For a change of pace, the crew on board the Wicked Wench sailed across the water as they entered into the "All Blue" a place where each sea is connected along with its sea life.
Ruby: The All Blue...
Ruby: Such a gorgeous place...
Tiga: Just looks like a lot of water...
Ruby: It's what's under it that makes it special.
Ruby: A perfect ecosystem for all fish life across the four major Blue's.
Ruby: This Ecosystem has allowed for new kinds of fish to evolve.
Ruby: There's even a small city built under the All Blue, with the world's greatest restaurant.
Tiga:(gasp)
Tiga: That sounds cool! Do they have strong people there?
Ruby:.....
Ruby: It's a "No Fight" zone-
Tiga walks away having lost all interest. She instead walks across the ship to see what her Captain is up to.
(BRRRRRRRR)
Pushing his level 2 to its limit, Davy attempted to train away the downsides of this form.
Overuse causes his limbs to cramp up, and his muscles to stay stuck flexed.
Davy: Urgghh...! Come on...!
Davy: If I can just hold this for an hour... I'll be unstoppable-
The rotations stop, as his limbs lock after cramping.
Davy: Hugh!?
Davy: Son of a bitch!!
Tiga: Ohhhhh... Are you training?
Davy: To surpass Level 2, yes.
Tiga: Surpass level 2?
Jade: Does that mean there's a level 3?
With Davy currently "resting", the Wicked Wench opens a cavity in the deck to lift Jade up with her couch, which she has done nothing but lay on since she got it.
Davy: There is a level 3. Just... Haven't come up with what it is yet...
Davy: Once I achieve 300,000 RPM, I'll have achieved Level 3; To be named!
Jade:(sigh)
Jade: Has my generation raised the bar so high, that you youngling have to race to gain power?
Jade: Davy-Baby. You'll gain the power after your body adapts to what it already has, but that takes time.
Davy: I've got an Admiral on my back... Next time we meet, I've gotta have enough power to send him packing!
Davy: So I gotta figure something out... Maybe I should coat my body with Haki differently-
Azriel: Ship coming up on our Starboard! Pirates!
Getting up, Davy and the rest of his crew glance over their Starboard side to see a Pirate ship sailing up to them.
A single person stands out upon the ship.
White spiky hair, this young man, wore white pants and a shirt, along with a half-green vest with a dragon embroidered.
His white scarf fluttered in the wind as he waved.

Scales: A-HOY!
Davy:?
Davy:(waves) Ahoy?
Only two people on board knew who this 25-year-old was. And that was Azriel and Jade.
Scales:(chuckles)
Sailing off ahead, his ship anchors near a Blue and Gold lighthouse, with the words "Ocean's Shaft" printed on it.
Davy: What's that?
Ruby: It's the entrance to the town within the All Blue.
Davy: Shall we check it out?
Azriel: Kraken D. Scales is docking there. We should stay clear.
Davy: Why?
Azriel: He's a pirate.
Davy: So are we...
Azriel:...
Jade: I suggest you take this chance to visit the "All Town". Who knows when you might get another chance.
Jade: And our ship could use a break to... That is if you want her to move faster.
Azriel:(sigh)
Azriel: Your decision captain.
Davy: Let's check it out.
Anchoring, Davy, Shin, Victor, and Ruby hop off and onto the lighthouse. Jade never left, as usual, Azriel did not want to get involved with the Kraken pirates, and Tiga decided to train as she recalls how Ruby said there is no fighting allowed.
Scales: Hahaha. So you decide to join us?
Two people accompanied Scales.
A blue-skinned female Fishman, with black hair, bunned up, except for two strips going down either side over her face. Her outfit, a bra, and baggy pants was somehow a lot and not enough.
The tattoos across her body distracted her from her muscle-toned physique.

The other was a man with stubble along with shaggy hair and a fishing hat, both of which hid his eyes.
He wore simple cargo shorts, a white T-shirt, and a black button shirt over it. He played with a lighter happily.

Davy: Yeah, why not? Never been here before.
Scales: I hope you enjoy the attention you're going to get... Davy. J.
He and his two crewmates enter the lighthouse, with Davy and his crew following.
Davy: You know me?
Ruby: Doesn't everyone by this point?
Scales: What she said. You're currently the only pirate alive with a Wanted Dead bounty.
Scales: Not even John Paul has that.
Davy: Fair enough...
Upon entering the lighthouse, the crew finds it to be some type of elevator instead of what you'd expect from the structure.
Pulling a lever, the elevator goes down into darkness. After a minute, the elevator lights up as they enter a glass tube that lets them see the underwater town surrounded by sea life.
Shin: Whoa! I thought this was supposed to be a town!!?
Ron: If anyone asks... It is.
(The All Town)
Scales: Allow me to welcome you to the City of Pirates, where the only way in is a bounty on your head.
Once the elevator stopped, the two crews were greeted by a man in black.
Man: Names.
Scales: Kraken D. Scales. These two are with me.
He and his two crew mates were allowed to enter. Davy tries to do the same but the man stops him.
Man: Your name?
Davy: Davy Jones. And these are my crewmates.
The man steps aside, allowing Davy and his crew to stroll into the All Town.
Victor:(tilts head) How does this place exist?
Ruby: When the old world government was abolished, it was replaced by the New one...
Ruby: Which was formed by leaders of the six races.
Ruby: The representative of my people made a rule that the All-Blue belongs to no one.
Ruby: And nothing besides a "research center" could be built in it.
Ruby: Boring details I know none of you will remember aside...
Ruby: Pluse a few ancient underwater buildings remodeled later... We have this place.
Ruby: A utopia for pirates, where Marines have no power in due to the neutrality of this place.
Davy/Victor: Uhhhhh-huuuhh...
Ruby: Forget it...
Ron: All you need to know is that this is where Pirates can relax. And there's half of the town meant for Marines if they come snooping.
Ron: But as long as you behave and don't ruin the fun, you're always welcome.
Scales: So don't blow a fuse if you happen to see a Marine.
Entering a more populated area, the four find themselves surrounded by many pirates, and many more shops.
Scales: We've got some business to take care of. So look around and shop around.
Scales: Here you can find black market goods... Stolen Marine Weapons... Maps... And if you're lucky, Devil Fruits.
Scales: But I hope to catch you later at the bar, Davy J.
He walks away.
Scales:(mind) Because who knows when I'll get another chance to share a drink with a Wanted Deadman...
Surrounded by many wonders, the crew begins to explore the Blackmarket of the Pirate City.
