Miyou and Nishi look at each other.
"Please tell us the explanation about that doctor,"said the parent as they curious with odd illness or it can be called as they never heard that illness before.
"Narcolepsy is a neurological disorder that affects your ability to wake and sleep. People with narcolepsy have excessive, uncontrollable daytime sleepiness. They may also suddenly fall asleep at any time, during any type of activity.In a typical sleep cycle, we enter the early stages of sleep, then the deeper stages, and finally (after about 90 minutes) rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. People with narcolepsy go into REM sleep almost immediately in the sleep cycle and sometimes while they're awake.But for Riku-kun's case a little bit serious.He still 8 years old,it might be 49% that he will lost his memory from before he collapse.I want to test that but since Riku-kun excited for the discharge,i will let you handle him.The symptoms of it is hard to predict because Riku-kun will be collapse on anytime without warning."said doctor.
"But how can my dear son can get that type of illness..when he just awake from long coma??"Miyou ask.
"..if it accordingly by science, Riku-kun's brain still not properly working since he has experience in comatose.So the brain will immediately stop and making Riku-kun's whole body stop too.In other reason,i can stay,Riku-kun is having hard time without anyone know about it...but this illness really doesn't have cure.It's depends on Riku-kun's condition."said doctor.
Miyou a little bit disappointed afte hearing Riku are having another hard time again after sleep to long.
"..so.. there's no Medicine for it?.."Nishi ask.
"I can't give that yet because Riku-kun still kid plus it's early stage for this time.For this time,just keep eye on him and don't let him do something heavy work."said Doctor.

"Yes!! I can come here again to pick something i need.I only let my book here.So Tenn-nii won't be feel hard to bring it more for me if i staying here again."said Riku.

"I can't wait to see everyone!! I miss them already!!!"said Riku.

"Hahahaha ,i told you,they are your friends too."said Tenn.
Miyou and Nishi just enter the room.Riku were happy to see them and immediately hug them.
"Yeyy!! i finally can get out right?"said Riku.
"Ofcourse sweetie~~~"said Miyou.Tenn can see how fake they be facing Riku.
"Let's go home!!"said Riku and bring his bag first and get help from Nishi.
Miyou let out her sigh and saw Tenn was standing there staring at her."Mom,i know you are hiding something from Riku...i heard everything."said Tenn with mature.
Miyou didn't dare to say anything because she knew Tenn are mature then her.
"...It's hard to say...but dear,please take care of Riku...because.."Miyou tell Tenn everything because Tenn deserve to know Riku's condition right now.Tenn actually shock with everything because it's different should be happening from before.
"I won't give up on Riku! i will make sure Riku will be healthy like other kid do.I will make sure that Riku will be happy like everyone did.."said Tenn.
Miyou give Tenn hug as comforting but the one needed actually Miyou who have to think for the best for her both son especially Riku.Tenn know how it feels.Riku already at the tough situation who been through everything.Even they see Riku are being normal,they also know how hurt inside Riku's heart are.

"I can't wait to go school next week!!"said Riku with happy.
"Hahahahha,please be wait Riku,i know you are"said Tenn.
"Riku,will you help me tomorrow doing the cook?"Miyou ask.
"Ofcourse !!! I wanna meet Tenn-nii's friend again!! and Ri-chan and Sarahh!!"said Riku while jumping.
"Don't worry about it,i will tell them to come."said Tenn while pat Riku's hair.
"okay!! i can't wait for it!!!"said Riku while hugging Tenn.

After dinner,Riku were told to go bed early because when it's come to night,it's not good for Riku to stay night.Meanwhile Tenn are finishing his work before sleep.
"Maybe all of us can come this saturday if it make Riku happy to see us."said Mitsuki.
"Thanks,i really appreciate it so much.."said Tenn in phone.''i am about to ask Gaku and the other about it too but i hope they can come".
"i'm sure they will come.Everyone can't refuse Riku like that right??"said Mitsuki.
"Yes...and our classmate will be here too..i hope it doesn"t bother you guys"said Tenn.
"it's fine,well see you this saturday."said Mitsuki.
Tenn nodded and end the call.Tenn call Gaku and Ryuunosuke to ask them if they can go too.

"Your ranking is falling down since that kid come."

Class 1-A come to Riku house without anyone left,because everyone love Riku more than anything else.They can feel some vibe from Riku that made their day.No one can't deny if something happens to Riku.
Miyou and Nishi were smiling seeing Riku was very happy to see his classmates again but in the same time they ofcourse still worry about Riku's condition right now.
After a few minutes,the former idolish7 and Former Trigger just arrive.They bring something and hand it to Miyou.Miyou smile and thank to them.
"Uwahh Iori-san! Yamato-san!! And the other comee too!!"said Riku while jumping excitedly.
"Don't forget we here too,"said Gaku and Ryuunosuke behind him waving at Riku.Riku giggles and lead them to the living room to join the other.Riku help Miyou bring the ingredients to the kitchen.
"Oh, Riku-kun's classmates here, isn't it fine if we join here too?.."Sougo ask them.
"It's okay,we all fine but there's something Illiah want to say to all of us since everyone here."said Futaka.
"What??what do you mean Futaka?"Ritsu ask.

"Wahh Rikkun is genius! right Iorin?"said Tamaki as he was impress after heard that.As former friend of Riku,they already know Riku is genius and hard working but he just being naive because he rarely feel the outside life.
"yes, congratulations Nanase-san."said Iori.Riku were blank as he don't know anything about student ranking.
"When did i enter the exam?"Riku ask.
"Riku,do you remember the trial test for us before?? That actually show that you can be part of Top student.But Illiah,what wrong with that brats?As long as Riku didn't cheat? Is this something you want to discuss here?"said Retsukasa Kuriyama.
"Yes, it's is.We all know Class B got first place on festival ceremony of Year 1 right? "Said Illiah.
"Do you mean by working together with class at the our FIRST ceremony?Yeah?"said Ritsu.

"Okay,sorry, it's just a little word for Riku to know.Well today,i accidentally overheard Tako and the other about cheating on sport day.They want to eliminate us and make Riku join the sport day.Their attention to do that for making Riku absent for the exam before summer."said Illiah meanwhile Tenn were hold himself from anger.
"No,i didn't know...i just answer since Tenn-nii already teach me before the school start...but i never know about my ranking too."said Riku.
"That's mean,they will use a dirty play at the sport event right?"said Futaka.
"Absolutely we can see it from what Illiah-san said.We have to te-"said Sarah but got cut by Tenn.
"Tell teacher about it?A person like Tako the son of rich family can do everything to make the teacher shut up and cover everything for him."said Tenn.
"I guess i know what Tenn mean,use the money to shut them.But i believe, there's someone will not fallen into it"said Sarah.
"No,we can't believe in anyone.. since we already together here,we have to make sure,Riku is our top priority."said Futaka.

"It's fine Tenn,i know what kind of sport that Riku can take a part.And it's will just use a little energy for it..but we will make sure to get Riku back safely."said Futaka.
"See!! Tenn-nii,please... I don't want to sit down and can't do anything.My life won't be easy if I can't do anything right now.."said Riku.
"Riku-kun will be fine,K- Tenn-kun,you should believe in Riku-kun.Plus, everyone here has Faith at him too.You guys always stay together no matter what.That was the real friendship called."said Sougo.
Tenn hesitate because he know Riku's condition is not stable.He just afraid of losing him again.
"Tenn,if you love Nanase,you want to do everything for Nanase right? You can't stop everything that Nanase want do.He is human."said Gaku.
Tenn still can't decide because he really really worry at Riku's condition.In the same time,he want to make Riku happy and don't want to do the same thing like the past.He take a deep breath and about to tell them.
"..if that what Riku want,i will allow it."everyone were smiling after Tenn said that but,"but,with 1 condition."Tenn add."let me know first before Riku participate the activities and i will decide for him if it suit for his condition or no"said Tenn.

They agree with Tenn's condition and glad that Riku can get the chance to feel the day.
"Then how about Tako's plan to shut us?"Ritsu ask.
"Well that, let's discuss and senpai can join us to,the sport festival are open for everyone.So you guys can join us at anytime to cheer our class."said Futaka.Yamato,Gaku and the other nodded and agree to listen their plan.

After enjoy the party together, idolish7 and Trigger decide to help Nanase's parent clean the house.Even Miyou told them to go home, they will not go home after everything finish.Riku were happy and help the cleaning too.Tenn helping Riku and make sure not to do anything heavy work.Suddenly Riku lost his counscinouss and got caught by Tenn's alert.Everyone were panic meanwhile Tenn already predict it will be happen in anything.He look at the time and ask Ryuunosuke's help to lay Riku on the sofa.Tenn call his parent and tell them.
"Hey Tenn,why you look so calm???are you not worry about it?"said Gaku.
"Is it Nanase-san really fine to get discharge early?"Iori ask.
"We already plan to meet tomorrow for the practice our plan right,then you guys will see it what actually happening on Riku's condition."said Tenn.
"Is that serious??"Mitsuki ask.
"I will explain once you guys see it by yourself."said Tenn.

On the next day,Riku open his eyes and found out he was at his bed.He trying to remember since when he at his own room?Did he fell asleep or other things happen without he realizes?He just staring the ceiling and try to get his sense back.
Tenn notice that Riku already awake.
"Good morning Riku,"said Tenn.Riku's eyes directly looking at Tenn and smile.Tenn help Riku sit.
"Tenn-nii..what happen? How did i sleep here?"Riku ask.
"Okay,before i told you everything,did you feel any pain at somewhere in you body?"Tenn ask.
"No, I just feeling..light head..as i want to remember what happen yesterday..but it's getting worst."said Riku.
"Then, don't force yourself..just relax first and try to do the practice breathe to calm down yourself"said Tenn.Riku nodded and follow Tenn's instructions."are you okay now? Here take your medicine first"said Tenn as he hand Riku's medicine.
After Riku done taking his medicine,he still want to ask Tenn about what happen.
"Tenn-nii...can you tell me what happen?.."Riku ask.
"Then can you tell me first,what your last memory if you can remember.If you can't,just don't force it."said Tenn.
"I greet with Iori and Yaotome-san...and...and..i.. don't know what happen..."Riku about to panic,but Tenn try to get Riku.He hold Riku's hand and hug him.
"Remember,i always here.Don't be afraid,okay?"said Tenn while caressing Riku's back.Tenn show the video that been recorded yesterday.It was Tenn and Nishi's plan to make Riku understand his disease.Nishi already set the hidden camera as evidence to Riku.Maybe it will be hurting Riku's heart for awhile like Tenn already tell his parent about it.The chance to make Riku disappointed really high but in the same time,they don't want to hide it from Riku forever.
Riku watch the video and still can't remember.The last memory he remembers is 3 hour before he get his narcolepsy.That's mean,Riku might lost his memory in 3 hours before the event.
"..is this serious.."Riku ask.
"It's not serious Riku, Believe in me,this is not serious illness.It just part of the effect after you been coma for so long.But you can use camera or always write something at your diary.So you can be prepare anything happen if this happens like this again on next time."said Tenn.Tenn actually nervous and afraid if Riku couldn't accept it.Tenn explain about Riku's condition and what he experience right now.

It's been hours that Riku hasn't come out from that room.The mother was worry at her younger son who still staying at his room right after Tenn tell Riku everything.Miyou afraid if Riku actually crying behind them or hurting and blaming himself for being imperfect people for them.
"Honey,can you help me look Riku and call him to get lunch together.I been worrying with him because he never skip breakfast.I just afraid if it part of after you telling him about the disease.He must be shock about it.."said Miyou.
"I will go.. don't worry mom.."said Tenn.
Tenn go to the room to see Riku.He knock the door and didn't give any response.That's make Tenn scared of it.So he open slowly and saw that Riku was sitting on the table doing something.Tenn approach him with lay his hand on Riku.
"Riku?what are you doing?"Tenn ask.
"Ohh Tenn-nii! I didn't hear you coming..."said Riku.
Tenn didn't see any sign of Riku being depress or else.He look just fine.
"Riku..are you..sure you fine?"Tenn ask.
"Yes ofcourse,why?"Riku answer without hesitate.
"Well,mom said that you haven't breakfast yet.So she's worry at you and ask me if you were fine.Mom and dad really worry at you if you skip the breakfast like that.Are you totally fine?? don't lie to me"said Tenn.
"I swear, Tenn-nii, it's really really fine.I just forgot about the breakfast since i busy doing this."said Riku while showing a small note book that Riku craft it with himself.
"What is that? It's cute"said Tenn while smiling at Riku's work.
"Hehehe it's my Memory note,so when i wake up in anytime,i will write everything i remember then look at the video if it being recorded.But I'm sure I won't forgot what disease Tenn-nii tell me before.So i already take a note about that too."said Riku.Tenn praising Riku with ruffling Riku's hair and smile at him.
"Very good,i thought you are not in good Riku..i keep thinking if i actually made the wrong things to do that but all of us don't want to hide it from you."said Tenn while hug Riku.
"Tenn-nii,do you want to know my secret?"said Riku.Tenn humming and look at Riku."actually,i just done read one of Kazuya-senpai's unpopular book that Sarah hand to me when they visit me at hospital before."said Riku.
"Then what did you found in that book? This is must something interesting right?"said Tenn.
"Yeah.. something interesting...i just learn about the line that Kazuya-senpai use.'Life actually so beautiful and everything can be flower but even how beautiful they are, flower can be die and the scene can be ruin by rain in anytime'.That's goes things like our life."said Riku.
"Riku,those word are so mean.You shouldn't use that because it's not good you know."said Tenn.

Tenn were hesitate with that."anyway,mom call for lunch.They been worry at you since you didn't have your breakfast."said Tenn.
"Ohhhh yeahh i forgot abour that!! Okay! Let's go."said Riku.
Both of them go to the living room to have lunch.Tenn already tell his classmate and his former friend to.Everyone were understand his condition and will do better when Riku ready go to school.
