Chapter 1144 Ninian walked out of the airport. She held her phone while looking for Everett‘s car.

“Strange. Didn‘t he say he‘s here?” Ninian muttered. When she turned around, she bumped into indifferent and warm arms.

The young man‘s scent was so familiar that she instantly recognized him.

“Ever…” Ninian spoke in surprise. Before she was able to finish her sentence , her mouth was covered by Everett.

He held up his finger and said, “Shh.”

Ninian immediately nodded. Her eyes shone brightly as she stared at Everett‘s eyes.

At the moment, Everett had disguised himself. His black cap sat very low on his brow, and there was a black mask that fully covered his face.

But Ninian could still see the excitement in his eyes at the moment.

Everett was also very happy like her.

When she noticed that, her eyes crinkled, and her smile became sweeter.

“Let me take you out.” Everett lowered his voice and said.

Ninian nodded. She let Everett gently hold her shoulders and protected her to walk out of the crowd.

They walked toward a car that had been parked in a remote corner.

Zayn was in the driver seat, and he had not gotten out of the car. As Everett‘s agent, his target would be too obvious. In order to avoid being recognized by fans, he had been hiding in the car.

Everett opened the car door for Ninian before they sat in the passenger seat at the back.

When the door was closed, Everett took off his mask.

Before he was able to speak, Ninian already rushed to him. The demure girl already rushed into his arms.

Everett was stunned slightly before his eyes crinkled up with his smile.

“Everett, I missed you so much.” Ninian held his shoulders and spoke coquettishly. She never usually took the initiative like this. But when she saw that Everett went to pick her up without bothering the risk of being recognized by the fans, and how he had protected her all the way, she could no longer suppress her excitement and thoughts about him.

She did not care. She just wanted to hold her Everett and act cute.

Everett also raised his hand and held her. He gently stroked her soft hair and whispered, “Me too.”

What he had longed for actually came true. Everett even wondered if he was dreaming now.

But the soft girl in his arms was so real that he could reach her at any time.

Everett finally dared to exert a little more strength. He held Ninian in his arms tightly, closed his eyes, and softly said, “Three days. I‘ve waited for you for three days.” When Ninian heard it, she instantly blushed, and she became slightly embarrassed.

After Melody‘s concert ended, her brothers went back first. She had postponed it one day in order to avoid clashing with her brothers‘ schedule, which made her come back so late.

Ninian leaned in his arms and softly said, “Sorry! I won‘t let you wait for so long anymore.”

The girl was so soft and adorable like a marshmallow, which made him want to rub her in his arms.

Everett took a deep breath to suppress the emotions that were stirred in his heart. “Ahem… Mr. Craig, Miss Winters.” A sound of a clearing throat was inappropriately heard at this time. Zayn said, “ Do you want to reunite later? If we remain here for too long, we will draw attention. We have to leave first.”

When Ninian heard it, she quickly blushed and shyly moved out of Everett‘s arm.

“It‘s okay. Don‘t be nervous.” Everett chuckled and tussled her hair before he fastened the seatbelt for her.

OW Zayn looked over from the rearview mirror. He saw that Everett‘s expression was calm, and the gloominess and darkness in his eyes had been banished , leaving only his tender smile.

Zayn secretly sighed in relief.

Everett‘s condition was not as described by the doctors. They had claimed that the closer he got to Miss Winters, the more severe his stress response would be. Conversely, Miss Winters was the most effective medicine for him, which improved his condition gradually.
