Sophia came out in a hurry like the clappers from the gallery to run to the bus stop as she got herself so lost while sculpting, that she didn't even took the notice of when clock ran past 5 O'clock.
As she came out she found Noah on his feet by the car, poking through his phone with sunglasses over his nose and folded sleeves of white shirt paired up with black pants.
Sophia stood by the escape route of the gallery and kept on gawking at him, pondered how this man masters over moving her heart, pull her more closer to himself every time he meets her.
It has already been three days and after that night, Noah didn't drop round to see Sophia, in spite of the fact, he did sent Stefan to bring her meals even after she repeatedly asked them not to bring it anymore and how now she is completely healthy and can cook for herself.
Noah also sent nurse to pay a visit to her and take her body temperature to make sure everything is fine with her.
One thing she took into account and felt quite uncanny is that everyone who works for him is a lot terror-stricken of him and instructions given by him is comprehended word by word, as he wants. Suspiring she brushed all the conceptualization aside and went towards Noah and being mindful of her walking towards him, Noah looked towards Sophia wearing ankle length black pants paired with a white Croatia top and hairs tied in a pony.
Looking at her hazel eyeballs, Noah passed her his biggest grin from eye to eye and as Sophia reached him, she wished him.
"Hello sir"
"Hey sweetest. I have something for you."
Saying so he went back to his car and reoccurred with a bouquet in his hand of Calla Lilly and Acanthus flowers.
"For the most pulchritudinous bloom in the garden."
And he left Sophia bereft of speech, who taking it from his hand replied to him "Thank you sir."
"Remember I asked you to make them for me?" Noah asker Sophia softly.
"Yeah but you never came to take them." Sophia smiled eyeing flowers.
"Because that was not the correct time." Noah spoke looking at her without breaking his gaze.
"But now is it?"
Sophia asked him looking at his eyes.
"I don't know. But for now, I wanted to present them to you."
Sophia turned scarlet lowering her head and only raised it when she again heard his tempting voice.
"I need to talk to you about something."
"Yes sir. Please."
"Not here. Let's go the café where you work."
"Sir, I'll come by means of transport, you may go."
"Sophia please, just for one day. It won't give rise to you any harm. Will you? Please." Bobbing her head, Sophia took a small step towards his car who's door he opened for her. And when she was in and was settled he went back to the driver's seat and hopped in.
Steering at the direction of café, Noah's eyes were completely over street but only his eyes. He was time to time registering what Sophia is doing, how she lowered the window glass and how her beautiful curls fluttered by the light breeze.
Feeling his eyes over her Sophia slowly turned her head only to find him audaciously staring at her and then threw a smile on her face. She never understood him, at times he felt so safe would shield her from this any harm on her way, but at other times, he is like a man from whom Sophia is needed to be guarded.
As they reached café, Noah promptly got out of the car and went in the direction of Sophia's seat to open the door but, by the time he could set foot near her door and open it, Sophia was already out and was standing there.
"Oh, good."
Looking at her standing out, only that came out of his mouth and he indicated Sophia to walk in the direction of café.
Getting in, Noah asked Sophia to get settled while he placed the orders. After ordering cappuccino for Sophia and red eye for himself, he joined Sophia and spoke.
"So beautiful, how's your state of health?"
"You didn't drop in to see me."
Even though, Sophia was not acting like a spoiled brat and she kept her face straight, Noah caught a glimpse of disappointment in her tone and was amused by her act.
"Are you kicking up a fuss?" Noah letting out a chuckle asked her.
"No it's just that I was worried for why you didn't turned up." Sophia tried her best to make it clear to him.
"So you missed me?"
And this time around Sophia didn't replied with anything, kept him hanging, rather she lowered her line of gaze not knowing what to answer with. Or if she say no, won't it be a lie?
Exhaling out loudly, Noah spoke again "I am a businessman Sophia, we get busy without prior intimation."
Instead of saying anything, Sophia just smiled at him, when he spoke again "You could have demanded for my number from Stefan."
Only after thinking for some time, Sophia opened her lips to say something but decided against it and not to say anything. How could she tell that, she didn't knew whether he would have liked it or not.
"I won't mind sharing my number with a beautiful angel"
Saying so, Noah cracked into laughter.
"How do you know every single time?"
Sophia asked even though she was well aware of the answer to this question.
"You are so easy to read, lucid." Noah replied in muted tone in his heavy voice to which Sophia replied in a soft whisper locking her gaze with that of Noah's. "And yours eyes are so mystifying."
It was almost like a whisper but was heard by Noah, who chuckled at her innocence.
After taking few sips of his red eye coffee, Noah spoke again "I'll be out of the town for few days."
"For how many days?"
"I don't know, we are setting a new subsidiary in Maryland so I have to pay a visit to state so as to get an overlook of progress we are making."
Sophia nodded her head not uttering anything and Noah looked at her not understanding why he shared his work with a girl. He never liked any sexual interest while indulged in work and sharing his work related information with any of his flings.
Taking his cell phone out of his pocket, he unlocked it and passed it to Sophia "Enter your number. I'll be in touch with you all time."
Taking glimpse of Noah, Sophia found seriousness in his countenance as well with his utterance.
Taking it in her hand, Sophia pressed the buttons on the screen and entered her number and passed it back to him, who at once took it and gave a call to her and as phone buzzed, taking it out of her bag Sophia looked back at Noah who spoke "This is my personal number, if you face any kind of problem while I am not here, you may call me."
"Sure sir."
She passed him a smile and got occupied in saving his number when she heard again "You may also call me if you yearn to hear my voice or have anything to confess to me."
Hearing him she didn't turned her head to him rather remained busy in her phone. "Show me what you saved it as."

Holding Sophia's hand he twisted her wrist so as he can see and getting glimpse what she saved he pursed his lips and gave a bored look to Sophia who giggled showing her slight dimple and looking at her this form caused Noah to get mesmerized and he let her hand go.
Rubbing his forehead he spoke to her "Sophia seriously? 'Sir.' Look what I saved as."
He revealed her and her cheek turned crimson red again looking at what he saved as and Noah spoke "This is what you are to my life, Angelos."
He kept on looking at her while saying so, and this is no fabrication by Noah, she came
to his life, to devil's life to get tainted.
They kept on talking for sometimes, than Sophia finally asked for her leave.
"I don't feel like let you go or to go to another state leaving you."
Sophia didn't understood how to conduct herself and in embarrassment she held her head low.
"Let's go."
Hearing him Sophia stood up from her sitting and walked out of the café stepping out beside Noah but stopped on her track when caught glimpse of Lisa up ahead of her who was giving her a hard scowl.
Noah when realized that Sophia had come to a stop, he raised his head and found an angry lady throwing daggers at his direction. He let out a cunning chuckle and went extremely close to Sophia, who as if caught by priest doing some sinful act kept on looking at Lisa. Getting at close proximity to Sophia, he bent himself as if his lips reached her ears but didn't let them to touch her ear and said in a dark low voice "I'll be going sweetheart, see you soon. I'll miss you."
Feeling his voice exceptionally near her ears, Sophia got surprised and feeling his warm breath falling over her ear lobe, made her hairs curl and goose bumps arised over her skin.
She turned back to give an awkward smile to Noah, who giving a last look to Lisa went at the direction where his car was parked.
Sophia kept on looking at his disappearing back when she heard from behind "So now
you have also started to hide things from me? Seriously Sophia?"
A deep frown appeared in between her brows and turning her head back she asked Lisa with confusion
"Hide?"
"Isn't he your boyfriend now." Lisa spoke in anger looking at flower bouquet in her
hand.
Hearing so Sophia blushed, that was getting on Lisa's nerves and she spoke again
"For God's sake Sophia stop blushing and tell me."
"No Lizzie, he is not. Come in, I'll tell you everything."
With that, they both went in and Sophia narrated everything to Lisa how he slowly approached her and confessed his likeness towards her and how he helped her when she was ill, except the part where three days ago they almost shared a kiss.
"And you started liking him?"
Giggling Sophia replied "No, I mean I don't know."
Sighing Lisa again tried to explain Sophia "Sophia he is not a good man, you are
innocent in his contrast."
"Lisa he himself told me everything about his past. He wants me to know everything
about him."
"Sophia I just want you to be safe darling and nothing else. It's just me like a protective case for you. Please, please be careful of him."
"I'll be Lisa don't worry. Moreover, I am no princess that he wants to steal some secrets
of my kingdom from me."
Sophia said so laughing out whereas Lisa was stressed knowing it clearly, although Sophia is not accepting it for now but she does like him.
Changing the topic Lisa asked Sophia "So you sat and had coffee in front of Joseph?"
Sophia halted at what she was doing and her expression changed as if she is feeling disgusted of that man and looking at her expression Lisa came to know that something must have occurred between the two.
Without telling her about what had happened, Sophia just replied "He had quite the job, I don't know why."
Lisa simply nodded her head didn't asked her about what happened for now.

Three days later: Three days went in a snap but, not for Sophia, when ever she came out of gallery or
went to her café, she missed Noah at every corner of her day to day life. Without her knowing he had made space in her heart and same for Noah, although he was working day and night but Sophia occupied every neck of the woods of his mind.
If this goes on, he won't mind to have her for himself for life, by his side. Sophia was sweating and breathing heavily while sleeping and suddenly she woke up
from her night drowse. Again the same night terror, she looked for the glass of water by her bed and taking some gulps of water she sat on the bed looking out of window into the freezing murk night, where sky was covered by stars but old moon was missing within them, causing the night to be more embedded in the shadowiness. Suddenly her phone buzzed and she picked it up only to find 'Sir' to be calling her. Smiling she answered it but didn't spoke, just placed it near her ears.
"How much long will you keep me waiting." Noah asked two questions to her in a
single one.
"How are you?" Rather than answering him, alternatively she asked another question. "What do you think?" He in return answered her with a question.
"I think busy."
Noah laughed listening to her and asked her "I think so for you too. A lot busy than
me."
Listening to him Sophia's eyes widened and she asked him "Me? Why so?"
"You didn't even had a second to call me." Noah answered almost immediately as if
was waiting for her question.
"It's not like that." Sophia replied him.
"Than what is it like?"
"When are you returning Noah."
Hearing what Sophia has just called him, his heart flipped like a school going kid and
almost stopped for a second and a small smile crept over his lips. It sounded so
different from her lips, se enthralling.
For seconds Sophia didn't received any response and she was well aware of the vary
reason.
After few minutes passed he replied her "Tomorrow's morning."
"Can we meet."
"Sure, I'll come to pick you tomorrow's morning."
"But tomorrow's morning you are returning, aren't you?"
"Yess and first thing I'll do is to see you. See you tomorrow."
"Good night."
"Good night." With that Noah hanged up the call with a smile on his face. His first
experience to have a normal call with a girl over phone was different in a good way,
addictive.
Next morning arrived and as soon as Sophia went with Noah to a café and settled
there she after talking of here and there finally let it out.
"I would-I would like to take things further, Noah."
