Chapter Twelve

Terria is a vast and enigmatic planet, over seven times larger than Earth. It is a world where history, biology, geography, and even the flow of time itself are magnified beyond comprehension. Time on Terria moves differently—420 seconds make up a single minute, 420 minutes form an hour, 168 hours create a day, 49 days constitute a week, and a full year spans an astounding 2,555 days, or 52 weeks spread across 13 months. The lands of Terria cover approximately 60% of the planet, while the remaining portion is dominated by immense seas and oceans, teeming with life and mystery.

The biodiversity of Terria is unmatched. Humans coexist with demi-humans, elves, dwarfs, mythical creatures, angels, demons, and other fantastical beings. Even creatures thought to be extinct—such as those from the Ice Age and the Jurassic era—roam hidden lands, untouched by time. In this world, the boundaries between reality and fiction blur, making Terria a living testament to both legend and history.

Adding to Terria's cosmic complexity, it possesses not just one, but two moons. One is a habitable celestial body visible during the day, while the other is barren, appearing at dusk and night. Even more perplexing, the habitable moon has its small orbiting satellite, making the entire planetary system a marvel of supernatural balance. Despite the seemingly impossible nature of these celestial mechanics, they remain stable, a testament to the unknown entity or force that governs Terria and its three orbiting bodies.

Among the nations of Terria, the Great Hania Empire stands unrivaled in technological superiority, wielding advancements reminiscent of Earth's 1990s to 2010s. The empire has successfully deployed space stations on both the habitable and barren moons, as well as the additional small celestial body. Meanwhile, other major powers lag: The Greater Pardovenese Empire struggles with early computer research and VTOL aircraft development, the Neues Reich remains engulfed in its brutal policies while focusing on advanced radio and atomic weaponry, and the Greater Satam Empire spreads chaos through terrorism and demonic forces.

Despite the turbulent geopolitical landscape, the Great Hania Empire maintains a structured and stable society. Citizens enjoy an abundance of free time, engaging in work, travel, and personal endeavors. Their democratic system allows them to vote for key officials—Prime Ministers, representatives, committee leaders, tribal chieftains, and mayors—every three years. However, all political actions are bound by the Imperial Amendments, ensuring unity and order under the empire's rule.

Nicholas, the god-emperor of Hania, remains vigilant, using his divine abilities to eliminate terrorists and counteract brainwashing attempts on his people. While he views these obstacles as mere distractions, he still overcomes them with strategic precision, ensuring the continued dominance of his empire.

While the Supercontinent enjoys a tense but stable golden era, the Prime Insulaes plunge into turmoil. The Tessodi Empire launches an invasion against both the Dayana Kingdom and the Unugray Kingdom, forcing Unugray to abandon its long-standing neutrality. Seeking protection, Unugray aligns itself with the Bubunne Empire and the Amagostafa Empire, forming a new power bloc.

Meanwhile, the Second British Empire—formed after Cutler Beckett's takeover of the Saulpad Kingdom—continued its aggressive expansion. The Thika Kingdom falls under its control, granting the empire the longest coastline in the region and surrounding the Amagostafa Empire, one of its key trade partners. However, this dominance is not without controversy. Hanian travelers visiting the Second British Empire witness the mistreatment of Amagostafians, many of whom are objectified and forced into prostitution due to their revealing attire and striking beauty. Tensions rise as Amagostafians cautiously navigate their surroundings, eventually seeking out Hanians for protection and assistance.

Further instability arises as the Padajod Kingdom attempts to form an island empire by invading the Ordovar Dynasty, Tobaceria Kingdom, Teromod Kingdom, Zavek Kingdom, and Wello Kingdom. This ambitious conquest is short-lived, as the Western Coalition intervenes, swiftly dismantling the Padajod Kingdom and annexing its newly acquired territories.

In a shocking turn of events, the Ghara Empire experiences a devastating betrayal. Once close allies, the Empestad Empire suddenly invades, seizing control of the entire southern region of the Prime Insulaes. In a matter of weeks, Empestad absorbs the Marlefau Kingdom, Ruron Kingdom, Kingdom of Paradisia, Untewema Empire, Solmanar Dynasty, Klacdar Kingdom, Hejaza Kingdom, Ghara Empire, and Orldzatria Kingdom. With its reliance on 1940s technology infused with magic, the Empestad Empire successfully consolidated its power, achieving its expansionist goals—for now.

Amidst the chaos, a peculiar and significant development occurs within the Amagostafa Empire. A Hanian adventurer, venturing through the empire's forests, is captured by a group of fierce female warriors. Rather than executing or imprisoning him, they listen to his tales of the Great Hania Empire, marveling at its technological advancements and the divine power of Nicholas. Their fascination extends to Queen Amagosarke the 87th, who is so captivated by the stories of Nicholas that she issues a decree declaring him the savior of the Amagostafian people.

This proclamation leads to an unexpected phenomenon—the entire female population of the Amagostafa Empire develops an obsessive love for Nicholas. Queen Amagosarke herself becomes infatuated, reinforcing Nicholas's growing reputation as a divine figure. While this newfound devotion may seem like a mere cultural quirk, it holds profound political implications. With Amagostafa being a formidable power in the region, their unwavering loyalty to Nicholas could lead to alliances, shifts in power, and the eventual absorption of the empire into the Great Hania Empire's sphere of influence.

As the Prime Insulaes spiral into conflict, the Great Hania Empire remains a beacon of stability and progress. However, with rapid territorial changes, shifting alliances, and rising tensions between nations, Nicholas faces an increasingly complex world. The Second British Empire's expansion, the atrocities committed by the Neues Reich, the unchecked demonic chaos of the Greater Satam Empire, and the growing dominance of the Empestad Empire all pose challenges that will shape the future of Terria.

The stage is set for further geopolitical shifts, as war, diplomacy, and destiny continue to intertwine in the grand narrative of the Great Hania Empire. Nicholas, ever the ruler and god-emperor, must navigate these turbulent times with his unmatched wisdom and power. The question remains—how far will he go to maintain the dominance of his empire, and what new challenges will arise from the unknown forces lurking beyond Terria's magical rift?
