âCABIN.â
We're desperately tugging at each other's clothes, trying to get each piece of material off. We haven't spoken a single word to each other since the moment I was pressed against his mattress.
I'm pulling his shirt over his head while he's unzipping my dress. After a little fumbling, we get them both off and I'm awestruck. I knew how he looked like without a shirt on but now, with him on top of my and body bare in front of me, it's overwhelming. I clench my hands into a fist at my sides and unclench, wanting to touch his skin but I had no idea where to begin.
Almost like he sees the struggle, Archer reaches out and wraps his hands around my wrists and places my palms flat against his chest.
The feel of his heart beating against his chest is all too much because it's the same frantic rhythm that's in my chest, our hearts in sync. My fingers begin to travel and even though everything in me urges me to pounce on him, I take my time, memorising the feel of his skin against mine.
My fingers trace the contours of his muscle, nails gently scratching against the taut skin which gets Archer to shudder. He reaches around me, unclasping my bra and he pauses, looking for any signs of hesitation.
But there is none, so I slip out of my bra and it joins our clothes on the ground. Archer exhales a breath as his eyes take me in. "You're so beautiful," his eyes trail my body and land on my eyes.
They're burning with a passion I've never quite seen before. And then our bodies collide and he's everywhere. He takes my breast by the lips, all while rocking his hips against mine, the thin material of my panties and his boxers leaving nothing to my imagination.
He teases the puckered tips of my breast with his teeth, nibbling lightly before soothing the burn with a lick. He drives me crazy with his tongue. He doesn't stop until I'm panting his name, desperate for him.
His free hand tugs at the elastic of my panties and he pulls away. "Is this okay?" Archer asked with laboured breaths.
"Yeah," I nod, just to get my point across.
"Yeah?" His lips tilt to a smirk as he looks at me.
"Yes," I breathe out and to make sure he gets my message, I roll my hips, rubbing against him. The smirk slips from his face and he groans. "Please," I add and that single word strips us of any sort of control we had left.
He all but rips my panties off of me, slipping a finger inside me and muffles my moans with his lips. He adds another finger, stretching me deliciously.
"Fuck," he breathes out as he pulls away from my lips. His gaze droops and he watches as he pumps his fingers inside me. "So wet. So fucking beautiful." He breathes out as he grinds his lower half into me like he can't help himself. His gaze flickers, looking right at me and his eyes flared with fervour and I can't seem to catch my breath.
The sight of him watching me and hearing him cuss gets my head in a frenzy. It's almost too much. I couldn't believe I was seeing this side of him, apart from the proper and well-spoken professor.
I begin squirming, moving my hips in time with his fingers. He drops his forehead on my temple softly, his heavy breathing fanning my neck as he speaks. "You feel incredible, Red." He drops a kiss on my mouth. "I don't think I can wait," Archer murmurs against my lips, his fingers still working in me. "I need inside you."
"Don't wait," My voice barely audible as I tug at the band of his boxers.
In a second, he's out of his underwear and on top of me. His hand rummages through his drawer and he slams it shut after pulling out a condom. He rolls it on and without hesitation, he pushes inside me.
My nails dig into his back as he fills me up. He stills above me. We're both breathing heavy and he's trembling as he stays unmoving. "Are you okay?" He asks, eyes searching mine.
I nod, not capable of words at the moment.
He places a soft kiss on the tip of my nose and intertwines one of our hands together. He places my hand above my head, pressing it into the mattress before pulling out, only to thrust in harder. His forehead rests on mine as he thrusts into me at a feverish pace.
His lips brush against mine, but he doesn't kiss me. Instead, his eyes stay locked with mine and the intimacy between us grows. The feel of my bare breasts pressing against his skin and him moving inside me starts pushing me over the edge.
My eyes roll back and I press them shut as I feel the beginnings of a shudder course through my body. My toes curl and my back arches off the bed and our movements start to get desperate. Both of us trying to find our high. He pumps into me frantically, losing all rhythm in his movements and when I open my eyes, I see him watching me writhe with pleasure under him.
As soon as our eyes lock, he crashes his lips into mine. My head falls back, breaking away from the kiss as the gut-wrenching feeling overcomes me. "Archer!" I gasp, my thighs squeezing around him as I tremble underneath him.
He rides out my high, thrusting in and out, unrelenting. Then his body begins shuddering, his grip on our entwined hands tightening as he rocks his hips against mine, slowing down. He drops his head into the crook of my neck. "Red," he groans with a final tremor. His body collapses onto mine, his arms carrying most of his weight.
Soon, we're simply breathing each other in, with him still on top of me and inside me. He lifts his head and the awe in his eyes brings the warmth back into my chest. I knew, at that moment, I was too far gone with him.
There were no words for what just happened. None would do it justice and I think he feels the same way because he clings onto my silence. He leans in, kissing my lips tenderly, intimately cradling my head in his hands.
It goes on for a few minutes before he pulls out. He leaves the bed to discard the condom and lies next to me. We're both facing each other, lying on our sides. He pulls me to him, his lips finding mine like we can't get enough of each other. I savour this moment because I know as soon as the sun rises, everything will change.
I don't know how much time passes but we're still kissing and touching and exploring. Learning what makes the other gasp and moan. He hooks my leg around his waist, bringing me closer to him.
With his lips still on mine, I hear foil ripping and then he's inside me again. He lies on his back, pulling me on top of him and this time, we're slow and gentle.

Hints of sunlight begin pouring into the room, waking me from a deep sleep. Something tightens around my waist and I'm greeted by Archer's sleeping form the moment I pry my eyes open.
I'm on top of him while he hugs me against his body, still deep in his sleep. I lay on him for a second, watching him in awe like this was the most normal thing. But it wasn't. There's not an inch of fabric between us and I'm lying on top of my professor. Naked. There was nothing normal about this.
It didn't even take a minute for the jolt of panic to hit me. I roll off of him, sitting up. His blanket almost falls over my bare chest and I held it tight to my body as I stared at the man that laid beside me.
He shifts around, his hand tapping the mattress to find me the moment our bodies are no longer in contact. I scoot to the edge of the bed, spotting my clothes. I turn to look at him and he's studying me with confusion.
"What's wrong?" he asked the moment he catches the look on my face. His brows furrow, his eyes still barely open.
Everything! Except I don't say it because my brain's not working. All I can think about is the fact that I'm in my professor's bed. My heart's telling me this is good but my head's screaming about how wrong this is.
And it's true. This is wrong. He could get in trouble. Could I get in trouble? I had no idea. I'm mentally cursing at myself for having such little self-control as I reached for my clothes on the ground.
"Red," I feel his hand on the bare skin of my back and the warmth of it seeps through my skin, right into my bones. "You okay?"
I turn to look at him and there's worry etched into his features. I try to speak but then all I can think about is last night. And damn my heart because last night was more than okay. It was everything.
I nod, or I at least I try to as I grip onto my dress, trying to figure out a way to put it on without having to be bare in front of him again. I turn around again, avoiding his gaze as I reach for my bra and panties. "Hey," his hands land on my waist. "What are youâ" he sees me clutching onto my clothes and he sits up, "you're leaving?"
"I should go," I finally manage to speak but now I can't look at him because I'm still feeling too much. My back and forth emotions were about to give me whiplash.
"Is everything okay?"
No. "Yeah," but my voice is soft and there isn't an ounce of conviction in my tone.
"Red," now his voice is soft, his hand's holding onto me a little tighter. "Talk to me? Please?" He tilts his head, trying to get me to meet his gaze and when I don't, his body tenses. "Did Iâ did I hurt you last night? Iâ"
"No," I'm surprised I don't shout the answer because he couldn't be more wrong and I never want him to think that he'd hurt me. "God, no. You didn't. Last nightâ" I take in a deep breath studying his eyes.
"Last night was perfect but so, so bad. You could get in trouble, right? God, you could lose your job, can't you?" I press my palm to my forehead thinking about how I may have just cost him his job.
Instead of getting worried like I was, the tension leaves his body and the worry from his face dissipates.
"That's what you're worried about?" His expression softens, the corners of his lips turn up. He tucks a loose curl behind my ear as his eyes study mine.
I choose to ignore what he says because he isn't taking it seriously. I grip onto my dress. "Do you mind?"
"I'm sorry," he mumbled, the smile widening on his lips as he looked away.
I dress myself quickly and rush to his door but he's seconds behind me. I pull open the wooden door but his hand stops me from pulling it all the way.
"Umâ" I averted my gaze, looking to the ground. "I'll see you in class." I tried scurrying out of his room.
"Class is cancelled." He chuckles as he notices my frantic form.
"Then I'll see you tomorrow," I said as I rushed out of his apartment before he could stop me.
I entered my apartment, passing Lina who's on the couch. She has a tub of ice cream in her hands and a spoon in her mouth.
"Why aren't you in class?" I asked, trying to avoid the topic of me but it looks like I've failed because the spoon drops from her mouth to the ground as she gapes at me.
"Oh my god," She looked at me. I hadn't even realised that she'd be able to recognise my dress from the day before. "Is this the walk of shame." She gave me a smirk as she leaned over.
"No questions." I simply say as I tried to walk to my room.
"Nuh-uh." She sang. "You have to tell me, who was this guy?" She stood up and approached me.
"No one." I close the door shut as I went to the bathroom to wash up. I came back out only to see Lina looking at me with a playful look smeared over her face.
"You're kidding." She said as she stared at me.
"What?" I asked as I dried my hair with the towel.
"Your professor, really?" She looked at me and my expression drops.
"Why would you-"
"He just came over and said you left this." She tossed me my phone.
I dropped my towel on the ground as I tried catching my phone, "careful!" I yelled.
"You're sleeping with your professor, aren't you?" She laughed as she plopped onto the couch.
"I'm not." I glared at her. "No questions means no questions." I shook my head. "Respect the rule." I plop myself on the couch next to her. "What happened with Chadwick last night?" I tried to drift the conversation elsewhere but she wasn't having it.
"I'm not telling you until you tell me what your phone was doing in our professors' apartment." She crossed her arms over her chest.
"Guess I'm never going to find out about last night." I shrugged as I entered my room.
"Wait!" She squealed.
I knew Lina. She could not get on with the day until she told me about her little midnight adventures.
I went to her with a smile and sat down in front of her as I gestured for her to begin with her story. However, everything she said was going right over my head, my mind only focused on the night before.
I couldn't even remember how we ended up on his bed, it was as though I was intoxicated, not with alcohol but with him.
"I slept with Mr Kane." I blurted and she paused mid story, a smile slowly creeping up her lips.
"I knew it!" She screeched, hitting me with a couch pillow. "Tell me everything!"
"Why are you so calm about this?" I looked at her, puzzled.
"I mean, he is cute. Have you seen him?"
"It's wrong. He's my professor." I slump into the couch. "Oh God, what have I done." I bury my face into the palm of my hands, massaging my cheeks.
"It's not that bad." She poked me.
"It's horrible!" I looked up at her. "How am I going to face him in class now? This-this is so wrong." I shook my head, eyes widening.
I still couldn't believe what I had done. This was so unlike me. I've only ever been with one other guy and that was Luca. I never thought I'd sleep with someone else who I wasn't in a relationship with, let alone my professor.
"How did this even start?" She asked and I started telling her from where it began. That drunken kiss.
Lina gasps once I'm done, a look of mischief spreading across her face.
"What, what?" I ask, wondering what I had missed or if I blurted something embarrassing on accident.
"You love him." She sings with a tease.
"What," I cough out a scoff, close to laughing. "I may be attracted to him but I do not love my professor."
"You totally do!" She jumped up onto the couch, crossing her legs. "Okay, maybe not love but there's something there. Which is why you let him kiss you." She smacked the side of my arm.
"It all makes sense." Lina breathed out as she leaned back into the couch. "This is why he was so affected by Luca. He has feelings for you too!" She began shaking me back and forth.
"Enough!" I pushed her away. "This isn't right. I messed up." I looked at her, her face still painted with amusement.
"Oh my God, my best friend is living in an actual movie." She said, cupping her own cheeks.
"I'm leaving." I groaned as I took my keys to leave.
"You have to come back eventually."
Before she could say anything further, I shut the door. I quickly made my way to the parking lot hoping that I wouldn't bump into Archer.
I got in my car and drove up to the first place I could think of, the cabin. I didn't get the chance to go there last night which was probably a good thing. A part of me felt like I was alone here last night.
I reach in a matter of minutes and immediately feel a part of me calm down. Even though it was rundown, it gave off a cosy vibe which resonated with me and I really need some time away from everything and everyone to think.
I pushed the wooden door which creaked open as I entered. I walked around for a bit, trying to find my usual sitting area. I had cleaned a spot for me in the living room. Or at least I thought it was the living room. But just before I could settle down, a noise from the distance caught my attention.
"Hello?" I called out and instantly mentally face palmed myself.
I walked towards the noise but couldn't find a single soul, "Weird." I let out as I shook my head. I tried convincing myself that it was just my imagination.
I walked back to find my spot but then came across a door I had never seen. "What the hell?"
It had been padlocked with a huge rusty lock. I held it in my hand and noticed something engraved on it.
"Rutherford & Co." I read it under my breath. I took out my phone and googled it. "Established 1930?" I stared at the year that the company manufactured locks and keys and other home appliances.
This must've been a really old cabin. I drop it and it clangs against the wooden door. I wondered why this was the only room that was locked but my thoughts come to an abrupt halt when a loud bang comes from the front of the cabin.
I jump, my head swinging to locate the sound and then I notice that the door was wide open, like someone had fled. Was I not alone before? The thought brought a shiver down my spine and for the first time, I wanted to leave the cabin instead of seeking comfort in it.
But if whoever was in here had just left, they may still be out there and I didn't know if leaving now was a better option. So instead, I stayed, just for a little while and moments after, my phone rings. "Hello?"
"Red!" Lina's frantic voice on the other end shrieked. I could hear loud bangs coming from the other side of the line faintly.
"What's wrong?" I asked as anxiety washed over me. I made my way back to the car as fast as I could.
"It's Luca. He's here."
