When those strong guys heard that, they were all stunned, looking unbelievable while staring at Maximilian.
All of them stared at him with great surprise.
At the beginning, they thought that he just got into this dead-end by accident. However, now they seemed to realize that he deliberately led them here so as to fight them all.
âHey, buddy, do you deem yourself a forever winner?â those guys said coldly.
Of course, they were all confident in themselves that they would be able to knock him down within a second.
âYou must be bragging about yourself.â All the other guys also deemed that he got into the dead end accidentally. So he said so to bluff only. So all of them didnât even view him seriously.
When hearing that, Maximilian still looked calm. After all, he had confessed honestly. It had nothing to do with him whether those guys believed or not.
Since then, he needed to make them realize the truth by himself.
âAlright, since you all donât believe what I said. Let me prove it.â Maximilian said casually.
Hearing that, those guys seemed to be filled with bad feelings. They could all tell that this man was not joking.
They gritted to muster up courage and looked at each other. Then they initiated an attack.
All of those guys gasped and then hurried over to punch. Their attack was growing heavier and heavier.
They still believed themselves that they were able to beat him soon.
When facing the attack, Maximilian still looked composed while dodging all their punches easily. Those guys could not even scratch him a bit and they could do nothing about it.
Of course, Tia believed Maximilianâs skills as she had seen how capable he was in fighting. So she believed that it would be easy for him to deal with the fight.
Soon, all those guys were lying on the ground while whining.
Maximilian said coldly, âNow please get out of here. Otherwise, you should know the consequence.â
Hearing that, those guys all couldnât help gasping. Then they struggled to stand up and run away.
Maximilian didnât stop them. Not until then did he walk over to Tia with a smile, âAlright, let me walk you home.â
Seeing his warm smile, Tia was delighted for his gentle manner while he showed his fierce side to the enemies.
Maximilian then walked her home. As they reached Connorâs house, Maximilian was a bit surprised as it was his first time to visit his home when he saw this house with retro decoration.
He didnât expect that Connor was actually tasteful.
Suddenly, Tia invited him to enter.
If there were someone else around who heard about it, he must be quite jealous of Maximilian. For every single man, it would be the only chance in a blue moon. However, Maximilian actually got it so easily.
Hearing that, Maximilian seemed to be a bit awkward. However, when he saw her honest and piteous face, he didnât have the heart to refuse. So he agreed.
Tia was thrilled instantly. So she then took him to enter.
As Connor hadnât been back yet, there were only a few servants here.
As soon as they entered, the butler said to Tia with respect, âMiss, welcome back.â
However, when he saw the casual clothing of Maximilian, he cast him a contemptuous glimpse as he deemed him an ordinary one only. He couldnât help wondering why Tia, such a decent young lady, would actually bring such a common guy home.
Maximilian also noticed that. But he didnât feel surprise as he had expected so. It had been a routine for him to bear such scornful glimpse.
But Tia didnât notice the awkward atmosphere. She led Maximilian to her own room. When they entered, even Tia herself was stunned by her own move. She had never made another man enter her own room. Even when her father who to talk to her in this room, he had to get her permission first.
She couldnât help getting blushed, wondering if she had feelings for Maximilian. So that was why she wanted to be so close to him.
At the thought of that, Tia felt bashful, not knowing what to do.
For Maximilian, it was only one of his many experiences that he entered a girlâs room. When seeing the pink and girlish style, he now noticed that actually Tia still lived like a little girl from the bottom of her heart.
Maximilian smiled, âYour room looks nice.â
Hearing his compliment, Tia felt so happy and sweet.
Maximillian then went downstairs for a seat. When the butler saw him meddling with the items around, he huffed, âHey, stop touching. Youâd better leave as soon as possible. You could never be the match of Miss Davies.â
Hearing that, Maximilian paused out of a bit surprise. He didnât expect the butler would say so.
Maximilian only smiled but showed no response.
When Tia went downstairs, Maximilian seemed to be stunned when seeing her in her new dress. He couldnât help fixing his eyes on her because of her sexy outfit.
But he soon shifted his eyes off her as a gentleman. But for Tia, she was still proud of herself when noticing his gaze.
Tia then frowned while looking at the butler, âWhy donât you serve tea for the guest?â
The butler looked at Maximilian with doubt and replied, âMiss, Mr. Davies tells me that no stranger is allowed to enter. Besides, nor shall he be allowed to enter your room.â
Obviously, the butler disdained Maximilian at the very beginning. He only deemed him a common guest who only dropped by for a while.
Hearing that, Tia seemed to be annoyed. She hated the butler for saying so, âYouâre wrong. Itâs I who invited him in my room. Do you deem that I donât even have the right to do so?â
The butler was rendered confused for not knowing the reason why she threw a tantrum. He hurried to wipe off his cold sweat and then went to serve Maximilian a cup of tea. But he still kept bias in his mind.
