Nora was no longer a child. In fact, she had already given birth to three children. She may never have entered a âbattleâ with a clear mind, but even if she never really did, itâs not like she was unaware of the process.
Moreover, the 25-year-old had majored in medicine and practically knew the structure of the human body in detail. Therefore, she was more familiar than most with the subject matter.
In the end, it was nothing more than physiology itself making mischief. Justinâs pheromones were being released in excess? Ahem, never mind, he must be thinking too much.
As Noraâs imagination ran wild, the manâs large hand began to roam all over her body.
Noraâs nerves-which had always been dull and dense-became sensitive at that moment. Although she was very sleepy, her mind became exceptionally aroused.
In the darkness.
She glanced at Justin: the man had already opened the quilt and had crawled under the sheets.
Since the children were present, his movements were very light. The two of them shared the comforter, and his burning body gradually warmed Noraâs slightly chilled body.
An uneasy feeling slowly spread throughout his body.
Seeing that she did not reject him, the man lowered his head and kissed her on the lips gently. After kissing her on the lips, seeing that she still didnât respond, the man gave her a second kiss on the lips, then the third⦠until Nora, who found his kisses ticklish, parted her lips and bit his lip.
Justin took the opportunity to deepen the kiss.
He broke into her territory wildly and plunged in. At this instant, the man looked completely different than usualâ¦.
It was the first time Nora felt how strong the man was, as well as the first time she felt the terrifying aura around him that seemed to want to swallow her whole.
Her cheeks gradually turned scarlet during the kiss. As her eyes remained closed, Justin gradually took control of the rhythm. Then⦠The manâs calloused fingertips roughly brushed her skin. Wherever he touched, it was as if an electric current ran through her, causing her to tingle and relax.
At some point, her pajamas had already come offâ¦.
The two finally faced each other with nothing between them.
In the dimly lit room, both Justin and Noraâs breathing had become heavy.
The two stared into each otherâs eyes. At last, they had reached the last stageâ¦.
Justin stared at her, his voice a little hoarse. âNora, are you ready?â
Nora was quiet for a while. Then, she answered, âYes.â
After the word was spoken, as Justin was about to take the last step, a young voice suddenly reached them.
Xander asked, âWhat are mom and dad doing?â.
Cherry replied, âTheyâre probably sparring. Dadâs asked Mom if sheâs ready, right? So theyâre probably about to wrestle each other. After all, Mom has always wanted to beat Dad in a fight.â
âHuh, can Mom beat Dad, shall we help?â
âI donât think so, theyâre both experts. I just donât know whoâs stronger? Xander, letâs make a bet, whoever loses gets to play backup in the game! My moneyâs on Mom!â
âThen my moneyâs on Dad!â
Cherry nudged Pete, who was sleeping in the center. She asked, âPete, who are you going to bet on?â
Pete: ââ¦â
He didnât speak. After two seconds of silence in the room, Cherry asked again. âPete?â
Pete replied, â⦠Iâm asleep.â
Between the three little ones, Cherry knew nothing about the relationship between men and women, and even often pretended to be a boy for fun. Xander was even more uninformed about such things. Although he had a high IQ and picked things up very quickly, he had, after all, been living and growing up in a basement all this time, so he didnât understand anything at all.
Only Pete understood something vaguely. Still, he didnât fully understand either. All he knew was that his parents had to sleep together before they could have children? As to exactly what the process was like, he didnât quite understand.
But it was as clear as day that mom and dad were making little siblings for themselves at the time.
So what were those two idiots interrupting them for?
How were they going to fight under the covers? They couldnât move easily at all, okay?
Pete let out a deep sigh inwardly. Before he could figure things out, Cherry said, âStop showing off, Pete. How are you going to be able to talk if youâre asleep? Who are you going to bet on? You bet on Mom! Momâs the most powerful!â
Pete: ââ¦â
He opened his eyes quietly, turned his head next to Cherry and Xander and looked at Nora and Justin, who were sharing a quilt.
Suddenly, Cherry flipped open her quilt and said, âMom, howâs the fight with Dad going, Iâm coming over to help you.â
As she spoke, she made a move to get under Noraâs blankets.
âStop!â
Fortunately, Nora stopped her in time. She said, âWeâll be done in a minute. Just give us a moment.â
Cherryâs big eyes widened as she looked at Nora. She obediently replied, âOkie-dokie!â.
Just like that, the couple under the sheets began to move, making rustling sounds as they did so. Piece by piece, they put on their clothes the same way they had taken them off a moment ago.
After getting dressed, Nora stared at Justin.
His cheeks were crimson and she felt like she had broken out in a cold sweat from shock.
Then, it struck her that her actions a moment ago were too absurd. What was she doing with Justin when the children were sleeping next to her?
Instead, Justin, the jerk, looked absolutely calm and collected as he opened the quilt and got out of bed.
Cherry looked at them. âWho won?â
Justin laughed. âYour mother did.â
âYay!â
Cherry cheered with a smile and looked at Xander excitedly. She said, âYouâll have to play support tomorrow.â Although the support role was important, all the kids preferred to lead and play as heroes. So, Xander reluctantly replied, ââ¦.. Okay, I guess.â
When the three finished talking, they all looked back at Nora. âMom, Dad, are you guys going to keep fighting?â
Nora buried her head in the sheets and said in a muffled voice, âNo, weâre not. Go to sleep.â
Cherry also lay down obediently. âOkie-dokie! Mommy, if they fight again, be sure to let us know so we can watch, okie-?â
Xander was also quick to say, âYes! I want to win next time! Dad, fight harder next time!â.
Nora didnât feel like talking anymore. She merely asked, âDidnât they just fall asleep a moment ago!â
Cherry replied, âUh-huh, but we were awakened by your fightâ¦â.
Noraâs cheeks grew even redder. Fortunately, it was nighttime, otherwise, she wouldnât be able to show her face at all! It seemed that her movements of a moment ago had indeed been too noisy.
She covered herself with the quilt, turned over and went to sleep.
Even if someone put a knife to her throat tonight, she wasnât leaving! A! Wake up! Again!
Justin: ââ¦â
He looked down at his pants. He had no choice but to turn around and go into the bathroom.
Cherry asked quietly, âDaddy, where are you going?â
âIâm going to take a bath!â
âBut didnât you already take one just now?â
âI was beaten by your mother, so I need to take another cold shower to calm down.â
âDad, thereâs no shame in losing to mom.â
In the end, it was Pete who spoke up. He said, âCherry, shut up and go to sleep!â
âOkie-Dokie!â
The next morning when Nora woke up, the three boys were already downstairs. She checked the time, it was ten oâclock.
She stretched. Just then, Justin quietly pushed the door open. When he saw that her eyes were open, he went inside.
Nora hesitantly asked, âWhy arenât you in the office?â
Justinâs eyes were a little red as he stared at her, like a wolf whose prey is right next to his mouth, but hasnât eaten it. There was a savage cruelty in them.
He coughed and replied, âOh, it makes no difference even if I work from home.â
âArenât you busy?â
Nora stretched and sat down.
Justin dismissed the call from the phone vibrating in his pocket. âNo, Iâm not.â
After speaking, he took a step forward. âNora, the kids are downstairsâ¦â
Practically right after he spoke, there was a knock at the door. Xander called out, âDad, is Mommy awake, are they going to fight again?â
Justin: â???â
Nora: âIs this it?!!!!!â.
âReally?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!â
Cherry came over as well.
Justin straightened up, took a deep breath and reluctantly opened the door.
Nora could only go to the bathroom to wash up.
After going downstairs and eating a simple breakfast, the three children played with each other. Nora went to the study, intending to study something.
Shortly after entering the study, Justin came in with a plate of cut fruit. There was a ravenous look in his eyes as he asked, âFruit, Nora?â.
Nora: ââ¦â
Justinâs look made Nora startled.
But she could understand his feelings all too well.
After all, a wolf could endure his hunger if his prey was out of sight. However, if the prey was right next to his mouth, how would he be able to stand it?
Besides, it also seemed a shame to him that things hadnât worked out the night before.
He raised his eyebrows and stood up. With a mocking look, he replied, âI donât want fruit. I want you.â
Justinâs breathing suddenly became suddenly heavy.
Truth be told, his desire level in this regard had always been very low. Otherwise, he wouldnât have been single for so many years. After all, with a position like his, if he really had such needs, there would be a long line of women waiting for him.
However, he wasnât interested in any of them.
Nora was the only one he had become infatuated with.
Especially when the woman came and went in front of him. Coupled with how he had almost swallowed her, bones and all, the night before, the itch in his heart had become even harder to bear.
That day he couldnât work at all. When he looked at the reports, the only thing that came to his mind was what she had looked like the night before.
He could even feel the feel of her skin in the palm of his handâ¦. Justin felt he would go crazy if he held back any longer.
But just as he started to move forward, there was another knock at the door. Then Xander yelled, âDad, are you about to fight Mom? Come on, we have to win today! I donât want to play backup anymore.
Justinâs momentum immediately weakened.
âPft.â
Seeing his reaction, at last, Nora couldnât hold back any longer. She couldnât help but laugh out loud.
Her laughter made Justinâs dark pupils turn even more resentful.
The aggression in the manâs eyes slowly dissipated, finally turning into a look of resignation.
Xander had just joined the family, so he shouldnât leave the boy out. If he did, it would cause negative thoughts to form in the boy.
He went outside and began to comfort Xander.
Justin sat on the couch dejectedly. As he watched the three little boys playing in front of him, all he could feel was dejection and a sense of defeat.
He had never felt like this, not even when he was having trouble in business.
As he sighed quietly, he saw Nora coming down the stairs with a coat on.
Seeing her, Cherry asked, âMom, are you going out to work?â
âYes, I have to do something at the hospital.â
After Nora spoke, she looked at Justin and walked out.
Justin lay lazily on the couch. As he listened to the sound of the car starting up outside, he couldnât help but sigh.
That woman was truly ruthless.
The thought had just formed when his phone beeped.
He picked it up and looked down to see that Nora had sent him an address.
Justin was taken aback. Then, he saw a text message from Nora:
[This is a villa I bought in the suburbs of New York].
She then sent him a GIF of a heavily made-up woman holding a small scarf and waving it at him.
Justin stared at it for a while. Suddenly, something clicked in his head.
He stood up abruptly, his eyes lighting up.
âDad, where are you going?â asked Cherry again.
Justin walked out of the house. âIâm going to work.â
To be honest, as far as her relationship with Justin was concerned, Nora had long felt that the conditions were ripe.
Taking the final step was only a matter of time.
She parked the car, entered the villa and reached behind her to close the door. But before she could close it, a pair of large hands held the door open.
Justin stepped inside and closed the door. âWith this, no one will be able to bother us anymore.â
Right after he said that, he held her by the waist firmly, drawing her right into his arms â¦.
