gαâηÏνððsï¼Ã§Ð¾m takes you away The moment Matthew stepped out, she reached up to clasp his neck. Tipping her toes, she moved closer to him. The heat of his breath came intentionally to her face, each inhale and exhale filled with pain. Her fingertips trembled slightly as they held him tightly. She intentionally lifted the corner of her lips seductively, âNothing is constant in this world. If one day I suddenly disappear, or if something happens to me, will you fall in love with another woman?â
Matthewâs expression was calm and he pursed his lips. She was suddenly so passionate, and this had happened without any warning. He had never imagined that one day she would seduce him like this. Just when he was still bewildered, her lips pressed against his. It was a very light kiss, like that of a dragonfly strung across water.
He frowned, âYouâ¦â
âShh!â Her face was flushed. When he spoke, he bared his bright white teeth: âDid I scare you? I could tell you were in a bad mood, soâ¦â
Matthew pinched her chin, forcing her to look at him. Her eyes were slowly darkening, her hands hung at her sides and her fists were clenched. Only then did she manage to put on a calm expression and look him in the eye. Biting her lips, she said, âDoes it bother you that Iâve been fooling aroundâ¦?â
Before she finished her words, Matthew pressed his lips to hers, preventing her words from escaping his mouth. His kisses were always dominant and commanding, leaving no room for rejection and retraction. He was so aggressive it was as if he wanted to swallow her tongue. She frowned in pain, but made no sound.
When his lips left hers, a strand slipped between her lips. He said word for word, âOnly you can seduce me.â
It was as if he was letting Dolores know that he would not fall in love with any other woman.
An uncontainable pang of pain welled up inside him, and his vision blurred with tears. Quickly, she turned around, âYouâ¦go out first, I want to take a shower.â
Matthew didnât move and continued to stand there, his hands sliding down her shoulders and reaching her breasts. His slender fingers poked at the buttons of her skirt. He said softly and deeply, âLet me help you.â
Doloresâ body was icy cold and her blood was slowly freezing. Maybe it was because her back was against him, that was why she could keep her cool.
He lowered his head to look at her long, lithe fingers, âAre you sure, doesnât my naked body turn you on? Itâs only been two months, the doctor has ordered us not to have sex.â His fingers stopped momentarily.
Dolores took the opportunity to push him away, âWait for me outside.â
As he finished his words, he went into the bathroom and closed the glass door. She had thought she had prepared herself to face him, but the reality was not so. He was guilty, and she couldnât face him.
She wiped away her tears and tried to cheer herself up. She took off her clothes and soaked in the water, cleaning herself well. She thought about putting on something nice, wanting to at least be compatible with him in terms of appearance.
Regardless it was only for a day.
Her skin was very white, she was as tender as white jade. When she came out of the water, her skin was smooth and crystal clear like water. She took the bathrobe that was leaning against the side and pulled it over her graceful body. She washed her dark black hair, dried it and combed it smooth. When she opened the bathroom door, there was no one left in the house.
Simona had gone upstairs to get Matthew. Dolores felt more relaxed when he wasnât there.
She opened the closet to find the clothes she wanted to wear today. As she was a fashion designer, she had a special understanding of fashion. Therefore, it was clear to her what kind of clothes would suit her.
She reached out to choose a slightly sexy strapless dress and put it on. The whole dress was white with a light texture, and the design was uncomplicated. Her slender waist was immediately highlighted with a grip at the waist. The dress extended to below her knees. Her calves were visible, and although the neckline was V-shaped, it was not deep. It let her collarbone and long neckline show. She looked fresh and natural, with a touch of sensuality.
Her hair, now dry, was casually swept behind her head, and a few strands of hair fell casually over her ears, adding a feminine touch.
Although she had not put on makeup, her skin was fine. Therefore, her look was fresh and elegant, and completely natural.
She went downstairs and Matthew had just come out of Simonaâs room. Raising his head, he saw her.
Matthewâs gaze examined her for a moment, and his eyes darkened a little. Then he reached over and took her hand, âWhy are you all dressed up, going on a date?â
Her eyes crinkled with laughter, âDo I look okay?â.
He grabbed her hand tighter and said, âYou look good, I want to hide you so that only I can appreciate you.â
Outside the villa, the driver was already waiting. Matthew opened the door for her, and she bent down and sat inside. She then sat down and indicated to the driver in a low voice, âLetâs go.â
Matthew had already arranged everything. She didnât have to worry about anything, and just had to follow him.
They had already informed the police station about it, so they could take care of business once they got there. The two children were about to enter elementary school, and Jayden had already settled their accounts well. Now they just had to go change their names.
They didnât have to wait in line, so the matter could be done very quickly.
It only took them about ten minutes to complete the matter.
When they got back to the car, Dolores said quietly, âI am not able to change my manner of addressing them so quickly.â
It had already become a habit after all these years, she would need some time to adjust to calling them something else. But it was quite normal for children to follow their fatherâs last name.
Matthew held her around the waist, drawing her into his arms, and lowered his eyes to look at her exposed shoulders. His brows furrowed slightly, but Dolores didnât notice his gaze on her. She leaned quietly into his arms, not asking what they were going to do next.
Quickly, the car pulled up in front of a flower shop. Matthew took her by the hand and got out of the car. Suddenly, Dolores felt like laughing. Actually, the time the two of them had spent together was not very long. But she didnât know why, she often felt as if the two of them were already an old couple. Maybe it was because the children were grown up, thatâs why she had that illusion.
Now that she was suddenly going out as a young girl, and buying flowers, she felt a little shy about it. Dolores tugged at him, âLetâs not buy them.â
Matthew grabbed her hand, pulling her forcefully toward the store. Aggressively, he simply asked the flower shop owner for the number of roses needed to signify âI love you.â
It was the first time the store owner had encountered customers like this. He looked at Dolores and then at the man speaking. Matthew looked especially charming in his suit. When he wasnât talking, he gave off an aura of distance and wealth.
The owner of the flower shop was a lady in her forties, her gaze resting on Matthew for a moment, forgetting to say anything.
With a somber face, Dolores reminded him, âIsnât the store open for business?â.
The store owner withdrew her gaze in embarrassment and introduced, âThere are many meanings to roses, it depends on the color and the quantityâ¦â
âI want that one.â Dolores cut off the store ownerâs words, and pointed towards a bouquet of red roses.
She didnât like this womanâs gaze constantly on Matthew, she wanted to quickly finish shopping and leave.
âThatâs another customerâs orderâ¦â
âTell me the price.â Matthew pulled out his wallet. If Dolores liked that bouquet, it didnât matter how much he spent, as long as she liked it.
The store owner hesitated for a moment. Seeing that the man was so handsome and so generous, he agreed, âAll right then.â
He went back to wrap another bouquet for the other customer.
She wouldnât say no to the money, in fact, this handsome man had already asked for it, she couldnât refuse.
The store owner brought the bouquet. When she handed it to Dolores, she said, âThis was originally reserved by a man, there are ninety-nine roses here, it is going to be used for your proposal. Seeing that your fiancé is so handsome, I will give it to you first.â
Dolores suddenly felt a little embarrassed. After all, this had been ordered by someone else and was going to be used for her proposal. If she had messed up her plan, it would be her fault.
The store owner saw Doloresâs hesitation, and put the flowers in her arms, smilingly saying, âNo need to be embarrassed, Iâll make another bouquet.â
Dolores could only accept it. When she walked out of the flower shop with the flowers in her hands, she really felt like she was dating. Only her dating partner wasnât very good at being romantic. Obviously, it was a very romantic thing to do, but when she did it, she felt a little stiff.
But she liked it.
She grabbed Matthewâs arms proactively and said, âI really like him.â
He turned his head and lowered his eyes to her, looking at her smiling face, âDoes it satisfy you that easily?â
Dolores smiled. Indeed, girls were very easily satisfied. If they offered her enough security and the occasional surprise, she would already be very satisfied.
The driver opened the door for them. Just as they were about to get into the car, a voice came from behind.
âDolores.â
Dolores turned and saw that a car was stopped on the opposite side of the road. Sean pushed open the door and got out, and ran down the road toward them, âI thought Iâd seen wrong.â
He had set out to go find Dolores. But something came up and he had passed that street, and through the glass window he had seen Dolores and Matthew in the flower shop. He couldnât confirm that it was them, as it looked like they were both not so âkidsâ.
Only young people who were dating would buy flowers.
He lowered his head, hesitating for a moment, âThisâ¦. Dolores, my father is ill, he would like to see you.â
