Few Hours Ago:
"I want you to have your eyes on Sophia for the whole day at the present time."
"Be assured sir."
Stefan immediately agreed to the Noah's instructions, who was sitting behind his desk constantly typing something in his system with his glasses on and sleeves folded.
"Today conglomerate is about to fly here from Orlando. I will be busy with them till luncheon."
Noah spoke indistinctly like a murmur.
"her antic actions like a exploit brat is like she is testing my patience. And I believe soon she will be performing a new caper. Keep your eyes open."
"Of course sir."
Stefan replied in a breath.
"And don't make it discernible."
Noah added further and to his this instruction, Stefan just nodded his head.
"You may take your leave."
Taking note of his instructions, Stefan wended his way out of the Noah's cabin and went on wheels straight to Sophia's building, waiting for her to shin down.
Unexceptionally antithetical to her nature, today she came out to take herself off to the gallery exactly on time, but as she climbed down, Stefan kept a weather eye on her how to be hyper vigilant and kept on checking her surrounding as if have perceived to be followed by someone.
Finally arriving at her gallery Sophia made an entry in, after getting off the bus.
Stefan parked his car near by and kept an eye the entire time, ceaselessly at the door. Suddenly he felt his phone vibrating and looking at screen he found it to be from Noah.
"Sir?"
Stefan uttered out without waiting even for a second.
"Where are you?""
"At the head of the gallery Sir."
"And Sophia?"
"Madam is inâ
"Fine, go to the director and pass my command to him by way of explanation that if Sophia makes herself scarce of the gallery, he will be directly communicating with you and I want your presence right away to the Saltline Abbey Restaurant located at 201 Grandby St and have a look if the menu I discussed with you is perfect or not. Coupled with, be there till I come with conglomerates."
Noah let out his long list of injunction in a hurried way.
"Sure Sir."
Getting out of the car, Stefan made his entry in the gallery and gained access to the director's cabin, without alerting, who himself got surprised but soon a wide smile spread across director's face looking at Stefan.
"Yes sir what can I do for you?"
Director asked with a cheesy smile stuck in his face.
"Just one thing. If ever before 5 pm madam leaves the gallery, directly let me know without any impede."
"Ma-dam?"
Director didn't got Stefan of whom he is referring to as.
"Sophia madam."
"Absolutely sir. Will there be anything else Sir?"
"Yes, do it adequately or else your days will turn dark."
Giving his admonition, Stefan made a sudden departure, walking in the direction of his
car to drive to the restaurant to go around with what Noah had instructed him.
Over and done with his work, Stefan ran back to the front of gallery and took his previously occupied place.
When clock stroked five in the evening, he kept on waiting for Sophia, anticipating her to be in, but she never came out and his apprehensiveness took the best form in him.
Eventually getting off the car, he re-entered the gallery and went straight to her cabin and without knocking he bragged in to find it empty.
Discovering Sophia's cabin without a single soul, he made a small ran to the director's office and shot open the door only to find him doing unethical actions sitting in the chair.
Looking at Stefan, he got up hurriedly and sent the girl off but before he could speak anything Stefan let out a low growl.
"Where's madam?"
"Sir, she must be in her cabin."
"Look at the time."
Director turned his head towards the clock hanging on the wall and found it to be half past five at the evening. But so what even if it's this time of the day.
With a blank expression he looked at the direction of Stefan again who growled.
"It's past the work time of Sophia madam and I am standing here from four o'clock. I never saw her coming out and she is not in here. So where did she go?" Realizing what big of mistake he had done, director started to stammer. "Si-Sir I don't know, she has to be here."
Without waiting to hear his blabbering, Stefan turned around and stormed out to his car. Driving it like some maniac, he made his way through traffic to the café where Sophia works and peeped in from outside, only to find her seat vacant, causing his heart to race in a full pace.
If Noah will come to know about Sophia being nowhere to be found, he will not just go unsound mind but also have his hand over Stefan's throat.
Standing outside, he made a call to Noah, as sooner or later he have to mention it to him. His heart thumped against his cage, as the ring went through but Noah didn't received the call. Stefan left a text for him to read saying-
"Madam is lost."
He was about to walk towards his car, when suddenly his phone vibrated which he found to be a call from archfiend he was afraid of.
"Sir."
"What happened?"
In comparison to, what piece of information Stefan had broken to Noah, his voice was
quite tranquil, like a smooth sailing before the Tsunami.
Stefan
gave an account of what all occurred and he being already investigated both her part time jobs.
"Enquire where about of Lisa and subsequently meet me in front of Sophia's apartment. "
"Yes sir."
Hanging up the call Noah stood up from his seat and went out of the board room. He was having the final dealing with his investors when all of a sudden his phone buzzed which was from Stefan. Looking at the caller id, his heart thumped conceptualizing that something might have happened. But trying best to remain optimistic, he didn't received the call and tried to carry out being focussed with what his dealers were saying. But again his phone buzzed and his already divided focus went to the text from Stefan saying "Madam is lost."
Antagonize rose high up in him. Without giving utterance even a single word or explicating his actions, he got up from his seat after talking to Stefan and went straight to the parking area. The conglomerates came from overseas also rose up from there respective seats but Stefan's assistant Ian, came forward explaining them giving blunt reasons of Noah's actions and dropping them off to rooms allotted to them. Noah drove in maximum speed his Rolls-Royce could run, to Sophia's apartment clutching the steering wheels turning his finger tips white. Somewhere he was well aware of the fact that this vary act of her's is a result of his chase after pleasure to ease his pain.
Throughout his way he kept on giving her number a buzz which turned out to be switched off. Like some maniac he kept on dialling her number which still remained switched off.
Reaching near her building, without parking his car, he made an entrance and like some mad man climbed up the steps two or three at once with his long legs to reach at the earliest moment possible to the floor where her apartment is. Making it to her door, first thing he did was to unlock it using the finger scanner and the door opened swiftly, unlike the other night. But when he entered his heart skipped a beat, he found it to be uninhibited. Not just desolated because no other human was there, deserted as not a single thing belonging to Sophia was in there.
She had escaped him.
Why would she? Because he wants her? Or is it because he wants to provide her the best life? Or because he is ready to take every responsibility of her and give her the title of 'Mrs Taylor'?
He went in her bedroom and again found it to be vacant, like an abandoned place, she took every single belonging of her's. It was killing him, he felt suffocated in here and not because she ran off but because the room that once was the source of peace of his mind with her lingering fragrance is unoccupied, without sign of even her ever being here.
All these were crossing the threshold of his bound patience and he started to throw every other furniture in the room on floor and crashing them in the process. With his eyes shot red because of anger, he started to beat the wall bruising and injuring his fingers. He initiated to huff for oxygen as Sophia's absence was strangulating him and he finally screamed on the top of the lung "Sophiaaa."
He walked out of the apartment and stood in the common veranda, smoking to calm his nerves down. He absolutely needs to be pacific or else he won't be able to ever again find her back. But it never helped him, he felt swelter with all the suppositions, what if he will never find her again?
Shedding his coat off and loosening the tie hanging around the neck, he folded his sleeves, letting himself breath properly, but nothing being the use of. What he desired for was Sophia right now, or her whereabouts, or surety of her being shielded and sheltered.
But at present his hand was blank with zero information. He was this desperate for her, when he saw her for the first time and lost again without a single information about her. And today he feels the same, back to zero, even worst, because now he had spent alive with bounteous lovely times with her, that is making difficult for him to imagine days unaccompanied by her. His heart trembled thinking about those fifteen days he spent without her, after getting the first glimpse of her.
After an hour or so, Stefan walked in, close by Noah who had already metamorphose n numbers of cigarettes into ashes. Without looking at his direction he asked Stefan.
"Where is she?"
"In her office."
Stefan replied sincerely.
"Since?"
To this question, Stefan didn't had any answer. Stefan, in a hurry went directly to Lisa's
office and enquiring her whereabouts he ran back to Noah.
"Stefan am I giving you more than needed work load or am I paying you less?"
Stefan remained tight lipped to his questions. He knew sooner or later this question will be asked from him.
"Sir-"
"Where's director?"
Noah asked him as he didn't wished to waste any more of his time than already he
had.
"In the gallery."
Nodding his head and throwing his coat on his shoulder, he walked to the escalator followed by Stefan. As Noah walked towards the direction of his car, he threw his keys
without turning back towards Stefan who was following him.
"Drive."
Walking in near the car, he sat on the back seat and leaning his head on the rest, he
closed his eyes. When will he get free of this torment? When will Sophia finally be in his arms.
Arriving at the gallery, first thing he did was stride his way towards the director's cabin and opening the door with a bang, he found director in his seat sitting already
trembling like a leaf, waiting for his fate to take action.
"Sir."
Director spoke ascending up from his seat.

"Where is Sophia?"
Noah growled, causing director to flinch a little.
"I-I don't know sir."
Director let the words out of his mouth, laboriously.
"Did she resigned?"
Noah didn't let go the chase, having a short rapid fire with director.
"No Sir, I didn't saw her for the whole day."
Director spoke and Noah kept of staring at him with his hawk like eyes, when director again opened his mouth to speak.
"Even she never mentioned to me that she is planning her resignation." Sighing, Noah opened his thin lips with his growl reverberating across the room.
"Stefan, let's have a small chat with the proprietor of this gallery. I am sure, no one wants an attentiveness, horny old man, to manage their gallery and go to ashtray." Saying so he turned back and walked out of the cabin, followed by director who was pleading him to forgive him, but those pleads never reached Noah's ear. He walked to
his car and getting in drove off with Stefan handling the car.
"Sir where to?" "Enquire if Lisa did left her office for the whole day or not."
Rather then answering to his questions, Noah instructed Stefan.
Parking the car in side walkway, Stefan made few calls here and there and was ready to
be questioned anything.
"Sir she did, she was absent from her work place. She left there from one at the noon
and returned around half past four in the evening."
Noah remained silent without uttering a word, and Stefan spoke again.
"But madam is not in Lisa's mansion. I have already inspected."
"Drive to Edenton."
Noah instructed Stefan without a gap of even a second.
"Sir Edenton?"
Stefan asked, not getting Noah's point of view.
"Any problem?"
"No sir."
Leaning his head, Noah decided to have a doze for some times but forty winks were
far away from him, he was stressed over Sophia. What if he doesn't find her at her
mansion? Will his try be worth of? Will he loose her forever? If she is at Edenton, is she fine all by herself in a new place?
These many thoughts snatched an expected peaceful sleep from Noah and didn't allowed him to drowse.
As Noah and Stefan droved in to Edenton, midnight occurred slowly. Noah directed Stefan of where to drive, bringing his car at the front of a large rusty gate. And the mansion behind the gate didn't seem any less than any haunted mansion, deprived of care and maintenance from years.
But rather then becoming more mindfulness of these details, Noah was more preferably delighted taking note of how whole mansion was lightened up, indicating someone to be in and no one other than the mansion's owner can live in, with lightening up whole of the estate.
Looking at the mansion, even Stefan understood why had Noah asked him to drive in
here.
"Shall I drive in?"
Stefan asked Noah who shook his head ignoring Stefan's line of thought.
"I will walk in alone. You wait in the car."
Getting out of the car Noah opened already rusted almost falling apart gate, that creaked and screeched in the process. Walking through the walkway between already dried lawns, Noah made his way to the door, he tried to open it but was locked from
in. Looking at the condition of the door, Noah knew that it won't be difficult for him to open it and in just matter of seconds, and he will be in the mansion. Walking few steps back, Noah hit the door using his shoulder, which was still soar because of his last night actions and the door didn't opened. But without giving up, he
again walked few steps back and again hit the door. The door didn't opened for the second time.
After a few more tries, the door shot open and Noah gained access in the mansion.
Rubbing his shoulder to soothe the muscles, he walked in the big sitting area, which was vacant.
Even if she or anyone else was awake by now, they would have either took action
against him for trying to open the door or Sophia would have run to hide herself to some safe place.
There was a stair present in the living area, taking to the first floor. Climbing the stairs, he reached the floor and opened the first door he peeped in but found the room
empty that seemed like a master bedroom, which was clean but again lacked the maintenance.
One by one, he kept on opening the doors and the forth one, he opened brought relief to him. He saw a petite figure laying on the bed beside the window. He walked with hushed steps towards the bed to get a more clear picture of laying careless figure. Sophia was sleeping tightly and breathing like a baby, careless of the world with moonlight falling over her, presenting something enchanted about her phenomenal presentation. Even the moon was peeping through the window at Sophia, as if is learning from her the art of being beautiful and mysterious.
On the other hand, Noah got intoxicated by her beauty by simply breathing her in. Over and above that, not just that, her sight and presence alone brought peace of his mind. Slowly this girl is not only becoming his life, but also his equanimity. And the hardest thing Noah was facing right now was to hold himself back. Noah ran his cold fingers on Sophia's cheeks causing her to stir in her sleep but not
waking her up. This caused Noah to think, how many sleepless has she crossed? Contemplating at Sophia to his heart content, Noah came out of the room and made a call to Stefan.

"Come in the mansion and sleep in the hall and text to some guards to be here by
seven in the morning. Send them the location."
"Yes sir."
Receiving his positive reply, Noah hanged up the call and again walked in the room.
Again walking nearest to the Sophia, he kept on watching like a hawk at her, as if how so ever he look at her, it doesn't matter, he can never get enough of it. Finally settling himself in the dusty coach present in the room and spreading his legs,
Noah decided to get some sleep and as usual even before the sun rose high up in the sky, Noah woke up. Escaping for the first time his usual routine, he walked near Sophia's bed and climbing up he sat leaning his back on the bed rest beside Sophia's still in deep sleep body, feasting his eyes at her view.
When sunrays became visible and started to lightening up the sky, as if uncovering it's
shroud up from it, Noah got up from his sorceress' bed and walked out of the room in the kitchen.
In the kitchen platform he found last night left tamago in a plate covered with a glass
lid. Looking at it, he sighed, she is again back to her diet not understanding how her low nourishment is affecting her health.
Opening the shelves, he found it to be stalk with perfect amount of groceries and in refrigerator he found meat and chicken that can be used in making perfect a breakfast. Taking out desired veggies, spices and everything else needed by him, he begin to chop them up properly, in perfect shape and prepare a perfect breakfast for Sophia. Soon he started to stir his measured ingredients in the pan, sizzling meat and spices together rising perfect aroma in the air and reaching Sophia's nose.
Soon, he heard thumping of feet of descending Sophia down the stairs and he felt someone standing behind him. Without turning back he spoke in a dark low deep pitched voice, resonating in the surrounding.
"Woke up princess?"
Turning his back to Sophia, he spoke again with a smirk glued in his handsome and fanciable face.
"Nonetheless, I must say, that was a nice escape."
Not able to believe her eyes, Sophia mad a small run out of the kitchen and crossing
her hall she came to the front door. But before she could cross it, Stefan came in view
with other men standing behind him ceasing Sophia's run.
Standing there and staring at Stefan she spoke with a heavy voice.
"Stefan, let me go."
"Madam, I suggest you to back off."
Without budging an inch Stefan spoke.
"Stefan please, I beg you, he is a monster, not what he claims off."
This time Sophia spoke almost crying.
"Madam don't make things difficult for me. We are not even allowed to talk to you.
Please back off."
Finally understanding no way out, Sophia walked back to the kitchen with heavy steps,
pushing down the lump formed in her throat trying her best to be strong. "Noah get out of my house."
Noah was still busy with preparing breakfast without giving an ear to what Sophia was
shouting to.
"Noah leave, I said. You are not welcomed here."
Hearing to her words, Noah let out a dark chuckle and turning back he spoke.
"Am I not? Why am I not welcomed at my in laws house?" Frowning Sophia went in deep thoughts of how does he know that this mansion is of
her parent's and how did he found her because she never mentioned him any of this.
"It was not that tough to hunt down Soph Building Paradise's princess, Sophia
Witson."
He knows everything about her. The thing she told by herself or if she didn't, it doesn't
matter. Sophia felt dizziness thinking about the circumstances she is in.
"Noah."
Sophia finally let out of her dried throat. Smirking Noah replied
"Yes wifey."
"I am not you wife. Neither now nor ever. I would prefer to remain unmarried for my
whole life rather than marrying a psycho and a deceiver like you."
Sophia vent out all the disturbances she was having. But at the same time she caused
Noah's temper to raise up. Out of instance, changing his expressions, he walked in long strides near her who tried to run off but before she could he grabbed her by wrist
and twirling her he threw her on his shoulder, and climbed up the stairs. Sophia was not able to understand anything because everything happened in such a
short period of time, just in seconds and suddenly her world turned upside down,
facing the back of Noah.
She started to beat Noah's back with her fist and screamed.
"Noah leave me. Where are you taking me?" But without answering her, Noah climbed up to her room and opening the door threw
her in the bed. Sophia landed on the bed with a bounce causing her curly locks
covering her face.
Closing the door behind him he finally spoke, opening the buttons of his white shirt.
"I think you don't like the dignity and honour I am offering you. No problem darling, I
know ways of making you so compelled that you will beg me to marry you."
