After finishing up her matter, Sophia came out of the loo to wash her hands, where she found a middle aged lady in olive green wrap up gown tightly hugging her body like a second layer of her own skin. In spite of the fact being beautiful, she caked her face with extra make up, and was busy in fixing her already blood red lips coated with maroon plastic colour.

Looking at Sophia's reflection, the lady passed her a smile, to be exact a sly smile and for some reason, to Sophia it looked as though one is familiar.

After minutes of pressing her brain of where have she seen this lady but at the same time not wanting to be rude she passed back the smile.

Drying her hands off, Sophia was about to exit the washroom area, when she heard from behind.

"Do you have a minute or so?"

Listening to the dominant voice, Sophia ceased in her action of making an exit and turning back she discovered the lady still consumed with painting her lips maroon.

"And you are?"

Sophia faced her completely, looking at the strange lady with her dear like big round almonds.

"Your are beautiful. Lucky bustard. “

Smiling, lady placed her lipstick back in her clutch, closing it.

Not that naive Sophia, toot sweet caught who she is verbalizing about. Not wishing to talk any further with her, Sophia turned back to resume her exit.

"I think you must know this part of your husband."

Letting out a frustrated exhale, Sophia turned back at her heels and glared at the lady. "Thank you ma'am but, if I am intended to know something regarding my husband, it will be his words, not yours."

"As might be expected, a loving loyal wife. You never came when I even left a note in your locker."

"It was you?"

"You are?"

She posed a question for one more time.

"Rather than having knowledge of who I am, you must concentrate on who actually your husband is behind his mask."

Lady walked in her long yet slow strides, and approached Sophia.

Tracing her finger on Sophia's face she lifted her chin and immediately Sophia's mind went back to her husband.

"And what I can see crossing your eyes is, fear."

Sophia narrowed her eyes to zero.

"Terror that you might discover some unwelcomed, unsatisfactory facts about your husband."

Sophia stepped back freeing her chin and folded her hands.

"Fine. Tell me what big of crime he had committed, which I am afraid to face?"

Lady gave a wolfish smirk, how credulous of Sophia, just a little push by a stranger and she let the venom intoxicate her thinking power.

"Not here darling. Follow me."

Entering a vacant room, abut to washroom, lady made her sit in sofa while she poured herself a glass of wine.

"Want some."

"No, thank you."

"Umm can you come directly to the point, I never followed you here to see you oscillate in the room."

"That sharp tongue of yours. I thought you to be much better and innocent but people change. Specially when living with devil himself."

Smiling, she turned back to face Sophia and spoke again in her silkest tone.

"Anyways. This is Julia."

Sophia stared blankly at her, not knowing what to come up with. She can't present herself as she knows her better than any acquaintance here. In sooth more than any

one.

"I don't think my introduction is needed here."

Julia giggled like a teenage.

"Moreover as far as I can recall, I don't have any acquaintance that goes with name Julia."

Holding her glass near her lips, Julia went to some deep thought, and smiled.

"I like you already."

"But sorry honey, you wont be able to make it long."

She added the later part in a whisper.

"Do you love your husband?"

Julia asked straight at Sophia's face, to which she preferred to remain soundless. Absolutely hushed.

After few beats, Julia replied her own question.

"I know you don't."

"It's matter that I don't wish to discuss with a stranger."

Sophia replied calmly.

"Oh! I see you are falling for him. It's going to be so such a fun."

Julia whispered before speaking aloud.

"Once you will come to know about the deeds committed by him, you will abominate him."

Julia spoke in a silken coo, walking around the room and swaying her hips in the air.

"I wish so much to know all the deeds he had committed."

Sophia spoke holding her head high.

"But not from anyone else, but from Noah."

Sophia smiled beamingly.

"What so ever is there, how so ever worst it is, I wish it to hear it from him."

Pricking up her ear's to what Sophia had spoken, visible chagrin shadowed Julia's face. Sophia stood herself up from her sitting position and was about to exit the room when she heard from the other end of the room.

"He stabbed a man on his chest for four times, when he was as young as eleven years old."

Sophia terminated on her way out, the clutch trembled on her hand and Julia's prior irritation was replaced by a contentment and relish.

"Your so called husband, is a cold blooded murderer, at a very young age."

Smirking, Julia brought the wine glass near her nostrils and taking a brief whiff of it, she took a small amount of it in her mouth, savouring it.

Toxicant she wished so much to blend in their relationship, started to act from both the ends.

Taking a deep breaths Sophia tried to bury the edginess and blue funk deep down in her heart.

Smiling, she turned back to Julia and spoke.

"Even if he is murderer, he got to tell me himself."

Sophia fought for her husband.

"Moreover, technically and anatomically it's difficult for a eleven year old boy to stab

man's chest, leave alone for four times."

"This time around, I am going to trust my so called husband."

Sophia smiled back and walked out of the room, not looking back at the woman crushing wine glass at floor.

As she walked out, she found Noah standing by the pillar near the end of the corridor.

Her legs carried her directly to him and she held his torso from behind.

Sophia's mind played the prior event like a broken record and was not able to draw a conclusion.

Feeling her sweet lavender like fragrance and small breath on her back, Noah relaxed comparatively.

When he heard Julia narrating his 'so called deeds' to Sophia, he was devastated and anger surrounded his heart.

He haven't decided yet whether to tell Sophia about his past or not. Basically he was not intended to do so.

But, listening how Sophia wished to hear every other eclipse of his life from his own mouth, Noah was in great confusion of what he should do next.

What if she fled away again after knowing everything?

What if she doesn't accept the way Taylor's are?

His brain was in turmoil but again, feeling Sophia's presence by his side, calmed his

nerves down.

Holding her wrist, Noah dragged Sophia along with him to the backyard of the hall, surrounded by trees and to his luck, empty.

"Noah?"

Sophia was not able to understand sudden change in his behaviour.

As soon as they reached there, Noah captured Sophia's lips in a deep kiss. Holding her

by placing one hand on the nape of her neck and other on her waist, Noah deepened

his kiss.

As one can expect from him, a rough and demanding one, not letting her slip, sucking out the oxygen from her lungs.

When he felt Sophia wont be able to handle anymore without oxygen, he let her lips

go and placed his forehead on Sophia's.

"I love you so much."

Noah committed, breathing heavily.

"Noah, I.."

"Husshh."

Noah placed freezing long finger on her lips silencing her.

No one spoke any further just surrounded by sound of grasshoppers chirping and

rustle of the tree leaves in the air.

"Come I will take you somewhere."

Noah started to walk holding Sophia's hand.

"But the gathering?"

"It's over."

Noah turned back to Sophia and winked at her smiling.

"Of course for us."

Stretching her lips from eye to eye Sophia didn't struggled any further.

As they got in the Maybach, the driver took them to the destination, bank of river yare.

"Wow. It's looking so beautiful at night."

As soon as Sophia got off the car, she walked in a hurried pace so as to approach the fencing of river's bank.

Stuffing his one hand in his pocket, Noah beholden the sight at the front of his eyes, craving it in his brain forever.

Sophia's red gown floating in air along with her long wavy curls and her sharp features highlighting against the moonlight.

Ribbon of possessiveness in his stomach came undone.

Walking in long strides, he closed the distance between them and held Sophia from behind.

"A lot more than beautiful."

Lingering smile played on Sophia's lips, discovering the way Noah was flirting.

A beautiful calmness surrounded them, with just running of water made sound.

In the amid of darkness and silence where both the heart's were at peace, Noah suddenly felt an unsettling dilemma in his heart like a through and through pang.

He can't run anymore, and time has finally arrived where he need to come true for his behaviour since last month.

"Umm Sophia?"

"Mm."

Sophia closing her eyes buried herself more in the warmth surrounding her, how badly

she missed this.

"I am sorry."

Just three words, this was all needed and it took him so long to realize it.

Freeing herself, Sophia turned to face Noah and holding his face in her small palms, Sophia passed a big smile.

Smile that brightens up Noah's world and ironically how he was being the reason of

her lost smile to begin with.

"This is enough for me."

"I know, I know simple things attract you and how you have always provided me with

my personal space, always, but this time I was a lot wrong."

"Noah it's really.."

"Sophia we need to talk this out."

Sophia peeped at the gray stones casting the moonlight shadow, and she knew he

won't let it go until he resolve this today.

"I am sorry for all I did, the way I held you responsible for taking pills where we both

needed a discussion, I ran to a conclusion."

Noah tried his best to explain things to her and how much he wished to have done

more than just hollow speaking and reasoning.

"And.."

There was a long, long pause, Noah peeped in Sophia's hazel forest shinning with

innocence.

"And I should have not tried to force myself on you. I am sorry for that too."

Noah whispered as if is ashamed of his action.

"And what about you didn't spoke to me for a month."

"Yeah I am sincerely sorry for that too."

Sophia's laughter swung in the light air around them. Embracing him and diving

herself back in his warmth, Sophia felt his stiffed muscles relaxing.

"It's alright Noah, you and I are back to how we were is enough for me."

Noah let out long beholden sigh.

"I should have not done all this. I tried best to be my best for you. But it takes time to

behold your monster, monster you were for years, I am really sorry it showed up like this but this time more than shallow promises I want to present myself with progress." In response Sophia let out a small nod.

Sophia listened everything in complete silence, listening to his words along with fluctuating heart beat.

She wanted him to apologize, to accept all wrong he had done, to reason out for his

doings but when he was doing so, she didn't knew how to react, what all to say.

They remained rooted to the spot for minutes, drowned in each other. "Shall we return?"

Sophia again nodded her head and Noah holding her hand walked in the direction on

parked Maybach.

As they reached the mansion, Noah and Sophia decided to change for the time being

in their respective room and meet again in lawn

Noah changed himself in white loose shirt and white pants and walked in lawn, he

found a fascinating girl dressed in white sleeveless liquette in the pool, swaying her hands in the water and her long hairs floating in the water.

Having a glance of the angel in the water, shimmering under the silvery threads of moonlight, his legs carried him in the direction of her.

Hanging his legs by the pool and dipping them in water he sat himself at the edge, while Sophia looked at his every action with lust filling her eyes to the brim.

In a lazy movement, she walked near Noah and started to undo his pant's button and

zip.

Noah immediately held Sophia's wrist.

"What.."

Noah spoke in a dangerously low voice.

"..are you trying to do?"

"Trying to help you relax."

Sophia dived her head in and placed a soft kiss in the top of Noah's already hard

member.

Looking at her, Noah's pupil contracted to zero and lust formed a shine layer over his

face.
