Skyler's POV:
A couple days have past and Athena's words still ring through my head.
'Not yet..'
What did she mean not yet? It scared the living hell out of me. I haven't really heard her the past three days.
To be honest I did sleep most of the time. I was constantly tired. This is the first day things actually start feeling better.
Cristy was always coming and going and I had no idea where she went.
I sigh when I open my eyes. My shoulder was aching, but not as bad as in the beginning. I guess I just got used to it.
I put on my glasses and walked to a little bit of open space in my room and started doing some simple exercises with my right arm.
One of the few times we spoke Athena had told me to keep moving my arm. It would slow the process slightly.
Even though I did them every time when I woke up, I noticed I couldn't stretch my arm fully above my head anymore.
When I was done I went to the bathroom and started getting ready for the day. I combed my hair, brushed my teeth and gave my face a quick rinse. I dried of and went back to my room.
I opend my closet and picked out black ripped jeans and a tank top.
I checked my look in the mirror and was satisfied when I saw my eyes light up.
Oh god.
"Gods.." I saw my reflection speak.
"Right, my bad." I shrugged.
Everytime.
"What are you even wearing?" Athena asked.
"Urm.. Clothes." I replied.
"Well aren't you a smartass."
Athena made me roll my eyes.
"What's wrong with them?"
"Nothing, but I suggest something more proper. We're meeting the others again today remember. Zeus will be there." She said.
"Yes and..?" I asked.
"He's king." Athena said in a matter of fact way.
"Well then princess, what do you suggest I wear?" I say, crossing my arms.
I can't hide the smug smile on my face when I feel annoyance bubble up.
"Don't ever call me that again." She says through gritted teeth.
"No promises."
She sighs and makes me walk over to my closet.
"Let's see what you got little architect."
She makes me pick up things and put them away again.
Eventually she settles with gray dress pants and a black button up shirt.
Athena makes me put the clothes on and then walks back to the mirror.
She thinks for a minute and then makes me roll up my sleeves.
"Then it's a little more casual."
"Whatever you sa-.."
"Don't say it." Athena grumbled.
"I didn't eve-.."
"You were thinking of it."Â She glares at me in the mirror.
I shake my head and look at myself again. Not gonna lie, it does look pretty good.
"Is that it?" I ask.
Athena thinks for a second and then shakes her head.
"Your hair."
She makes me walk over to the bathroom again and makes a high ponytail in my hair.
"There." She smiles satisfied.
I chuckle.
I walk out of my bathroom and go to the kitchen. I eat a little bit of breakfast.
Last night I packed for going back to the tree. I feel rested again and Hades and Raymond had asked to come back after that.
All of it felt still rather surreal to me. But I was glad there was more people like me. More people stuck with gods in their heads.
"Have you thought of how you're gonna get there yet?" Athena suddenly asked.
"Actually yes." I reply.
"How then?" She asks, raising my brow.
"Well James brought my car back the other day after it got fixed. So I can drive there."
"Oh really? What a gentleman."
"You have no idea." I shrug.
James was a good guy and a good friend. Sometimes a little too nice though. I went to my room, picked up my lugagge and wrote a quick note for Cristy.
'I'll be at my aunts, call me if you need anything.

I told her I was visiting my aunt in NY who suddenly fell ill and needed someone to help her around. Well I didn't. Athena did.
I put the note on the table. Made sure I had my laptop, phone and sketchbook in my bag and went for the door.
I took a last glance at my house. I had a feeling I wasn't going to see this place for a while. Never thought I'd say it, but I was going to miss it here.
I went out front and got into my car. I put the keys into the ignition and the engine came to life. Let's get this drive over with.
