Chapter 4: Chapter 4 Does He Know?

“No, no!” Lilith cried as Gabriel hold onto her tightly.

“How long does she have?” Valentine’s father inquired.

“Three months at most.” I responded.

Adamone Levi P.O.V

“I’ll go.” I volunteered.

All heads snapped towards my direction.

“Go where?” Alpha Nathaniel questioned.

“I’ll search for the elements, I’ll take the quest.” I offered.

“Are you out of your goddamn mind?” Gabriel shrieked at me.

“Let him go.” Alpha Nathaniel expressed.

“What? He’s not fit for this mission- “. Gabriel started.

“I’ll go, she’s my sister.” Lilith cut in.

“No.” Alpha Nathaniel disagreed.

“He’s right, Gabriel is soon to be alpha, Lilith is his mate. The pack needs the both of you.” Luna Victoria supported her mate.

“But she’s my sister, how could I trust her with him?” Lilith queried pointing at me.

“You trusted me before, trust me now. Just because you were there at the wrong place in the wrong time doesn’t mean what you saw is what it is.” I alleged.

“I trust him.” Gabriel held.

“But-.” Lilith started.

“We can’t waste anymore time, he looks smart enough. So, are we in this or not?” Lucifer questioned.

“I’m in.” I nodded.

“Meet me at night, I’ll pen down the elements required to construct the remedy for the serum. You make your move at dawn.” Lucifer stated.

I nodded my head once more.

Valentine Winters P.O.V

After the commotion that happened downstairs, I went up to take a steamy hot shower. While I was scrubbing myself, I heard the washroom door being opened and shut.

Lucifer sauntered in, looking wacked and entirely nude.

Shit!

“I’m nearly finished now, you can have the shower.” I proposed, already preparing to escape from there.

He pulled me by my hand and made me position under the spray with him.

“Just stay for a while.” He exhaled bushed.

I really desired to stay with him but I was fearful that he might notice the slight bum that has by now shaped on my gut. Fortuitously, the room was fogged up from the scorching vapor.

I sighed and enveloped my arms around his waist while he draped his arms around me. His hands started wandering all around my physique, gripping onto both of my asses. He unconstrained his clutch from my butt, his left hand massaging my hips while his right hand went up to angle my head so that he would have an easier access to my collar.

He backed me up towards the wall, burying his face to the crook of my neck before sucking on the skin leaving a stream of love bites. I could sense that his wolf was trying to surface, ravening for me.

Strangely, my sex drive amplified too. I was not requesting him to halt but wanting him to continue ravishing my body.

His right hand went down on the way to my vagina, cupping it before he started inserting a finger into me. Both my hands gripped his arms from the unexpected intrusion of his fingers buried inside me. Lucifer started to sluggishly move inside me, resulting my fluids to drift out, gushing down my thighs.

I moaned when he started to shove his finger deep into me, my legs giving out. If he wasn’t holding me in place, I was certain to drop to the showery ground.

I could feel something was building up in the pit of my stomach as his fingers thrusted into me and increased in haste. My breathing became raggedy and Lucifer’s eyes flashed from blue to pitch black.

My hands impulsively went down to touch his thick rod, jerking him gradually, making him to press his hips against me, grunting.

He took his finger away from my vagina and disenchantment instantly filled me as I was so close to finishing, leaving me sexually unfulfilled and unsatisfied.

He started pressing his body into mine, to a level that I started to feel discomfort as he was applying pressure onto my bum.

“Lucifer.” I whimpered and he promptly stepped away from me.

“What’s wrong?” He inquired examining me.

My right hand instinctively came up to my abdomen before drawing circles around it to ease the pain and sooth it.

Lucifer furrowed his eyebrows before kneeling down to touch my bum making me flinch, staggered at his abrupt act towards my belly.

“Why are you so bloated?” He interrogated.

“It’s nothing.” I took a step back.

He looked taken aback from my sudden outburst.

“Valentine are you-.” He started.

“No, I’m not.” I finished.

“I haven’t even asked the question.” He specified narrowing his eyes at me suspiciously.

“Sorry.” I apologized feeling somewhat guilt-ridden but my heart was pumping wildly in my chest.

Does he know?

“I think I know what you’re hiding from me.” Lucifer says and my eyes enlarge.
