She was worried that someone might see this.

Coral, and another maid, as well as Victoria and Jayden Nelson, were in the same building. If they were awake….

Matthew buried his head in her neck and chuckled, “So, how about in the bedroom?”

Dolores looked out the window and saw the shadows of the trees as they stirred. Her vision was a little blurry, she vaguely hummed. The voice was extremely low, however, Matthew heard it clearly.

He wrapped his arms around her waist as he held her by the butt and lifted her off the couch. Dolores wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed his lips.

There were no lights in the living rooms, only a beam of twilight coming through the window. Matthew kissed her back as he led her upstairs.

When the back floor room was open, Dolores became rational again, “The two boys are still down there…”

“I’ll take them downstairs later.”

“But…”

He put his fingers to her lips. His fingers crushed over her delicate lips, it was so high and the evening glow falling on the lighted part of her face and it seemed to be frivolous. His fingers slid down her neck and finally rested on her heart, “You can think of me.”

He lowered his body and placed his firm chest against her, his arms encircled her waist as he kissed her hair, her ears with his fingers deftly unbuttoning her clothing.

Dolores, who was underneath him, began to tremble.

As she was facing him, Dolores had never had the higher position.

Regardless of whether she started to step forward, she would end up being the passive one.

He was, as always, predominant and bossy when they were in bed.

Dolores was sleepy and lacked energy. She was exhausted and had no idea when she had fallen asleep, she didn’t know if Matthew had taken her downstairs. When she was half asleep, she heard the sound of the door opening and also felt thirsty at that moment.

As she was about to speak, she was surprised to see that the light was on when she opened her eyes. Since the light was dim, all she could see were shadows on the table near the wall. There were also shadows on the dark red sofa, the shadow kept moving and then it was still again after a while.

Dolores rubbed her eyes and saw obviously who the individual was.

“Why on earth wouldn’t you be sleeping?”

Matthew hung up his phone and walked over, “Did you wake up?”

Dolores frowned slightly, “Thirsty.”

He was quiet for two seconds and went to the table to get a glass of water for her. He paced quickly and gently, as he was reluctant to make her wake up. Her figure gradually became clearer, the glass of water was brought to her lips, she took it with precision. As the warm water ran down her throat, the dry feeling in her mouth eased.

“Do you need more?” He asked in a warm voice.

Dolores shook her head and looked up to check the time, just to discover that it was 5:30, so it was dawn.

“Did you wake up?” she asked.

“I rested for some time.” After completing, he hugged her and dozed for a while, then, at that moment, he was awakened by the sound of a message, which was sent by Abbott Baron, who discovered that Jeffery had sent someone to White City.

In essence, he could be sure that Jeffery was clear about Dolores’ relationship with Victoria.

He intentionally tried to find her a match. As he guessed, he didn’t like that Dolores and Victoria would get along….

Dolores was fully awake and Matthew put down the cup of water as he hugged her, her pajamas were slightly open. Everywhere he looked were the traces he left, he sat on the edge of the bed to button them.

Dolores looked at her hands, her fingers were long and beautiful, her nails were perfectly manicured and clean.

Her voice was a little hoarse as she wasn’t sure if for the reason she had just woken up or something else, “Miss Chambers was very beautiful.”

Matthew’s hands paused as he raised his eyes and met hers. Then he smiled, “You said you were a typical man too, that you had feelings and that it was normal for you to crave women.”

She felt uncomfortable and had no idea what was wrong with him. As she simply imagined Matthew sleeping with another woman one day, she felt annoyed.

“Do you want to… and with another woman…”

Matthew’s finger ran through her hair as he pretended not to understand what she meant, “And with another woman?”

Dolores frowned at him, “You know what I mean.”

“I have no idea.” He continued to dissemble.

Dolores gritted her teeth: “Would you have an affair with someone else?”.

Matthew was silent, as if that question was difficult to answer.

Dolores frowned, just as she was about to explode at his attitude, Matthew kissed her lips softly, “If you don’t want me to find another woman, then satisfy me.”

Dolores looked up into his face and was silent for a couple of moments. Then, unexpectedly, she pushed him away and bit his shoulder, “If you betray me, I won’t leave you alone.”

Matthew didn’t move or even frown, but smiled, “I won’t give you the chance to bite me to death.”

He grabbed her body and turned around to push her down, “If I die, I’ll die on you.”

“Ma…tthew.”

….

When Dolores woke up again, it was almost ten o’clock, the opposite side of the bed had no one in it. The bed was no longer warm, she had to leave very early.

She put her hand to her forehead and cursed Matthew a bunch of times.

How could she explain to her children, that the night before they had rested together. Now, she slept upstairs.

Matthew always brought her trouble.

She got up and her body was wet and sticky. She took her wrung out body to the bathroom, in the mirror, she could see that her body was covered with marks. Some she had made unintentionally and some she had made intentionally. At that moment, she felt tormented. But now they only looked impressive, but she had little torment.

She touched her belly unintentionally. While she was with Matthew, they didn’t have birth control. It was a long time and she really didn’t get pregnant.

Previously, she didn’t think it was important that she couldn’t have any more children, however, currently, she was a little depressed about this.

Her mind was anticipating the image of Matthew knowing she was pregnant.

When she had Samuel and Simona previously, he didn’t know and missed the process of giving birth to them as well as the process in which they grew up.

He let out a sigh and went to take a shower to wash his body.

He cleaned himself up and went down to the second floor.

Presumably due to the reason he spoke to Victoria yesterday about that matter, the two children did not go to kindergarten today or Friday, they were both at home.

Samuel did not stay in his space to play with his number issues but playing with Lego in the living room.

Dolores came downstairs and saw that the container with some words on it, Star Wars Secret Base.

Recently, hearing his little girl’s words, Matthew impressed Abbott by asking him to buy a set and send it over, Abbott was resourceful and sent it quickly earlier in the day.

Samuel was so delighted in the fun of playing the secret base puzzle that he left behind the question of why Dolores was not sleeping in her room.

Besides, Simona was easily comforted by Matthew, who hugged and kissed her. They did not have to give any explanation as they had already forgotten about her.

Dolores was at first unsure how to tell the two children, however, she was instantly reassured.

“I think they’re hungry, aren’t they?” Coral smiled and pulled out the food she had left for her, “Come and have something to eat.”

No doubt Dolores was hungry and her stomach was growling.

She took a seat at the table to eat and picked up her phone to call Abbott.

At this point, Abbott remained in the meeting room while Matthew had a meeting.

His phone rang and interfered with Matthew, who was talking. He gave him a cold look.
