Flashback
Detransforming, the Pet Pig Jewel fell from the sky. Reiko kept it in her pocket, promising herself to keep it in her Jewel Album when the chance arrived.
Yuu wheeled herself to Reiko and Masaru and praised, "You two were so great! How can I become a Precure?"
Reiko forced a weak smile and replied, "Thanks, but only a light can make you a Precure... a small light that hits you."
Yuu froze.
That night
Sakurachi Residence
Yuu was trying to fall asleep when she thought about Reiko's words. On how she could only become a Precure if she was hit with a light.
Tears flowed down her cheeks and she mumbled, "If only being a Precure was this easy..."
Hanadera residence
Reiko was trying to crotchet another of her mascot toys when she got a call from Masaru. She ignored the call since she thought it's stupid of him to call late at night, telling herself to return the call when she finished her crotchet.
When the crotchet work was finished, she returned the call, not before Masaru screamed at her for not returning the call earlier. Reiko explained how it was dangerous to stop work on her sewing as her 17-year-old autistic brother might do the unthinkable and scolded him for not knowing better since her brother was there since they were babies.
The call continued. Masaru was talking about how badly Yuu wanted to become a Precure. He managed to contact Can-do on his phone (InfiniMo) somehow and Can-do suggested taking a jar with them and heading to the Tayoseishi Park to store one light. The light must stay in the jar; else, Yuu wouldn't become a Precure.
Reiko agreed to the suggestion enthusiastically, since she "also needed a break from making plushies, working on art and studying all the time." Especially since finals were nearing, she felt they should destress lest they burn out.
That weekend
Tayoseishi Park
"Ready to catch some lights?" Reiko asked Can-do, who was sitting on her shoulder.
"I'm more ready than ever!" Can-do exclaimed. "Let's find our new teammate!" She and Masaru discussed what colour cure should Yuu be, and both agreed green would be best since it fits Yuu' skins nature. Masaru also thanked Reiko for learning colour theory since it would benefit them in a time "like this."
When reaching the parking however, their faces fell. There were lights of every colour but green.
"Maybe we went to the wrong park?" Masaru asked in doubt.
"This is the go-to place for Precure wannabes," Can-do explained. "Green and white lights are just hard to come by. You two were hit by a pink and red light respectively, colours that are pretty common to find. Just be patient."
Reiko and Masaru waited dazedly but patiently after Can-do's explanation. They did not say a word to each other for the first time in their lives; else, they might miss the opportunity.
All of a sudden, from the corner of her eye, a green light fell on the ground and into Reiko's feet. She picked up the green light and with Masaru's help, they helped store the light in the jar.
"There!" Reiko declared. "Now when the time is right, we will pass it to Yuu so she can fulfil her dreams of becoming a Precure!"
Narrator
Looks like we are going in the right direction! Reiko and Masaru have secured a way of helping their friend fulfill her new dream. Now they just have to pass the jar to Yuu when the time is right!
But looks like someone isn't too happy about a new member joining Accepting Diversity Precure. We all should known who it is by now.
Story
"I love it," Hitoshu-oni said without hiding any sarcasm in her tone. "A third member joining the cures. That means one more person I can beat up! AMWAHAHAHAHAH!"
(Cut to Tayoseishi Private Academy-Shoe Locker)
"Masa-kun, mind if you hold this jar for me?" Reiko requested politely.
"Sure," Masaru replied while holding the jar. Just as Reiko was changing her shoes, Yuu wheeled herself in cheerfully, not before asking Masaru what he was holding.
"Didn't you say you wanted to become a Precure more than anything?" I asked cheerfully. "This is the jar that opens your dream up for you."
"Wow! Can I have it?" Yuu asked in excitement.
"Nope. It is a tradition that a Precure has to give this to the Precure-wannabe."
"Tsk. Boo..." Yuu then went to her shoe locker to keep her shoes and Reiko wore her shoes before the trio went to class to put things down.
When they reached their classroom, people gathered around them asking about the light in a jar. Reiko, being mindful not to let anyone know they are Precures, simply said this was a gift for a teacher. Everyone was amazed by this discovery. After that, homeroom went without a hitch and it was soon time for music class.
Reiko carried the jar while Masaru carried three people's recorders as they proceeded to the music room. All of a sudden, Hitoshu-oni was lurking around the corridors. Reiko and Masaru whipped out their InfiniMos without much thought, to the shock of their friends.
"Does that mean...Reiko and Masaru are actually Precure?"
"So the supposed Cure Accepting isn't the only Precure that studies here?!"
"How many Precure study here?"
"You all ask very good questions," Hitoshu-oni remarked slyly. "Many Precure studied here...so that's why I'm going to trap everyone! I think all your differences suck!" She trapped almost everyone in 1-3 except Yuu.
"Go, Sabetsuta!" She screamed.
"Sabetsuta!" The recorder monster echoed back.
Putting the recorders and jar down, Reiko and Masaru got into the transformation position they knew so well.
Transformation
Locking the InfiniJewels into the InfiniMo, Masaru removed his glasses while Reiko took off her headband. Tapping their shoulders next to each other, they chorused, "Precure, accept my difference!"
The duo then bounced off each other. Reiko gained her warrior dress while Masaru gained his warrior suit. They then went back to each other and held each other's hand, tapping their feet for shoes and bumping each other's heads for their new style. The duo's InfiniMos went to the side of their outfit, their weapons were summoned and landed on their hands and the duo jumped down to pose.
"Embracing everyone for their true selves, I'm Cure Embrace!"
"Respecting others for their strengths, I'm Cure Respect!"
"One plus one is more than two! That's what differences do! Go, Accepting Diversity Precure!"
Story
"You should know this like it's at the back of your hand! Go, Sabetsuta!" Hitoshu-oni ordered.
"SABETSUTA!" The monster echoed.
Unlike usually attacking back like they would usually do, Reiko and Masaru paid attention to their surroundings. They had a very important glass jar to protect. Once they made sure they weren't in the vicinity of the glass jar, they performed a double punch.
Just as Sabetsuta threw them off, Reiko managed to launch an attack levitating in air. She strangled the villains with her Love Chain. When she did it, she didn't think much about how close she was to the jar but just focused on keeping the chain as it was. However, she failed and the pieces of chain flew all over the corridor.
Attack
Locking the Fiery Phoenix Jewel into the InfiniBoard, Masaru raised his hand up, screaming, "Precure, Dress Up!" He transformed into his Accepting Form before posing while saying, "Precure, Accepting Form!"
Jumping back down, Masaru shot the villains a glaring stare. He slowly swept his legs and stood back up before performing a jump with a gun sign, saying, "3, 2, 1, Fire Grenade Smash!" The grenade flew out from his gun signal but flew past the villains.
Story
"Masaru, Reiko, please let me do something!" Yuu screamed shrilly.
Masaru and Reiko looked at Yuu in confusion. She was bent over and her eyebrows were furrowed. Yet she was forcing a smile, and the duo knew what that meant.
Reiko picked up the jar and unscrewed the cap. She fished out the light and showed it to Yuu. "Yuu, don't let your wheelchair define you," she encouraged. "The fact you're willing to help others in times of crisis shows that you are deserving of becoming a Precure. And today, I'll guide you."
Yuu accepted the light and thanked Reiko. All of a sudden, Can-do sprung out of the light and a green InfiniMo and an Infini Jewel sprung out too.
"Hi, you must be the close friend Masaru and Reiko talk about all the time!" Can-do exclaimed in a surprisingly happy manner.
"I'm Yuu, and how May I address you?" Yuu replied.
"Can-do...will do." The trio giggled at the way he introduced himself. "But in all seriousness, these are your transformation devices. Insert the InfiniJewel into the InfiniMo, and that's how you become a Precure."
"I have been waiting long enough for this. I can do it!"
Transformation
Yuu sprung out from her wheelchair and slowly saw herself stand in the presence of gravity in the first time. She then looked up to the sky and the InfiniMo and InfiniJewel came to her hands. "Precure, accept my difference!" She screamed as she took out her rubber band.
Waving her phone in the air, she released it before curling up into a ball, gaining her green dress. She admired her feet as if taking in the fact she can walk again, before clasping her hands and closing her eyes, tapping her feet to form her new shoes. Looking at her feet, Yuu smiled before raising her head to form her twin tails. She watched her InfiniMo be kept at one side before she posed.
"Uniting love and peace once more, I'm Cure Harmony!"
Story
"Yuu..." Reiko and Masaru chorused upon looking at her new dress. Yet Yuu stood there earnestly, ready to fight.
"Harmony Wand!" Yuu screamed. The wand landed in her hands. She spun the wand and posed, screaming, "Precure, Hopeful Light Ray Attack!" She threw the wand in the air in hopes of defeating the villain, but to her horror, the villain was still there.
She stood there in horror but remember another way Reiko and Masaru fought the villains. Hence, she got ready and sprung off. She performed a number of handsprings before punching the Sabetsuta with all her strength, leaving Reiko and Masaru in awe at just how fast she got the hang of being a Precure.
"We're done beating whoever that guy is up, so what do we do now?" Yuu asked. All of a sudden, another InfiniJewel dropped from the sky.
"Another one?" She asked again.
"Yes," Reiko explained. "This Jewel is for attacking your villains with magic. Just insert it and you can end the fight, here and now."
"And I will!"
Attack
Inserting her InfiniJewel into her green InfiniMo, Yuu gathered magical power in her hands. Drawing a circle, she aimed her focus at the Sabetsuta. With magical energy in her hands, she threw the magic at the villian, screaming, "The new generation of peace starts with me! Precure, Harmony Wave!" The sound waves of her attack spoke volumes as vibrations could be felt all across the corridor.
Story
The Leaf Jewel fell down into Yuu's hand. She asked, "Reiko-senpai, what is this Jewel?"
"It's a collectible," Reiko explained while taking the Jewel into her hand. "We get this every time we finish a fight. And we keep it in a Jewel Album." Reiko kept it in her pocket before the trio detransformed and Yuu landed back on her wheelchair.
"Can-do, why am I back in my wheelchair?" Yuu asked in confusion.
"Your wheelchair only disappears when you're Cure Harmony. In other words, you can only stand when you are Cure Harmony."
"Aww. But hey, at least that's something. I'll work towards being able to walk all the time, not just as a Precure."
"We'll be waiting for that day," Can-do, Reiko and Masaru chorused as they wheeled Yuu to music class.
