Chapter 1975: The Savage Sun Flare Demonic Venerable's Last Stand

Surtr looked into the skies as he saw his master battling Pandemonium, the two were using their swords to battle, but then Drake cut his arms and swords off, making Pandemonium go insane and absorb his own arms and shattered blades, using them as sacrifices to prompt yet another evolution, turning into a massive demonic dragon.
"A Demonic Dragon?!" Surtr felt the pressure and the strange, disgusting connection with Pandemonium. "He became one because that Emperor bastard used the fragments of my family members to make him, didn't he?"
"That's right..." The Venerable nodded, facing Surtr, the two were battling to the death, and yet the moment Drake and Surtr clashed to that level of power, they ended stopping and glancing, they couldn't help it.
"It seems that demon brat got a lot more power packed within him, I envy him..." The Venerable said. "I wanted that power for myself, did you know? I even learned how to use his demonic power to forge weapons, but I was never able to assimilate it... How did Drake do it? How did that bastard managed to do something so impossible? Demonic energy simple devours it all!"
"Hah, you think I'm telling you?" Surtr laughed, as he glared back at the Venerable. "Enough chit-chat for now... Let's end it right here, right now. This is the last battle we'll have. Ready? I'm not holding back."
"Me neither, brat," the Venerable smiled, as his gigantic, fiery body surged from the ground, his divine flames reached their peak, as he began absorbing spiritual energy from the environment, becoming larger. A gigantic sun appeared, floating behind him alongside several rings of flames. "I've learned many things while fighting you. How the world I believed to be small and boring has become much more entertaining. And that you damned Red Dragons simply don't give up."
"Of course we don't give up," Surtr smiled. "And now that we are one. We will avenge those you've slain, and we will take back Muspelheim from your tyrannical rule."
"Hahahah... Try your best, child! I will never yield! So you better go for the kill, or else, you'll regret it!"
RUMBLE!
The two leaped off the ground, clashing in midair as Surtr's claws and the Venerable's axe and maces impacted one another, generating a massive blazing shockwave that flattened the mountain beneath them.

As they clashed, Surtr's Aura erupted from his body, thousands of fire dragon divine souls emerging, roaring ferociously and then fusing into even more power.

The Venerable was pushed back even further, but he held his ground, as he continued attacking Surtr's with all his weapons, even though his attacks were mostly repelled by Surtr's sheer defenses.
"I've figured out something, Savage Sun Flare Demon Venerable."
"What?!"
"ROOOAAARRR!"
Their combined souls, including even Muspel, resembled a monstrous aberration made of countless dragon heads, eyes, jaws, wings, claws, and tails.
"HAHAH...! TRULY RIDICULOUS!"
The Venerable laughed as he faced the immensely overwhelmingly strong technique, his hands, gathering plasma, merged with his weapons.
"I'LL SHOW YOU MY STRONGEST TECHNIQUES, SURTR!"
As he roared, he attacked back, his hands and weapons fusing into gigantic masses of plasma and attacking the wrathful chimeric fire dragon soul legion.
"{Solar Plasma Fission Arts}: {Solar Calamity}!"
His gigantic fists clashed against Surtr's attack, as several explosions erupted in that moment, each one as big as a small nuclear bomb, constantly shaping the landscape around
them.
BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!
"T-This power! Is this what you were saving for the end?!" Surtr's eyes widened, as he saw the Venerable's immense power, which began to slowly catch up to his own. "Impressive! Truly incredible, that is a Venerable alright!"
"I APPRECIATE THE PRAISE, BUT I DON'T WANT IT!"
The Venerable smiled, punching through Surtr's family's souls and then punching the giant
dragon's entire body dozens of times.
