Tormenting Mr.GangsterWords: 13478

Precap : Sanyukta thinks about a way to trace randhir, she comes up with an idea : a keyring connected to an app that will allow her to follow him. With the little time left she gathers some info on the 2 persons named by randhir. When he comes back on the third day, sanyukta attach the keyring to him. As randhir goes back to his mission sanyukta follows his moves, she accidently pushes a button that emits sound on the keyring due to which randhir is discovered. He manages to save the children but is injured in the process and the trafficker escapes. He concludes it is sanyukta's doing he is furious and head to the den.

His veins were vibrating as his rage reached its peak, making his way through the corridors he searched for her in her room. Unfortunately, she wasn't there. He briskly moved towards the other one situated in the last end of the corridor.

His eyes red in anger, spotted her with her eyes still glued to her screen. He lunged at her, pulling her from her elbows he pinned her to the desk behind.

Sanyukta gasped at the sudden movement, her eyes caught glimpse of the man in front of her. His tousled mane covered his forehead from one side while the other side held a deep wound. A thick line of blood oozing out of it. His deep dark brown eyes throwing daggers at her. His straight nose was crunched in anger...she could almost see smoke comming out of it...She scanned his face for clues regarding his identity but he veiled his inner self well enough. If circumstances would have been different she would have straightway hit on this sexy guy. Such fine piece of art were rare these days, one had to take the chance when he got to see one !

But given in the present situation and the ways he was looking at her, she didn't even wished to guess what will happen to her the very next moment. His left cheek held another mark testifying he did suffer a fight or so. She gasped at his tormented sight. His piercing gaze questioning her a million things even before he spoke up. His clenching tight jaw told her the effort he was making not to lash out on her. Her eyes took his one last sight before she winced at his grip shutting her eyes. The man in front of her could be none other than the one and only... Mr.Gangster... !!!

"I told you already not to test my patience. What the hell were you thinking?" Randhir shook her frantically yelling at her, fuming at her, breaking her trance to open her eyes.

Her eyes wandered here and there, searching for something to save herself. The shock of seeing him for the first time, his injuries covered in blood, her own fears were all making it impossible for her to think straight. How this guy did to made her speechless sometimes was beyond her ! He had this aura around him...

"Am asking you a question !!!" he roared, his hand applying pressure on her elbow, urging her to answer him.

"Why did you put this?" Randhir screamed at her showing her the chipped key ring.

She wanted to say "No shit sherlock, I didn't hear you the first time, it was not loud enough...mind repeating some decibels louder ?" She rolled her eyes. Of course she heard him...she just didn't know what to answer... she wondered if there was a "right" answer to his inquiry...after thinking in all direction and seeing his particularly agitated stated, she came to the conclusion that he will probably eat her alive no matter what she said...

"I... I ..." She stammered not daring to complete her sentence.

"Just give me one reason... one solid reason not to kill you right on the spot" He pushed her away, his jerk so strong that she almost fell on the floor. He turned away and pulled out his gun, unlatching its lock.

Sanyukta's eyes widened when the click reached her ears, a lump formed in her throat. ...Was he going to kill her ? Was these her last moments, would he grant her a last wish ? HA dream on ! The last time he granted you a last wish you made a fool out of him, ranted about coffin and tea parry and ran away, she gave herself a reality check. But she couldn't die like that, she had so much on her mind, she had lied to her neighbor about their fish death two weeks ago, she had stolen a cookie on her client's plate last month...and what not... she had so much on her mind, she could not go like that... she needed to do her mea culpa in order to die in peace !

But she didn't think her kidnapper was in the mood to listen to her confessions she sighed, she will die and her soul will never rest in peace, which made her wonder... was there really people out there that could see ghost and who helped them "cross the line" as they called it ? May be... and if lady luck was on her side, she will stumble upon one ...Her mind concluding everything here and there, fear of death was really taking a toll on her, she was completely losing it ! But her last thought when to her daughter... Finally she spoke in a single breath.

"I just wanted to know where my daughter was" she said weakly. His domineering posture and anger was scaring her.

"Why the hell would you do that when you perfectly knew I had her ?" he barked. Sanyukta just stared at the floor.

"ANSWER ME !" he yelled at her, pointing the gun toward her.

Sanyukta snapped at his words and gesture, she had had enough. She glanced at him with her welled up eyes, her anger taking over her senses. "I know you have her !!!... but I don't know how she is and how she is being treated !!! ...it's been almost one week I didn't see her for god sake ! " she lashed out, her mother instincts were taking over.

"One week, CAN YOU IMAGINE ?!!" she shouted, all the frustration, the animosity she felt towards the person who dared to kidnap the most precious thing in her life came out in that instant.

"I have never been separated from my daughter for more than two days !!!... and here you come and not only separate me from her... but also dare to kidnap her !!!" she yelled in one breath.

"Certainly you did not expect me to patiently sit here when you had my daughter in your clutches ! " she spoke harshly.

Randhir was taken aback by the intensity of her anger, he had always seen her composed and in total control of herself even in twisted situations she kept her calm and made her way with a sarcastic comment. But today she had totally lost control, shouting and yelling at him when he had her at gunpoint. All sense of rationality gone.

He came out of his shock considering the gravity of the situation.

"Do you even know what happened because of your foolishness ?!" Randhir hissed back.

"I don't know and I don't care" she informed him coldly, she paused and added "All I care about at this moment, is my daughter."

"She is only 4 years old DAMN IT !!!" she raised her voice once again. She was badly missing her Tara, not having seen her was taking a toll on her.

"You are a selfish and awfully disgusting monster, using children for you own benefits" She howled and turned her face away from him.

Randhir had enough of her emotional drama, he was already beyond pissed and this woman was not only replying back at him but also adding fuel to his anger by her selfishness.

"ENOUGH !" he roared angrily throwing the gun on the wall behind Sanyukta. The loud bang resonated in the room making sanyukta wince.

He dangerously approached her and and forcefully grabbed her chin to make her look at him. "You are calling me selfish... YOU are calling ME selfish ?" he shouted pointing at himself.

She was frightened beyond imagination from his sudden storm. His words brought her back from numbness.

"That's pretty rich coming from someone who's only concern is her daughter !" Shouted Randhir.

"Do you have the slightest idea of how many lives did YOU endangered by YOUR selfishness?" he yelled applying pressure on her chin.

"What ?!" exclaimed a stunned Sanyukta, "what lives ?" she inquired trying to free her wrist. ..."Oooh... yours and your little comrades precious lives" she mocked him, failing to understand his words.

"You don't understand the situation, Do you? All you care about is you and yourself" He spoke at the highest pitch, his breath frantically fast.

"Today because of YOU the life of so many innocents has been endangered" he stated furiously. "I have risked my own life to save them just because of this stupid act of yours" he screamed.

"But certainly all of this is none of you concern" he whispered.

"You are right it is absolutely none of my concern... if anything, am disappointed that you didn't die...at least it would have removed some dirt from this country" she said with all the hatred she had.

They looked at each other, eyes in the eyes, conveying as much hatred as they could. Both were right in their place...oblivious to the other's preoccupations, seeing him/her as a selfish person. They had their own priorities, both thinking how their priorities were more important that the other's... Randhir broke the silence.

"You know what...It's more than Enough now! I was being humble till now. But after your today's act you leave me no option" Randhir turned back. He rushed to her and grabbed her shoulders furiously, practically pushing her into her chair he grabbed her already reddened wrist and latched it with the arm rest. Sanyukta was shocked at this, now that she had said all that was on her mind, poured out all the hatred in her, she realized the seriousness of the situation, fear started building inside her.

"What... What are you doing Randhir?" she whispered panicking..

"Your liberty is costing us. And I won't risk us for YOU" He commanded with his voice void of any emotion.

"YOU will sit here and work as per my instructions, one sole movement out of order and I swear Tara will cry " he was done bearing her tantrums, HE was the boss here.

"You will not do anything to her !" Sanyukta spoke dejectedly, fresh tears oozing out of her eyes.

"I am warning you. If you attempt another trick of yours, I won't hesitate pulling my trigger at Tara. Because before your mistake costs us 10 lives it would be better to finish that one who lead to this." He spoke heartlessly.

Randhir reached his room and latched the door harshly behind him, he was beyond furious. Her selfishness was just revolting, she was not looking further than the tip of her nose, all she could see was her own comfort...egocentric bitch ! Since the day she came she did nothing but get on his nerves...He needed to calm down before losing it and doing something he will regret later on... Besides he still needed to clean his wounds...

The keys were being pressed at a much higher rate than before, as her eyes concentrated over the screen. Her spectacles lowered on her nose, her eyes transfixed on the screen in front. Her hair tousled in a loosened bun, her fingers dancing over the keyboard keys. Her fingers some time rubbed her chin or her forehead.

She took the pen started scribbling something on paper. Within 2 minutes she came up with a solution and again her fingers went to the keyboard. There she has sniffed her way into a mainframe containing information about the database with these men in the list. She quickly jotted down her facts and other vital information. Finding these informations was now her top priority, after what had occurred today, she wanted to get this done as soon as possible. She wanted to leave and have nothing to do with this guy anymore. Their last encounter had drained out all of her strengh, the faster she will get out of here, the better it will for everyone. She sighed and concentrated on the task ahead.

The sun rose and set back yet she didn't move her gaze away from the screen and kept retrieving resources. She was alone and no one cared to even come to her. She didn't have anything the whole day, due to the fact that she was handcuffed. Finally at 10 in night when her senses didn't accompany her anymore, she fell asleep sinking back to her chair.

It was now the fifth day, the gang was going to return today... Hopefully everything went well for them, thought Randhir. He had thought about it all night and had taken a decision, he was going to release Sanyukta as soon as she had the info on their two suspects. Having her here was not only dangerous for them but also very tiring, from the day she came she only added complications in their mission. He could not risk it anymore...so much depended on them. He had made his mind...she will leave as soon as she will be finished with her task.

As he was going in the garden, to take some fresh air, he was stopped by Sanyukta's voice.

"Raghav Ghosh and Keshav Verma" Sanyukta spoke the two names, attaching the photographs to the papers and stapling them together. Forwarding the file towards Randhir, without any glance toward him.

"Both are aspiring politicians, trying to make it to the big league" She paused, " Functional areas: Ghatkopar, malad, Thane, lokhandwala" she added her voice pure business like.

"The rest of the details are in the file" She emotionlessly informed him. She did not even look at him while speaking.

He gazed at her, her aura was back. She looked dangerously intelligent dawning those cat woman framed spectacles over her nose, while her black ankle pants complimented her white tunic elegantly... Just seeing her made his blood boil ...How he hated her, this high and mighty posture oh hers...!!! Fortunately for him his torture had come to an end. He could now send her back.

"Be ready tomorrow morning, you'll be released"...was all he told her and went away.
