I pulled back into the parking lot of school. Ria snored softly in the back. I turned around to see her wrapped in her blanket, pacifier in mouth, chocolate ice cream around her face and glitter still shining off of her in the moonlight.
I sighed at how much I loved this girl.
I carefully picked her up and she clung to me. I carried her back into the school.
Our date at the arcade was amazing. Ria behaved so well. She made a huge mess of her ice cream but it was so cute.
I opened the door and went to set my love in her crib.
"Daddy we home?" She said as I changed her into pjs and wiped her face.
"Yes baby girl. You should go back to sleep though. Today was a good long day."
"Me tired" she said in agreement putting her arms up for a pj shirt.
I went to put pjs pants on her and met resistance.
"Nooooo!!" She whined
"Too hot!" She complained whining more and slumping on me.
I tried not to laugh and just patted her butt while picking her up.
"Okay okay love. Pantless for you tonight"
She snuggled into me and I attempted to lay her in bed
"Noooooo" she cried clutching me
"Its bedtime baby. You can't even keep your eyes open." I said amazed she was fighting bed
"Me want you daddy. Me sweep in you bed" she cried into my neck
"Okay baby girl. Since you were so good tonight you earned it." I said moving to my room
She snuggled in closer clutching me tighter like I might disappear if she didnt.
"It's okay Ria. I'm right here. You can relax" I said rubbing her back
She calmed down a bit but still clutched my chest
"No weave. Everyone weaves" she mumbled falling to sleep.
I growled protectively pulling her closer and tighter.
"I've got you baby girl. You're mine Ria." I said with a kiss to her head
She nodded and snores came again.
Idk the extinct of her past. She's locked up and won't talk to me much about it. We would have to slowly work towards opening her up with time.
Until then I will do everything I can to protect her. If people have abandoned her I won't be one of them.
She's mine.
