2 Years Later:
"So where are you planning your new branch at?"
"Don't know. Somewhere near. Might be Edenton."
"You and your obsession over your wife and her related things."
Dexter huffed, causing a laugh to vibrate up from the depth of Noah's throat.
"It's not obsession, it's my love for her. Once you get married to Jessica you will realise that."
Dexter stilled on his chair, peeping towards the kitchen where girls were busy updating each other about latest happening in their life. Still he managed to catch Jessica's attention who locked her eyes with the same intensity.
"I knew spark have taken the form of fire."
"Noah stop it."
Leo shush Noah, preventing him from further teasing Dexter.
Finally girls emerged out of the kitchen, and walked in direction of dinning area, where men were discussing topics capable of drifting one to sleep.
Sophia placed the self baked cake carefully on the table and sat by Noah, who passed her a smile, creasing her cheeks.
Rosie, Lisa and Jessica too settled down with their partners respectively.
"Come on, cut it."
Nodding Noah bent down and blew the candles out and cut the cake, while others clapped and sang birthday song. Noah fed Sophia piece of cake and placed a soft kiss if her cheeks.
Soon, the room was filled with chattering, laughs and clatter of glass.
"Sophia, darling why aren't you drinking?"
Lisa slurred, almost falling in Samuel's arms.
"So that I can clean all your messes."
"And,vou Tavlor? Don't tell me,vou got low tolerance level."
Lisa started to laugh like a mad woman, while Noah dead pan stared at her face. If not for Sophia's presence, he would have threw her in pool of cold water to bring her back to the senses.
"I have already had two shots. No more than that, thank you. I have work tomorrow, it's not like my father is sitting over my head, spoon feeding me."
Sophia glared at Noah's direction, indicating him to shut up.
Soon all the guests left and Noah became busy with cleaning up the kitchen and mess his guest made. When he returned to his room, he found Sophia, standing by the balcony, staring at the silent delight of moon, sitting on night and smiling at her.
Standing just behind her, he engulfed Sophia in his warmth, inhaling her soft fragrance.
"Everyone gave me something or the other."
Noah murmured against Sophia's neck.
"Where is mine gift?"
Sophia turned herself to Noah and whispered.
"I have the most beautiful gift for you."
"Is it? Give me."
Noah extended his large palm in Sophia's direction which she immediately grasped in a way that seemed like holding a long promise.
"I love you."
Sophia's heartbeat increased, racing like in some marathon, waiting for reaction from him. What reaction will he give?
She wanted to capture this moment in her heart and carry it around the world.
Beats passed and Noah didn't budged, neither batting his lids nor removed his sight from her. Just kept staring at her.
He knew some day they will come to this turn of their relationship, but never thought how it would feel hearing it from her after waiting for almost three years.
Three years, that felt like an eternity to him.
Words he have been dying to hear, finally got to hear.
"Is this for real?"
Only words he managed to pull.
Nodding her head, Sophia smiled, letting the moisture collected over the lining of her eyes fall.
"Not only I, but also our child does so."
Noah skipped a beat.
Sophia took one of his hand and placed it on her lower abdomen, sniffling she spoke.
"We are expecting a new member. You will be a great father."
"Sophia."
Noah embraced Sophia in his arms.

Sophia whispered, wrapping her hands around his body.

Noah felt something warm, wet trickle down it's path over his cheeks.
3 Years Later:
"So you will close down the gallery for your maternity leave."
Lisa asked lifting her tea cup up from the saucer. Sophia stopped her knitting and shook her head.
"No, I have got a girl to look after the gallery, we won't be accepting any new order but my previous works are still open for sell and I have finished all the allotted orders."
"Mm, so you will be resting at home?"
"Yeah, I want to. Noah is quite serious this time around for twins. When I was expecting with Rabia, I was not left with much choices, my gallery was not established. So, this time I am going with Noah and taking leave."
She looked across the pool where little Rabia sat with her father, reading some book, who himself wore glasses for his long sightedness.
She sighed before turning back to Lisa.
"Sometimes, I am afraid for Rabia. She is just like her father, not only look wise but also personality wise. Cold, with less friends, lonely, always scowling."
"At least Taylor never scowl at you."
"Yeah I know but.."
"Look Sophia, no one hate him more than I do, but believe me. She will glow up beautifully. Because of her father. She will be protective towards her siblings, smart, beautiful and importantly, value her family. So rest assure."
Sophia smiled listening to nearest possible future.
Soon they were joined by Noah and Rabia.
"Don't you have other places to go to Lisa? Get a life or least get married and stop bothering my wife."
Noah spoke sliding by Sophia where as Rabia hopped on Lisa's lap for her to cuddle. "Noah."
Sophia warned, to which he just shrugged, as if didn't say anything wrong.

"Ha Ha, not funny Taylor. Getting married next month."
She showed off her diamond ring, which Sophia saw with twinkling eyes where as
Noah rolled his eyes.
"I am hearing that from last six months."
"Noah?"
This time Sophia punched him with her elbow, which he immediately caught.
"Don't worry about me. I am not like some lunatic who can marry with force, so will have to wait."
Noah threw her daggers while Lisa passed her sarcastic smile.
"You should have tried, who knows you could have also begun with your family planning."
Lisa's cheeks started to heat and turn crimson. Standing up she spoke.
"I'll be off Sophia, call me when this good for nothing husband is not around."
Sophia smiled and nodded her head. She can never get over with their bricking. This is how her life turned from being all alone to be with the person she loves, a beautiful daughter, two children on their way.
What else can she ask for?
To always have this beautiful life with no disturbance.
