Chapter 4232 Prime Lysamar
"Ready?" I asked as I appeared beside Vondell as the sun rose in the sky.
"Yes," he replied.
A moment later, we took to the sky and flew in the direction of the Taurus.
I looked at the place we flew from. It's the place we had fought yesterday. Aside from the signs of battle, everything had vanished.
It won't take more than a few months for it to disappear as well.
It usually takes far more than that, but the mist had been very powerful. It had sucked away the energies of our battle, including the law powers.
They are very hard to disappear, but on the battlefield, there are barely any.
The battle had been extremely dangerous, but it had been just as fruitful. I have got so much that now I want to return to Taurus and absorb it all.
I now have better resources. It is going to increase the speed of my practice.
I had also been studying intensely for the past few months since the new floor opened. Over a year and a half in my core.n/oÌ/vel/b//in dot c//om
It's time I resumed working on my inheritance, along with a few other things.
Soon, we reached the space, where the space was stable.
I covered us with the energy sphere and began to surf through the space.
"Prime Arys, I want to apologize for yesterday. My behavior was out of line," said Vondell, surprising me.
I didn't think he would apologize. At his level, it becomes harder because of pride, but it seems like the man is able to set that aside.
It might not be because he had realized his mistake. No, it's most likely because he wants to keep good relations with me for his benefit.
I am a lot more powerful than him and might be very helpful with my understanding of
runes.
Most importantly, he didn't want his behavior to push me toward Horyvos's organization. That would be a terrible loss to Taurus,
Over an hour passed when I sensed something and began to turn the sphere.
"What happened?" asked Vondell, noticing the sudden turn. "I am sensing something," I replied.
"We should be careful," he said with his expression serious. I nodded. I do not have a death wish, but I want to see what is happening.
Four and a half minutes later, I stopped spatial travel and began to fly.
Hun!
We were halfway toward it when I sensed the fight stopping with one Prime running away. The other one stayed at her place before flying toward us.
It didn't take long for the woman to stop beside us.
She is a dark elf. A beautiful one with vibrant violet skin and a tall figure. She is a mid-Prime and a powerful one at that. The opponent she was fighting was a High-Prime.
"Vondell," the woman greeted before turning to me.
"You must be Prime Arys of a distant world," she said, turning to me.
"The one and only," I replied with a smile.
"Who were you fighting with, if you don't mind me asking Prime Lysamar?" asked Vondell.
"I don't know. He suddenly appeared and started attacking me without giving me a reason," she replied, shaking her head.
"It's a good thing you guys came, or it would have taken quite an effort to get rid of him," she added.
"You are welcome," I replied while she rolled her eyes.
She didn't thank us. It is clear she didn't feel the need for it. She had said that she would be able to handle the enemy.
"You are going back to Taurus, right?" she asked. "Yes," replied Vondell.
"I will tag along with you two till Red Baroz if you don't mind?" she asked, turning to me.
"It's fine," I replied, and a moment later, we flew toward Taurus.
"So, where are the two of you coming back from?" she asked, and I let the Vondell fill her in. It's clear he is very interested in her, but she doesn't seem to have much interest in him.
