Angel's POV
I walk to the kitchen. Being an Omega is not something fun. It means you're the weakest kind of wolf. Once me and my parents got attacked by Rouges.
They got killed by them. I was only 3 years old back then so I don't remember much. I only know that Alpha Tristan saved me from the Rogue attack. But was too late for my parents.
Since then I live in the pack house of my pack. Tristan was always a father figure for me. Tristan also has a son named Dylan. Dylan is now the Alpha of the pack. He feels like an older brother to me.
Tristan's father already died of a heart attack years ago. Tristan's mother Amelia took care for me since the day I moved to the pack house.
She feels like a grandmother to me. "Good afternoon" She greets me. She turns around with a plate in her hand with fresh baked cookies on it.
"Cookies!" I say and grab one. "How do they taste?" She asks. I nod heavy. "Good" I say with full mouth.
She chuckles. "Can you help me?" She asks. "Sure" I say. I grab 2 plates, one in each hand, and follow her. The little kids of the pack are playing outside.
They stop when they see us coming with cookies. They attack the cookies until there isn't one single cookie left.
I always wanted kids. 4 is my maximum. I always wanted 2, one boy and one girl. But if I want kids I have to find my mate first.
I don't have to rush, I can wait. I know I'm not ready yet. We walk back inside. "Where are you going?" I ask when I see Tristan and Dylan about to leave.
"We have to leave for a meeting with the Alpha's of our bond" He says. I nod. They bonded with several other packs to work together against their enemies and for their packs safety etc.
"You can go with us if you want" Dylan suggest. "What? Why?" I ask. "There will be a party after the meeting for the Alpha's and their families. And you are our family too" He says.
I almost got tears in my eyes. He called me family. I know they say it all the time but still. I don't have any family so they decided to adopt me since I didn't have anybody left.
"Come on pack your stuff, we're going to sleep there too" He says. I nod and walk upstairs. I grab everything I need as fast as I can.
When I'm done I run downstairs with my suitcase. "Everybody done" Tristan says. We walk outside towards the car.

I get out of the car. Some wolves that are also Omegas take our suitcases. They work here apparently.
I hate it that some packs disrespect Omegas. They show us our rooms. Tristan and his mate Savannah share a room of course. Me, Dylan and grandma have a room of our own.
I hate the attention I get. Some male wolfs almost drool over me. Luckily Dylan keeps them away from me.
I go with the other girls while the Alpha's have their meeting.

Jace's POV
I walk inside the meeting room. Mostly Jaxon goes to the meetings because he is the oldest one but he is busy and the others didn't want to go so I had to.
Even though I'm the youngest. I know it's only a few seconds but it still counts. I sit down and try to listen to whatever he is saying.
I hate meetings. They are so boring. Suddenly I smell something sweet. It's smells like.. strawberries? I search where the smell comes from.
It's an other Alpha. His name is Dylan. He is wearing a bracelet. That's where the smell comes from. She must have given it to him. "Mate!" Keeps my wolf Blake screaming in my head.
But why? Why would she give Alpha Dylan a bracelet? Maybe they are in a relationship? "We have to find our mate to see if she really does have a relationship with him" My wolf Blake says.

The meeting is FINALLY over. Over about an hour the party is going to start. Perfect for searching for my mate.
I put on my suit that I brought with me. I do my hair and do one last quick check in the mirror. Good enough.
I walk downstairs to the backyard. It's huge and decorated. We're celebrating every year the safety of our packs. Pretty boring if you ask me.
I sniff in the air. Searching for my mates delicious scent. There she is. Standing next to Alpha Dylan and his parents.
And she is holding his arm. I feel anger almost taking over me. "Relax Blake, there must be a reason why she holds his arm" I say trying to calm my wolf and self down.
"Yes and that reason is because they are in a relationship!" He says angry. They are about to leave. This is my change.

Angel's POV
I feel really uncomfortable. Some mateless wolves want to talk to me but Dylan prevents them from it. What I'm thankful for.
The people they talked to walk away. We are about to walk away too. Then suddenly a male wolf stands in front of me.
He smells like.. peppermint? Whatever it is, he smells delicious! "Mate!" Keeps my wolf Melody screaming in my head.
"My name is Jace, what is your name my beautiful mate" He says. I blush at his words. "My name is Angel" I say. "Well your name is right, you are an angel" He says what makes me blush even more.
"Why were you with Alpha Dylan?" He asks. Strange question. "Oh he is my adoptive brother" I tell him. "Adoptive?" He asks.
"Yes. Alpha Tristan and Luna Savannah adopted me when my parents died and I didn't have any family left. I also see them as my father and mother" I tell him.
He nods. "I lost my parents too when a pack attacked us. We were just 7 years old and had to take over our father's title already. Our beta took care of our pack until we took the Alpha titel" He says.
"Wait "we"?" I say. "Yes I have 4 older brothers. We are a quintuplet" He explains. Quintuplet? That's rare.
"Do you have any more siblings?" He asks. "Other then Dylan my adoptive brother? Nope, I'm only child" I tell him.
Technically I'm only child but it doesn't feel like it. "Did your parents died of an attack too?" He asks. I look at my feet. "No they were too weak to defend themselves from a Rogue attack" I say.
"So you're an Omega?" I nod my head. I get it if he doesn't want me anymore as his mate. He is an Alpha and I'm just a weak simple Omega.
He grabs my chin. "Hey hey don't cry, please" He says and wipes away my tears. I didn't even notice I was crying.
He embraces me. "Better?" He asks. I nod. "I'm sorry" He says. "For what?" I say. "For making you cry" He says.
"Aw you didn't I just.." "Just what?" He asks when I don't finish my sentence. He looks very worried.
"I thought you wouldn't want me because I am an Omega" I say and blush of embarrassment. "Why would you think that?" He asks confused.
"I don't know" I say but still don't look him in the eyes. He pulls my chin up gently. "I would never reject my mate" He says. I blush at his words.
Our faces come slowly closer to each other until our lips connect. He kisses me gently. I go on with the kiss.
After a while we pull back. He is my first kiss. I wonder if I'm his too. "Yes you are" He says. Did I say it out loud?
"No you didn't. As your mate I can hear your thoughts and you mine too" He says. "Oh" I say. I forgot about the mate bond.
"Now that I have finally found my mate, I can't let you go" He says. I look at him confused. He holds me tight and walks with me inside.
He looks around. Nobody is here. He picks me up in bridal style. "What are you doing? Let me go!" I say.
I don't care that he is my mate. He is still kidnapping me! "Like I said before, now I found my mate, I can't let you go" He says with a serious tone in his voice.
