows as everyone watched Carlos carry Mercedes away.
Now, Chloe, Kendall, Gustavo, Kelly, Logan and James were all hiding in the apartment bathroom listening to Carlos on his date with Mercedes "where are my homemade fresh baked cookies, new boyfriend!" Mercedes yelled as Carlos was in the kitchen "coming right up, pooky." Carlos told her but as he grabbed the cookies out of the oven, he burned himself since he didn't use gloves and began to scream as Chloe winced.
Hearing the pan crash and Carlos on the floor "here you go, sweetums. It's my grandmas recipe." Carlos told her all smiles as Mercedes took one and then spit it in his face "these are the worst cookies ever." She told him and hearing that Chloe turned to Kendall "and you thought I was like that?" Chloe whispered as she pointed to the door as Kendall turned to her "sorry." He whispered back.
"I'm a hockey player." Was the next thing they heard from Carlos "well maybe that's why these taste like hockey pucks. I wonder if vampirha makes great cookies." Mercedes began to guilt trip him as Chloe furrowed her brows "what does that have to do with there music?" She asked as Carlos then ran to the bathroom as cookies were thrown at him bursting through the door only to see all of them.
"This looks weird, right?" Kendall asked as Carlos nodded his head "who cares? Get back in there." Gustavo motioned Carlos to leave as Carlos began to freak out shaking his head no "okay, we're close to near to almost being halfway there." Logan told him as he motioned for him to leave "yeah, go on." Kelly told him as Carlos looked to them.
"I can't go back. She hurts me." Carlos told them as Chloe sent him a sad smile as Mercedes voice came through making her eyes go wide "are you talking behind my back with shower people?" She asked and then Carlos began to panic "no...apple blossom." He told her as he then went flying as the door was pushed open, Mercedes seeing all of them including Chloe who was staring her down.
"You lied to me. We're finished. My new boyfriend is..." Mercedes told them as James kept moving in front of everyone for her to pick him as Chloe began getting moved by Kendall, so, she wouldn't pick him again "him." Mercedes stated as she pointed to Logan as he got scared.
"Him? Do you not see this, huh?" James motioned to himself as Logan began grabbing onto Chloe as Kendall pulled her back "I take it all back, help me, help me!" Logan voiced "let's go new boyfriend. We're gonna do your hair to match my bag." Mercedes told him as Logan screamed "no!" Looking to her as he put his hands to his head as Mercedes walked away from the bathroom.
Gustavo turned to Logan "so you gonna do the right thing?" He asked as Chloe pushed her way through everyone Kendall following her "no...I am." Both of them said at the same time as Chloe began to walk out "hold my loofah." Kendall told Logan as he exited behind Chloe.
The two walking from the bathroom and up to Mercedes who was standing in the living room "hey, look the brat and my old boyfriend are here. Where's no you and my new boyfriend?" She motioned to Chloe as she said it but she wasn't backing down and neither was Kendall "he's dumping you." Kendall started with hand motions as Chloe smiled.
"What?" Mercedes yelled as the others ran out from the bathroom "what!" They all yelled as Chloe stepped to Mercedes "what?" Gustavo yelled last "because your spoiled, pushy, mean." Chloe was saying and the closer she got to Mercedes, the more Mercedes began to back away "and him and them, would all rather go back to Minnesota." Chloe added on as everyone else gathered behind her as they watched.
"Oh she's good." Carlos whispered as James panicked "but I don't wanna go back." He told them as Kendall, Gustavo and Kelly shushed them as they watched "then spend one more second pretending to be your new boyfriend. And besides we both know why you hate me, it's cause your still jealous that I won!" Chloe told her as she stopped walking, crossing her arms as Mercedes has a shocked face.
As Carlos whispered to Gustavo "what did she win?" And then it hit Kelly "oh my god." But as she turned to Gustavo to tell him Mercedes fired back "well, let me tell you something. There is no way I'm picking your demos now. Big time rush is big time done." She told as she then threw the CD on the floor, stomping on it as everyone behind Chloe screamed.
Chloe laughed "your still lying!" She told her as Mercedes shoved her dog in her face as Chloe raised her eyebrows "you don't scare me." She told her as Mercedes then huffed and turned walking out the door and slamming it as Chloe then turned to the others "what do we do now?" Carlos asked as the CD player popped out and they pressed play.
As the boys soon were packing to head back to Minnesota as Kelly and Chloe watched them "you guys can hold your heads high! Most bands don't even make it almost halfway there." Kelly told them as Gustavo walked up to them with the tray of cookies "she's right. I am very, very proud of you guys." He then screamed as Chloe and Kelly looked at him "I'm fine." Gustavo told them as the boys looked also "scooters. No I'm not." Gustavo told them as he fell over, handing the tray to Kelly.
"And she's probably on her way right now to tell her dad to pick vampihra." Logan told them as Chloe began to laugh, knowing she didn't have the power to do that, as the door behind them opened and everyone began to scream as Chloe slowly turned around "look, I know we haven't all dated that long. But I just wanted to come back to say..." Mercedes was saying as everybody looked at her, Chloe smiled "here it comes." She said.
"I'm sorry." Mercedes told them as James threw a pair of his clothes down and walked in front of Chloe up to Mercedes "yeah, you should be sorry. How could you pick them over me?" James pointed to himself as Chloe held her hand up again "and here it comes." She said "cause I never date anyone prettier then me." Mercedes told them as James quickly turned around "I'm better now." He told them And then Mercedes sighed "and Chloes right. I'm a rich spoiled bully who dresses hot and thinks your songs are great." She told them, then all the boys walked up to Chloe as she crossed her arms.
"So your gonna pick big time rush?" Carlos asked as Chloe looked to Mercedes walking forward "we're halfway there!" Gustavo yelled as Chloe laughed "you know, I can see how hard it was for you to say that I was right but can you maybe say it one more time." She told her as she smirked, everyone except Chloe began jumping as she waited "once again, Chloes right, cause I don't choose the winning band." Mercedes told them as they all stopped "what?" They all yelled as Chloe smiled.
"You're not the top secret music advisor?" Kendall asked as he looked to Chloe "see, my dad asked me to pick up the demos because it was on my way. But I let you believe I choose the winning band because your cute and..." then Mercedes began to cry which didn't work on Chloe "I love manipulating people." Mercedes added on and Chloe remembered when she did it to her.
It was a talent show on live television which was being taped and Chloe was standing backstage as she worked on her dance and the song when another blonde girl walked up to her "Hey, Umm, I know, your up next but I think you should really come look at this closet over here!" A young Mercedes asked Chloe who looked at her confused "what? Why would I fall for that? And hey aren't you going after me? Your dad told me about the song you chose.." but before Chloe could finish her words, Mercedes got bored and began dragging her to a closet as Chloe good but stupid shoes were making it impossible for her to stop it from happening "stupid shoes? Kelly! Help!" She yelled.
But before help could arrive Mercedes pushed her in the closet and stuck a chair up against it and ran towards the stage and soon a younger version of Kelly came running "Chloe! Chloe!" She yelled as she then she heard the banging as music started to play "help! Anybody! If you can hear me! I'm in the closet!" Chloe yelled as Kelly ran up to it moving the chair out of the way as Mercedes began to sing.
The door soon opened as Chloe came face to face with Kelly "she locked me in here!"Â She pointed to the stage as Kelly grabbed her hand "it's fine, your better then her anyway, even her dad thinks so, come on!" She voiced, dragging her out of there.
"Chloe! Chloe!" Gustavo was yelling in her face as the girl came back into the conversation "sorry, memories, what's the plan." She asked as the boys looked to her.
And before they knew it, they had kidnapped the monkey as Kelly panicked "I was kidding." She told them as Logan motioned to the monkey "but the plan worked perfectly." He told them as all of them soon began arguing.
And as more time passed, the boys were working on training Lolo as Mercedes, Chloe, Gustavo and Kelly were all in the booth waiting to play the music, as they handed the bananas over, Gustavo played big time, which he seemed to enjoy.
As they soon put more down, Gustavo changed the song to any kind of guy in which Lolo started clapping which was a good sign "he's clapping it's working." Kelly told them as Chloe and Mercedes shockingly high fived and looked at each other with wide eyes "halfway there here we come." Gustavo told them as the boys handed over more bananas.
But as Gustavo changed it to Famous, Lolo picked up the bananas as Chloes eyes went wide "he's picking up the bananas is that a good sign?" Gustavo asked them as they all looked worried as one flew at the window making them jump back.
Then the boys started getting pelted with bananas as they fell down, Chloe watched with wide eyes "well he either really loved that song or really hated it." Mercedes told them as Chloe got up and ran to check on the boys.
They all soon were sitting on couches still cleaning banana off of them as Chloe helped Kendall "you know the scooter is the sensible solution for today's high gas prices, pollution. And offers seniors increased mobility and Ahh!" Gustavo yelled as they all looked at him.
But soon Kendall stood up as Chloe smiled "no we are not giving up. We're almost halfway there. And another thing I've learned since coming to LA is that together we can do anything." He told them as Chloe nodded her head but then stopped once seeing Griffin.
"Look who I found hitchhiking on the Hollywood freeway." Griffin told them as Kendall sat back down "yeah we're done." He told them as Chloe threw her arm around his shoulder to help him feel better which it did as Griffin spoke "I am deeply disappointed in all of you, but I'm also curious. What happened! Help me out." He asked as Chloe looked to Mercedes who didn't seem like she was gonna give in yet, so, she stood up.
"It's her fault." Chloe pointed to Mercedes "she lied to all of them and made them be her boyfriends and threw cookies at poor Carlos!" And as she spoke Carlos nodded his head "it's true." He told him "then she helped us chip nap Lolo and she still hates me from beating her at that talent show from when I was seven!" Chloe voiced and Griffin believed her "and I know it's true, because she lies a lot." He told her then Gustavo stood up "its all our faults." He told him.
As Kendall then stood up next to Chloe "we really wanna stay in LA and make an album." He told him and then Carlos stood up "and a tour." He added on as James then stood up "and be famous." He told him as Logan joined them "but we may have gone a little too far." He told him as Kelly popped in eating a banana "sorry?" She asked.
"Those are a lot of sentences containing words. Containing letters. And I admire your passion and dedication, but it doesn't change the fact that Lolo picks which demos win." Griffin told them as he looked to LoLo, Chloe then looked to the guys "we had a good run." She whispered as Kendall agreed "yep." He told them As Carlos panicked "I don't want it to be over." He told them.
"Do you like big time rush?" Griffin asked as everyone leaned in excited as Lolo made the fart noise "oooh the fart noise. Sorry, boys, vampirah wins." Griffin told them as Mercedes ran to her father "Lolos wrong, daddy. The vampire fad has one two years left, max." She told him and with that Chloe nodded her head smiling "these guys songs have infectious melodies, classic pop hooks, and big time rush will crush the 6 to 16 year old demographic. Which is your core music buying base." Mercedes shared.
"Wow." Griffin said as Chloe turned to the guys "didn't think she was that smart?" She whispered as they laughed "Lolo I'm transferring you to missile defense." Griffin told him and with that Chloe looked to the guys with a smile "Mercedes you're my new hit predicting advisor, this way, we'll get to spend more time together. Big time Rush wins!" Griffin voiced.
As they all began cheering and hugged each other, Kendall had picked Chloe up spun her around "anything else for my princess?" Griffin asked as Chloe quickly looked over to Logan "well I never really got a chance to date logan." Mercedes told him "Logan your Mercedes new boyfriend." Griffin told him as Logan hid behind James as Chloe laughed "now get to work. We need some new songs for the Big Time Rush album." Griffin yelled as Gustavo threw his hand up "I've already got one. Move out." He yelled as they all began cheering running to the music booth.

"I like it." Griffin yelled as everyone cheered "but Chloe we need more songs!" And with that everybody was less excited.
Heading back to the Palm Woods to renew the boys lease, Chloe and the boys followed after Kelly as they reached the front desk "I need to renew the lease for 2-J and pay for Chloes apartment." Kelly told Bitters as she handed the money over as Katie and Mrs knight looked at all of them.
"We're gonna make a full album..." Carlos told her as Logan jumped in "and probably a concert tour..." then James "and be famous." But Chloe looked to Katie and pointed to her mom as she mouthed to her "dont worry about it."
